Abstract

This study aims to develop modules of course on the Language Philosophy in STKIP PGRI Pacitan. It held in the first year of 2013/2014 and the second year of 2015/2016. There are 3 phases of the development: problem identification, potential problems, and design of language philosophy modules. The result of the development in the first year are a module design of scientific language philosophy based on character values of  Vol 1 and 2" ISBN 978-979-1533-19-5 and 978-979-1533-18-8. The second year study consisted of: student and expert validation, module revision, limited trial, module revision, extensive testing, module revision, print-ready module. Expert validation result was 89%, student debriefing questionnaire was 88,6%, mean score 88,8%. The result of the next phase of limited trial based on counts table (t12 = 2.77, t13 = 7.89, t14 = 8.96, t23 = 2.88, t24 = 4.69, t34 = 2.79) is bigger thant-table with 2,021 probabilities. After a limited test, we conclude that the scientific-language philosophy module based on the value of local wisdom is very feasible to use. Test process is broadly obtained that t-count table is bigger (t56 = 2.77, t57 = 6,48, and t67 = 2,29) than t-table 2,021. Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains (KPS) siswa melalui pembelajaran berbasis proyek. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus dimana setiap siklus terdiri atas perencanaan, tindakan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik dokumentasi, observasi dan angket. Penilaian KPS siswa dilakukan dengan assesmen unjuk kerja menggunakan instrumen lembar observasi. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan, ditunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai KPS siswa yang signifikan sebesar 22,03 % dari siklus I ke siklus II. Selain itu, nilai siswa pada setiap indikator KPS juga mengalami peningkatan. Indikator-indikator tersebut adalah mengamati, mengelompokkan, menafsirkan, meramalkan, mengajukan pertanyaan, merumuskan hipotesis, merencanakan percobaan, menggunakan alat dan bahan, menerapkan konsep, dan mengkomunikasikan hasil. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran berbasis proyek dapat meningkatkan KPS  siswa.

Abstract

School Operational Aid (BOS) is a government policy through the Ministry of Educationand Culture, which is fully authorized its management to the schools by referring to theconditions set by the government. Schools with School Committee work together inutilizing the BOS funds to improve access and quality of education. With theimplementation of BOS policy on school, then it have need of evaluating the BOS policywhich this study discuss the empowerment of schools and the School Committee in themanagement of BOS. The problems of this research are about how: (1). The level of policyperformance of the BOS program; (2). The level of policy effectiveness of BOS program;(3). The level of policy outcome of the BOS program; (4). The policy impact of the BOSprogram. These four issues are analyzed in relation to empowerment of school and schoolcommittee. This research applied descriptive qualitative method, with the data in the formof descriptions of the activities, work systems or behaviors exist in Pacitan EducationDepartment, Schools and the School Committee recipient of BOS funds as the subject ofthe research. Data obtained by interview, observation and documentation studies. From thedata analysis and discussion, it is concluded as follows: First: The level of performance ofthe BOS policy have achieved the objectives which the BOS has been targeted to help thepoor students and ease the burden of other students; Second: The level of efficiencyindicates that with the lack of BOS funds schools can still carry out activities to reach thestandard results; Third: The level of outcomes have succeeded in increasing APK, controlfor APS, graduates proceed to a higher level, the BOS fund management transparent andaccountable, the increase of parents participation in helping schools, results of NilaiEbtanas Murni (NEM) increases, an increasing number of schools are accredited B;Fourth: The impact of policy on the BOS program, among others, the increase in theHuman Development Index (HDI), the increase in students passing the national exam andan increase in per capita income. Empowerment Schools and School Committee berealized where the school and the school committee has been undergoing development,strengthening the potential / power and independence.keywords : Empowerment, School and School Committee, Policy on the BOS program.

Dari validasi ahli diperoleh nilai sebesar 89%dengan kategori sangat layak, sedangkan hasil perhitungan angket respons mahasiswadiperoleh nilai sebesar 88,6% dengan kategori sangat layak. Setelah direvisi dilakukanuji coba secara terbatas menggunakan metode eksperimen single one shot case study danuji coba secara luas menggunakan eksperimen one group pretest-posttest. Berdasarkanhasil uji coba terbatas disimpulkan bahwa modul dikembangkan layak digunakan untukkegiatan pembelajaran pada mata kuliah filsafat bahasa di Jurusan Bahasa dan SastraIndonesia STKIP PGRI Pacitan. Selanjutnya, berdasarkan hasil uji coba pemakaian secaraluasdisimpulkan bahwa modul yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk kegiatanpembelajaran pada mata kuliah filsafat bahasa di Jurusan Bahasa dan Sastra IndonesiaPerguruan Tinggi.Kata kunci: filsafat bahasa, scientific, kearifan lokal, dan modulDEVELOPING A MODULE OF SCIENTIFIC LANGUAGE PHILOSOPHYBASED ON LOCAL WISDOM VALUESAbstractThis study aims to develop a module of scientific language philosophy based on localwisdom values and contemporary language philosophy. From the expert validation, ascore of 89% was obtained, indicating that the module was very appropriate. Meanwhile, ascore of 88.6% was obtained from the students’ responses, indicating that the module wasappropriate. After a revision, a small-scale tryout was conducted through an experimentusing the single one shot case study design and a large-scale tryout through an experimentusing the one group pretest-posttest design. Based on the results of the small-scaletryout, it is concluded that the developed module is appropriate for learning activities inphilosophy of language at the Department of Indonesian Language and Literature, STKIPPGRI Pacitan. Further, based on the results of the large-scale tryout, it is concluded thatthe developed module can be used in learning activities in philosophy of language at theDepartment of Indonesian Language and Literature in higher education.Keywords: philosophy of language, scientific, local wisdom, module

Abstract

Dalam pembelajaran kimia SMA, materi senyawa turunan alkana merupakan kelanjutan dari materi hidrokarbon dan minyak bumi yang telah dipelajari saat siswa berada di kelas XI. Pengalaman sebagai guru menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar siswa masih kesulitan dalam memahami konsep senyawa turunan alkana. Penelitian tindakan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman siswa pada konsep senyawa turunan alkana dengan penerapan Learning Cycle (LC) 5E berbantuan peta konsep. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 2 Purworejo pada semester genap tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Metode yang digunakan berupa penelitian tindakan kelas dengan tiga siklus. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan soal tes pemahaman konsep, wawancara dan angket tanggapan siswa terhadap penerapan LC 5E berbantuan peta konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa indikator kinerja tercapai pada siklus ke 3. Pemahaman konsep siswa pada prasiklus sebesar 48%, pada siklus I sebesar 72 % menjadi 84% pada siklus 2, dan mencapai 87% pada siklus 3. Ketuntasan klasikal pada prasiklus sebesar 46%, siklus 1 sebesar 68%, siklus 2 meningkat menjadi 78%, dan pada akhir siklus 3 sudah mencapai 100%. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan LC 5E berbantuan peta konsep memberikan dampak positif bagi peningkatan pemahaman siswa pada konsep senyawa turunan alkana.

Abstract

Nurses working in operating rooms are at greater risk in terms of musculoskeletal problems because of pulling and pushing gurneys, beds and other equipment, transferring patients to operating tables or gurneys, supporting extremities for long periods of time and standing in the same position. for a long time. The purpose of this study was to determine the direct and indirect effects and the magnitude of workload, work climate, work stress and physical activity on LBP (Low Back Pain) prevention behavior in nurses in the Operating Room at M Hospital South Jakarta in 2022. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach using a cross- sectional design. The sample used was 100 pregnant women as respondents. The analytical method used was the Structural Equation Model (SEM) using SmartPLS 3.3 and SPSS 20. The results of hypothesis testing with the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the smartPLS method found that the LBP prevention behavior variable was influenced by workload (29.12%), work stress ( 18.28%), work climate (14.45%) and physical activity (27.19). The direct effect of LBP prevention behavior was 89.0% and the indirect effect was 1.5 5% and the total direct and indirect effect was 90.6%. Workload is the dominant factor that greatly influences LBP prevention behavior. The higher the workload, the less good the LBP prevention behavior is for nurses and conversely the lower the workload, the better the LBP prevention behavior for nurses.
