<![CDATA[ABSTRAKHospital without wall menerapkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat untuk mendapatkan kebutuhan medis sehingga masyarakat tidak perlu lagi datang berobat ke rumah sakit. Ini merupakan salah satu strategi untuk penurunan angka cold case. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi penerapan konsep hospital without wall dalam pelayanan kesehatan mata. Desain penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif (grounded research). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan September 2020 sampai Mei 2021 di RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon dan salah satu Puskesmas di Kota Tomohon. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam kepada 10 informan. Instrumen berupa daftar pertanyaan, alat perekam, dan alat tulis menulis serta pemantauan data observasi. Hasil penelitian didapati potensi penerapan konsep hospital without wall masih dalam level minimalis antara lain dokter spesialis menjalankan konsep telemedicine ini walaupun hanya sebagian pasien, format rujukan balik ke fasilitas layanan kesehatan primer tentang informasi mengenai diagnosa pasien sudah dijalankan tapi hanya terbatas pasien peserta BPJS. Juga telah dijalankan pelayanan berupa promotif dan preventif kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan konsep hospital without wall di poli mata RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon memiliki potensi dan dapat dijalankan. Konsep ini dapat dilakukan dengan memperhatikan tantangan dan hambatan yang ada dan harus diatasi terlebih dahulu seperti dari segi sarana dan prasarana, kesiapan SDM, administrasi serta sistem pembiayaan yang harus disesuaikan agar supaya penerapan konsep hospital without wall dapat berjalan baik dalam level minimal maupun optimal. Saran bagi rumah sakit yang melakukan penerapan konsep hospital without walls dapat bekerjasama dengan pemerintah, dinas kesehatan serta fasilitas layanan kesehatan primer agar supaya mendapatkan solusi untuk pemecahan tantangan dan hambatan yang muncul.Kata Kunci: Hospital without walls; cold case.ABSTRACTHospital without wall implements services to the community to get medical needs so that people no longer need to come for treatment at the hospital. The design of this research is a qualitative research (grounded research). The study was carried out from September 2020 to May 2021 at GMIM Bethesda Tomohon Hospital and one of the Puskesmas in Tomohon City. This study used in-depth interviews with 10 informants. Instruments in the form of a list of questions, recording equipment, and writing instruments as well as monitoring observation data. The results of the study found that the potential for the application of theconcept was hospital without wall still at a minimalist level, including specialist doctors running theconcept telemedicine even though only some patients, the format for referrals back to primary health care facilities about information about patient diagnoses has been carried out but only limited to BPJS participants. It has also carried out services in the form of promotive and preventive health to the community. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the concept of a hospital without wall in the eye clinic of RSU GMIM Bethesda Tomohon has potential and can be implemented. This concept can be implemented by taking into account the challenges and obstacles that exist and must be overcome first, such as in terms of facilities and infrastructure, readiness of human resources, administration and the financing system that must be adjusted so that the application of theconcept hospital without wall can run both at a minimum and optimal level. Suggestions for hospitals that implement the concept of hospital without walls can cooperate with the government, health services and primary health care facilities in order to get solutions to solve the challenges and obstacles that arise.Keywords: Hospital without walls; cold case.]]>
