Abstract

This research aim to to know Effectiveness Technique of Desensitisasi Systematic To Lessen Dread Learn Student Class of VIII In SMP Country 7 Tarakan. Technique of Desensitisasi systematic is an technique to do change tune by focussed aid to client to make calm client of stress by teaching client for rileks in lessening emotional respon  which worry. This research use quantitative approach of type of quasi-eksperimen with design group control nonequivalent desain. Research population amount to 230 student. Sampling technique the used is sampling purposive with rule of research sampel and obtained by 20 student which divided in experiment group and control group. used instrument in the form of dread scale learn which have passed test of validasi of judgement expert and expressed is valid. The mentioned strenghtened with statistical analysis result of calculation of test of ttest by using Statistical Product And Service Solution ( SPSS) Version 24.00 windows for obtained nby value of signifikansi = 0.000 = 0.05. this matter show value of signifikan less than 0,05 can be pulled [by] conclusion that hypothesis accepted, meaning that technique of desensitisasi effective systematic in lessening dread learn class student of VIII in SMP Country 7 Tarakan School Year 2018 / 2019.  Keyword : Systematic Desensitisasi, Dread Learn.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative type with a quasi-experimental approach to nonequivalent control group design. The study population amounted to 244 students, with purposive sampling sampling, the provisions of the study sample obtained 20 students divided into 10 experimental groups and 10 control groups. The instrument used in the form of student confidence scale that has been through validation testing from expert judgment and declared valid. Reliability of the confidence scale was tested using Alpha Cronbach and obtained a coefficient of 0.786 which showed a high level of reliability. Hypothesis analysis using the Wilcoxon test through the SPSS version 24.00 for windows program. Based on the results of statistical data analysis results of the calculation of the t-test using SPSS version 24.00 for windows obtained a significance value = 0.000 <? = 0.05. this shows a significant value of less than 0.05 can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an effect of self talk techniques on the confidence of class IX students in Tarakan 9 Middle School Academic Year 2018-1919.  Keywords: Self Talk, Student Confidence

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Konsep Diri Mahasiswa Broken Home Studi Kasus Pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Bimbingan Dan Konseling Di Universitas Borneo Tarakan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 1 orang mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi dan wawancara mendalam. Teknik analisis data adalah reduksi data , display data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa konsep diri positif mahasiswa broken home lebih besar di pengaruhi oleh diri sendiri dan juga melalui dimensi pengetahuan diri, penilaian diri dan pengharapan diri diketahui bahwa konsep diri mahasiswa broken home positif. Pengetahuan diri subjek sangat baik mampu menerima kelebihan dan kekurangan dalam dirinya berjiwa sosial tinggi. Penilaian diri subjek sangat positif sangat menghargai diri sendiri dan orang lain. Serta pengharapan diri yang positif untuk masa depannya kelak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of mind mapping on the learning motivation of class VIII of Junior High School 12 Tarakan in the academic year 2018/2019. This study uses a quantitative approach type quasi experimental design in the form of nonequivalent control group design. The population of this study is 191 eighth grade students of Junior High School 12 Tarakan. The research sample consisted of 20 students divided into the experimental group and the control group. Data collection method uses the AMS (Academic Motivation Scale) scale with a Likert scale. This study uses the relliabel formula to test the validity of the AMS (Academic Motivation Scale) scale with the results of 49 statement items there are 24 valid items. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential analysis hypothesis testing using the SPSS 24.0 for Windows program mann whitney u.Based on the results of statistical data analysis results of the calculation of the mann whitney u using SPSS 24.0 for windows obtained a significance value = 0.000 <? = 0.05. This shows the significance value of less than 0.05 can be concluded that the hypothesis is accepted, which means that there is an influence of mind mapping on the learning motivation of VIII graders in Tarakan 12 Middle School in 201/2019 Academic Year.  Keywords: Mind Mapping, Learning Motivation

Abstract

This research aims to know the influence of engineering behavior contract against a disciplined learning grade VIII SMP Negeri 6 Lesson 2018/2019 Year of Tarakan. This research uses research design pre-experimental with form one group pretest-posttest. Population of 212 students, people withdrawal sempel by using purposive sampling of as many as 7 people grade VIII. The instruments of this research using a scale discipline studied with likertscale, there is a valid item 29 of the 40 items. Data analysis techniques using descriptive statistics and analysis of inferensial using wilcoxon test with the help of 22.0 SPSS for windows. Based on the results of the study before and after administering treatment, obtained results calculation test hypotheses with decision-making based on the probability obtained the value of asymp sig = 0.018 < ? = 0.05 then Ho is rejected. Then it can be inferred that the engineering behavior contract effect on the discipline of studying grade VIII SMP Negeri 6 Lesson 2018/2019 Year of Tarakan.  Keywords : behavior contract, disciplined learning, students

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh extraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness,neurotisme, dan openness guru bimbingan dan konseling pada pencapaian tujuan layanan konseling individualdi sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan analisis model regresi linearberganda dengan subjek penelitian adalah guru bimbingan dan konseling SMP dan SMA di Kota Tarakanberjumlah 53. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan Big Five Inventory (BFI) versi Indonesia yang di adapatasioleh Ramdhani (2012) dan skala tujuan layanan konseling individual yang dibuat oleh peneliti. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan nilai Adjusted R Square 0,186 dan signifikansi 0,011 (p<0,05), artinya ada pengaruhextraversion, agreeableness, conscientiousness, neurotisme, dan openness guru bimbingan dan konseling padapencapaian tujuan layanan konseling individual di sekolah sebesar 18,6%. Secara parsial masing-masing darilima variabel independen (1) extraversion pada pencapaian tujuan layanan konseling individual di sekolah; (2)agreeableness pada pencapaian tujuan layanan konseling individual di sekolah; (3) conscientiousness padapencapaian tujuan layanan konseling individual di sekolah; (4) neurotisme pada pencapaian tujuan layanankonseling individual di sekolah; (5) opennes pada pencapaian tujuan layanan konseling individual di sekolahtidak terdapat pengaruh signifikan karena nilai p>0,05.

Abstract

The child's religious's mental, and moral development is not a process that can occur quickly and be forced. Still, it must be gradual, reasonable, healthy, and following the growth, abilities, and nature of the age that is being passed. Here, parents must be able to capture the positive trends of child development to be very important. Parents' obligation is to motivate and direct children to a positive outcome, even though the tendency is not following the parents' wishes. This, Islam teaches that in caring for children not to differentiate between boys and girls, eldest or youngest children, normal or abnormal children, parents still provide the same opportunity to obtain educational services following their potential, talents, and interests. Children must be treated fairly and not discriminatory. Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad says that "Educate your children (girls and boys), not according to your wishes, because they are children of their time.

Abstract

Komunikasi interpersonal adalah proses penyampaian pesan yang dilakukan antara dua orang atau lebih dengan peluang untuk memberikan umpan balik. Komunikasi interpersonal siswa SMP Negeri 2Pulau Derawan masih rendah, hal ini ditunjukkan dari perilaku siswa yang kurang kompaksaat ada perlombaan kelas, meluapkan emosi lewat FB, lebih senang menyendiri main gad-ged dansulit mengungkapkan pendapat dalam situasi diskusi. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan untukmeningkatkan komunikasi interpersonal siswa menggunakan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknikpermainan tradisional Kalimantan yaitu permainan betewah dan pindah bintang. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik permainan tradisional kalimantan terhadap komunikasiinterpersonal siswa. Jenis peneitian adalah kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan pre-experiment dan desainone group pre-test post-test design, Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 42 siswa dan sampel 8 siswakelas IX SMP Negeri 2 Pulau Derawan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan skala komunikasiinterpersonal, Realibilitas diperoleh koefisien 0,757 yang menunjukan tingkat reliabilitas tinggi.Analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan inferensial menggunakan uji Wilcoxon dengan bantuan 22.0 SPSS windows. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data perhitungan uji-wilcoxon nilai asymp sig = 0,12 α = 0,05 maka ditolak yang berarti ada pengaruh penerapan bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik permainan tradisional Kalimantan untuk meningkatkan Komunikasi Interpersonal Siswa Kelas IXSMP Negeri 2 Pulau Derawan.

Abstract

Empati merupakan sebuah perasaan yang dimana seseorang menunjukkan rasa ibanya pada orang lain dan mengerti tentang masalah dan keadaan, serta kemampuan untuk membayangkan diri sendiri di posisi orang lain. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh teknik motivational interviewing untuk meningkatkan empati pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Tarakan. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan pre-eksperimental dengan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 127 siswa dengan sampel 10 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan skala empati, skala yang telah melalui pengujian validasi dari penilaian Alpha Cronbach dan diperoleh koefisien 0,907 yang menunjukkan tingkat reliability yang tinggi. Analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dan analisis inferensial menggunakan uji wilcoxon program SPSS 22.0 for windows. Adapun hasil penelitian bahwa penggunaan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik Motivasional Intervienwing dapat meningkatkan empati pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 11 Tarakan, hal ini berdasarkan hasil analisis data statistik hasil perhitungan uji wilcoxon, nilai asymp sig = 0,005 α = 0,05 menunjukkan H◦ ditolak artinya ada peningkatan
