Abstract

Penelitian ini menghasilkan model pembelajaran lempar tangkap softball menggunakan media pembelajaran pada Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA).  Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian pengembangan, dan prosedur pengembangan produk ini terdiri analisis produk yang ingin dibuat, membuat produk awal, uji validasi ahli dan revisi, uji kelompok kecil revisi, uji kelompok besar dan produk akhir. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang didapat dari evaluasi ahli, serta menggunakan hasil pengamatan di lapangan yang diperoleh dari siswa, dan penerapan produk. Teknik mengolah  data adalah deskriptif persentase. Data yang didapatkan adalah sebelum pemberian perlakuan (kelompok control) berupa model pembelajaran keterampilan lempar tangkap softball diketahui hasil rata-ratanya adalah 21.4 dan hasil rata-rata dari kelompok eksperimen 32.033. Maka terdapat selisih antara kelompok control dan kelompok eksperimen sebanyak 10.633. Maka model pembelajaran keterampilan lempar tangkap softball menggunakan media pembelajaran efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan lempar tangkap softball pada SMA. Hasil data dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Model  pembelajaran keterampilan lempar tangkap softball menggunakan media pembelajaran pada SMA dapat dikembangkan dan diterapkan dalam pembelajaran maupun saat ekstrakurikuler di sekolah, (2) dari model diperoleh bukti adanya peningkatan dengan ditunjukan hasil pengujian data hasil pretes dan posttest adanya perbedaan yang signifikan antara sebelum dan sesudah adanya perlakuan model

Abstract

Abstract The most important component in sports coaching is the coach. A common problem with pickleball is the lack of professional coaches who understand the sport. Considering that pickleball is a sport that is just developing in Indonesia, it is necessary for the attention and intervention of stakeholders to help create competent pickleball coaches to produce outstanding athletes in the future. This is because the function and role of a coach is closely related to the achievements of athletes. Many pickleball coaches do not have a competency certification in the field of pickleball coaching. So that the competence of trainers is something that needs to be developed gradually starting from the regional, national and international levels. The main target of this international collaborative community service activity is pickleball players in Indonesia. Service activities are carried out by providing knowledge both theoretical and practical about coaching in pickleball. Through this first phase of service activities, 38 trainers have a pickleball competency certification at the regional level. Community service activities at the coaching clinic for pickleball players in Jakarta Indonesia received an enthusiastic response from the activity participants. This can be seen from the coach's satisfaction with the pickleball clinic coaching activity which is very high at 88.86%. Abstrak Komponen paling penting dalam pembinaan olahraga yakni pelatih. Permasalahan umum yang terjadi di olahraga pickleball adalah minimnya pelatih yang professional dan mengerti keilmuan olahraga. Mengingat cabang olahraga pickleball adalah olahraga yang baru berkembang di Indonesia, untuk itu diperlukan kepedulian dan campur tangan para steakholder dalam membantu menciptakan pelatih pickleball yang berkompeten agar tercipta atlet-atlet yang berprestasi dimasa mendatang. Sebab, fungsi dan peran seorang pelatih sangat erat hubungannya dengan capaian prestasi yang diukir oleh atlet. Banyak pelatih pickleball yang tidak memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi di bidang kepelatihan pickleball. Sehingga kompetensi pelatih merupakan suatu hal yang perlu untuk terus dikembangkan secara berjenjang dimulai dari tingkat daerah, nasional dan internasional. Sasaran utama kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat kolaboratif internasional adalah pemain pickleball di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan pemberian pengetahuan baik teori maupun praktek tentang kepelatihan di pickleball. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian tahap pertama ini menghasilkan 38 pelatih yang memiliki sertifikasi kompetensi pelatih pickleball tingkat daerah. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat coaching clinic untuk pemain pickleball di Jakarta Indonesia mendapatkan respon yang antusias dari para peserta kegiatan. Hal ini terbukti dari kepuasaan pelatih terhadap kegiatan coaching clinic pickleball sangat tinggi yaitu sebesar 88,86%.

Abstract

This research aims to obtain facts, data, and information about the results of the evaluation of the achievement coaching program for the women's softball sports of DKI Jakarta Province. This study used evaluative methods with the CIPP model. Data collection techniques use questionnaires, documentation, observations, and interviews. The subjects of this study are The Core Board, Coach, and Athlete. The results revealed that the context component of the Pengprov Perbasasi DKI Jakarta already has a long-term, medium, and short-term plan. However, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team was only able to achieve the goal of the achievement coaching program at the 2018 Softball National Tournament. The input components, facilities, equipment, and equipment provided are enough to meet the needs of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team. However, the need for supplements and vitamins for new athletes ahead of the implementation of PON. In the process component, the coaching staff implements a walking selection system and promotes and degrades athletes based on batting average data, left on base, running base in, accumulation of errors, & success in sacrifice. The training process was carried out face-to-face and virtually during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the product component, the results obtained by the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team during the period 2018 to 2022 were finalists in the 2018 Softball National Tournament. However, in the 2019 PON Qualification and PON XX Papua in 2021, the DKI Jakarta Provincial Women's Softball Team was only able to rank fifth

Abstract

The purpose ofthis research is to determine the influence that arises on healthy living behaviors, learning equipment, and weight loss on the physical fitness of junior high school students post-covid. This research was designed using associative quantitative research methods, with test and non-test techniques then analysis techniques using a path analysis approach. The population in the study was junior high school students totaling 94 students, with sample selection using the volunteer sampling method, which is a sample based on the permission of the principal and parents with the willingness of students to participate in the study. Stages in the study. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that (1) There is a significant influence of healthy living behavior on physical fitness by 16.81% (2) There is a significant influence of physical learning equipment on physical fitness by 19.18% (3) There is a significant influence of body weight on physical fitness by 3.68% (4) There is a significant influence of healthy living behavior on body weight by 12.04% (5) There is a significant influence of learning equipment assessment of body weight by 3.65% (6) There was a significant influence of healthy living behavior through body weight on physical fitness of 1.9229 with the calculation of sobel test statistics and (7) There was a significant influence of learning equipment through body weight on referee performance of 2.0047 with sobel test statistical calculation.
