Abstract

The breaststroke is a swimming style that is loved by everyone because it is so easy to do. The purpose of this study was to improve breaststroke swimming skills in the 2018/2019 physical education study program students through the application of the modified game method. The method used in this research is a classroom action research methodology research design by Kemmis and Mc.Taggart. he subjects in this study were 31 students of the PJKR study program who took the aquatic learning course II, the results of this study were from the initial test data that 8 students were in the complete category or about 26%, there was an increase in the first cycle, 20 students were included in the category. complete or about 65%, and in cycle II, there was a very large increase with 29 students in the complete category or around 94%, this research was in accordance with the set target, namely 90%. he conclusion of this study is that the application of the modified game method is effective in improving breaststroke swimming skills in physical education study program students class of 2018/2019

Abstract

Secara umum penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat model pembelajaran pernapasan renang menggunakan alat dan tanpa alat melalui permainan di air pada siswa TK B Madania Preschool and Kindergarten Kota Bogor. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Madania Preschool and Kindergarten Kota Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat. Waktu yang digunakan selama penelitian mulai dari rencana penelitian hingga penyusunan dilakukan pada 8 - 29 januari 2019. penelitian dan pengembangan dilakukan untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran pernafasan renang menggunakan alat dan tanpa alat melalui permainan di air pada siswa TK B Madania Preschool and Kindergarten Kota Bogor. Penelian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan Sugiyono (Research and Development) dengan metode yang digunakan adalah pengembangan model. Pengumpulan data ini dengan cara validasi ahli renang, ahli permainan, guru pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani dan hasil ujicoba. Setelah diadakan validasi oleh para ahli dan ujicoba akhirnya tercipta 10 model pembelajaran pernapasan menggunakan alat dan tanpa alat melalui permainan di air pada siswa TK B Madania Preschool and Kindergarten. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran pernafasan menggunakan alat dan tanpa alat melalui permainan di air dapat digunakan dalam proses kegiatan belajar mengajar, sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi untuk menigkatkan teknik dan ketrampilan bernafas pada siswa TK B Madania Preschool and Kindergarten Kota Bogor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa melalui metode pembelajaran penjas berbasis permainan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (Class Room Action Research) dengan pengambilan data kualitatif. Pelaksanaan penelitian tindakan ini melibatkan ahli dalam bidang pendidikan jasmani sebagai kolaborator. Penelitian dilakukan sebanyak 2 siklus, yaitu siklus I dan siklus II dan diawali dengan kegiatan observasi awal. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan bersamaan dengan pembelajaran pendidikan jasmani di sekolah. Teknik pengambilan data atau cara penilaian kecerdasan interpersonal anak dengan melakukan tes pengamatan yang dilakukan ketika anak melakukan penerapan pembelajaran penjas berbasis permainan. Lembar pengamatan berskala likert dengan kategori 1 = Sangat kurang, 2 = Kurang, 3 = Cukup, 4 = Baik, 5 = Sangat baik. Pada tes awal terdapat 36% atau 12 orang siswa dalam kategori cukup, dan 64% atau 21 orang siswa dalam kategori kurang. Sedangkan pada siklus 1 tidak terdapat siswa yang dalam kategori sangat baik, 82% atau 27 orang siswa dalam kategori baik, 18% atau 6 orang siswa dalam kategri cukup. Pada siklus 2, hasil penelitian siklus 2 menunjukkan peningkatan yang signifikan dengan data sebanyak 82% atau 27 siswa yang dalam kategori sangat baik, 18% atau 6 orang siswa dalam kategori baik, tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori cukup, dan tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori kurang, dan tidak terdapat siswa dalam kategori sangat kurang. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran penjas dapat meningkatkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa kelas IX SMPN 139 Jakarta.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keterampilan memanah dengan metode latihan menggunakan busur buatan pada peserta ekstrakurikuler panahan di SDIT Nurul Hikmah Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode actions research. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode total sampling. Populasi berjumlah 14 peserta. Populasi dilibatkan dalam tes awal, tes siklus pertama, dan tes siklus kedua. Prosedur pengambilan data dilakukan dengan teknik observasi untuk mendapatkan skor. Hasil uji tes awal yang dilakukan hanya 3 peserta yang terampil dalam memanah. Pada tes siklus pertama terjadi peningkatan menjadi 10 peserta yang terampil dalam memanah. Pada tes siklus kedua memperoleh peningkatan menjadi 14 peserta sekaligus yang terampil dalam memanah

Abstract

Masyarakat Indonesia saat ini masih kurang menyadari akan pentingnya hidup sehat. Hal ini terjadi karena kurangnya animo/minat dan apresiasi masyarakat terhadap olahraga. Hambatan yang menyebabkan rendahnya pelaksanaan aktivitas fisik diantaranya adalah pengetahuan, motivasi dan ketersediaan sarana. Kesehatan merupakan hal pokok dalam kehidupan masyarakat, secara tidak langsung kesehatan masyarakat akan mempengaruhi tingkat kemajuan pada suatu wilayah. Kesehatan sangat penting bagi manusia, karena tanpa kesehatan yang baik, setiap manusia akan sulit dalam melaksanakan aktivitasnya sehari-hari. Cara  termurah  untuk memelihara  kesehatan  melalui olahraga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan memberikan sosialisasi tentang peran olahraga dan Kesehatan untuk masyarakat dalam melakukan aktifitas. Program Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Rt 018 Rw 004 Kelurahan Aren Jaya Kecamatan Bekasi Timur, Kota Bekasi, Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan proses 1 tahun. Hasil dari kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat diharapkan dapat bermanfaat masyarakat yang mengikuti kegiatan program ini yang kemudian dapat menjadi aktifitas sehari-hari dilingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

This study aims to produce a sidestep training model by testing the effectiveness of sidestep enhancement in rugby athletes. This research uses research and development methods from Borg and Gall. The subjects of this study were athletes from the Jakarta State University Rugby club and the Sumedang City Rugby club. The research begins with needs data analysis, planning, product manufacturing, testing, revision and final product. The feasibility test of the model presented 3 experts consisting of 3 National rugby coaches and produced 20 sidestep training models. The effectiveness test model uses sidestep results. The improvement in shooting skills showed significant t-count= 15,138, df= 29 and p-value= 0.00<0.05 which means that there is a significant difference between before and after being given the training model treatment, the average pre-test is smaller than the average post-test of. It can be concluded that the developed sidestep training model of rugby games is quite effective for improving sidestep skills in rugby athletes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of learning media and learning motivation on the learning outcomes of short-distance running. This research was conducted at SMPN 15 Depok class VII. This research method uses experimental research with a treatment design by level 2x2. The sample in this study consisted of 60 people. Sample collection using simple random sampling technique. The data analysis technique is two-path variance analysis (ANAVA) and is continued with the Tukey test at a significant level ɑ = 0.05. To test the normality of the data, use the kolmogorv-smirnov test and the homogeneity test using the levene test. The results of this study show that (1) Overall visual learning media is better than the use of audio learning media based on the value of F (OA) = 21.11 with p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is an influence of interaction between learning media and motivation on short-distance running learning outcomes based on F (OAB) value = 11.128 with p-value = 0.002 < 0.05. (3) Learning outcomes of short-distance running with visual learning media that have higher learning motivation than children learning with audio learning media who have high learning motivation based on Qcount = 15.01 > Qtabel (0.05;4:30) = 3.85. (4) Learning outcomes of short-distance running with visual media and audio media on low learning motivation there was no noticeable or significant difference based on the value of Qcount = 2.39 < Qtabel (0.05;4:30) = 3.85.

Abstract

The purpose ofthis research is to determine the influence that arises on healthy living behaviors, learning equipment, and weight loss on the physical fitness of junior high school students post-covid. This research was designed using associative quantitative research methods, with test and non-test techniques then analysis techniques using a path analysis approach. The population in the study was junior high school students totaling 94 students, with sample selection using the volunteer sampling method, which is a sample based on the permission of the principal and parents with the willingness of students to participate in the study. Stages in the study. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that (1) There is a significant influence of healthy living behavior on physical fitness by 16.81% (2) There is a significant influence of physical learning equipment on physical fitness by 19.18% (3) There is a significant influence of body weight on physical fitness by 3.68% (4) There is a significant influence of healthy living behavior on body weight by 12.04% (5) There is a significant influence of learning equipment assessment of body weight by 3.65% (6) There was a significant influence of healthy living behavior through body weight on physical fitness of 1.9229 with the calculation of sobel test statistics and (7) There was a significant influence of learning equipment through body weight on referee performance of 2.0047 with sobel test statistical calculation.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the context, input, process and product components in the DKI Jakarta men's Rugby Training Team coaching program in 2021. Evaluation research with the CIPP model uses qualitative methods. The subjects of this study are the coaching components of Achievements, Athletes, and Coaches. The results show that the context evaluation in the DKI Jakarta Rugby Training Program is included in the very good category (100%). In the input component, it is stated that it is very good 100% visible from, All athletes' conditions have been met, namely, Meeting the age criteria of 18+, Physical and spiritual health meeting body posture qualifications (anthropometric), Meeting the criteria for Rugby cabor skills, Meeting physical capacity standards, Meeting psychological criteria, Meeting health criteria. Have dormitory / TC equipment, Training equipment, Sparring equipment. In the Process component, decision making is very good (100%), the supervision process is also very good (100%), but the monintoring process is included in the less category (50%). In the Product component, the results of the men's team coaching program for the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Rugby Team at PON XX Papua 2021 won a silver medal but did not match the targets and expectations that had been made for the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team coaching program at PON XX Papua 2021. Based on the things mentioned above, the results of the men's team coaching program of the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team coaching at PON XX Papua 2021 are included in the category of very less (0%). Based on the results of the evaluation component research above, the coaching program of the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team at PON XX Papua 2021 as a whole obtained a value of 70.83%. So it can be concluded that the coaching program of the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team at PON XX Papua 2021 is considered good.

Abstract

This study aims to produce innovative training training models for room hockey players that can provide benefits to athletes and room hockey coaches to convey varied training models and can understand and achieve the expected training results in order to play room hockey well. The method used in this research is the research and development method. The subjects in this study were UNJ hockey club athletes as small group trial subjects and Tangerang City hockey club athletes as large group trial subjects. The pre-test is carried out after conducting small group revisions and product trials. This pre-test is carried out before the research subjects are given treatment. After being treated with 16 models, variations of training models and models were evaluated, namely post-tests were carried out on 35 hockey athletes to find out whether there was an increase in accuracy. The pre-test data conducted before treatment was 16.28 After the test was carried out it was found that the accuracy of players increased, marked by increasing the post-test average of 24.14. This means that the exercise variation model has improved. So the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship.
