Abstract

Payable account analysis is short term liabilities to be paid in a period of a year including loans, short term loans and short term obligations such as taxes in progress and interest. Liquidity ratio describes company in complying with itsshort term obligations when they are mature. Its linkage with current debt ratio is the sooner the current debts are paid the more exact the impact of liquidity ratio level of the company to pay its payable debts. The purpose of this study is to look for information and to find out the truth of how far payable account turnover is influenced by the liquidity ratio. The evaluation result of this study is that a good working capital turnover will result in profitability, so the company has power to run its business properly.

Abstract

Perumahan menghasilkan limbah cair domestik yang pada umumnya langsung dibuang ke sungai tanpa diolah terlebih dahulu sehingga mengakibatkan pencemaran sungai. Dengan meningkatnya konsumsi air dan banyaknya pencemaran sungai maka akan terjadi kelangkaan air bersih. Diperlukan upaya konservasi air pada perumahan untuk menjaga sumber air agar tetap terlindungi. Saat ini perumahan PT. X telah menerapkan konservasi air melalui wastewater treatment. Pada penelitian ini akan diteliti tentang penerapan wastewater treatment dan upaya penerapan rainwater harvesting pada perumahan. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisa data deskriptif dari sumber data yang berasal dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manfaat dari penerapan konservasi air wastewater treatment pada perumahan PT. X adalah kesiapan dari Peraturan Daerah Kota Surabaya No 7 Tahun 2009 dan Peraturan Daerah Kota Surabaya No 2 Tahun 2004, menciptakan lingkungan yang hijau, dan pengurangan polusi air. Sedangkan penerapan konservasi air rainwater harvesting menghasilkan kapasitas bak penampung untuk rumah tipe celinda, michelia dan senna sebesar 3 m3, 3.6 m3, 4,8 m3 dan waktu pengembalian investasi rainwater harvesting sebesar 10 tahun, 9 tahun, 8 tahun.

Abstract

Liver cirrhosis is a condition in which the liver slowly deteriorates and is unable tofunction usually due to chronic, or long lasting, injury. Fibrotic tissue replaces healthy livertissue and partially blocks the flow of blood through the liver. Fibrosis increases liver stiffness.Liver palpation on the early physical examination has been used to assess liver stiffness.Though, palpation has some limitations, such as highly subjective, very operator dependent,and sometimes even impossible to perform. At present, liver biopsy remains the current goldstandard for assessing liver fibrosis, even though the diagnostic accuracy is limited by thespecimen size, invasive procedure, and long duration for getting the result. Elastography is analternative method to liver biopsy in patients with chronic liver disease.Keywords: chronic liver disease, elastography, liver cirrhosis

Abstract

The successful implementation of the policy will be determined by many variables or factors, and each of these variables are related to one another. In view of Edwards III, policy implementation is influenced by four variables, namely: (1) communication, (2) resources, (3) disposition, and (4) bureaucratic structure. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach. The results are as follows: (1). Implementation of the discussion using the theory of policy implementation at the stage of monitoring the implementation of data updating voters (DPT) in the city of Medan in 2010 Election not running optimally be seen from the number of people who are not enrolled in the DPT and the limited performance of the Supervisory Committee (2). Abstract

AMC (Apron Movement Control) adalah personel bandar udara yang mempunyai lisensi dan kualifikasi untuk mengendalikan ketertiban di apron, keselamatan lalu lintas, menjamin kebersihan apron dan mengatur alokasi parkir pesawat. Tujuan pengendalian yang dilakukan Apron Movement Control (AMC) antara lain untuk menciptakan keselamatan dalam operasional penerbangan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja petugas AMC berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keselamatan penerbangan Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Solo dan kendala apa saja yang dihadapi petugas AMC dalam menjalankan tugasnya dalam mengatur kelancaran arus penumpang. udara lalu lintas Adi Soemarmo untuk memastikan keamanan Bandara Internasional Solo. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder.Observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi digunakan sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Observasi adalah pengawasan atau pengamatan langsung terhadap suatu unit AMC. Dalam penelitian ini, 2 orang personil AMC diwawancarai. Dokumentasi mencakup gambar setiap kejadian atau permasalahan yang ada di lapangan.Dari hasil kajian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja unit AMC Bandara Adi SoemarmoSemata-mata untuk menjamin keselamatan penerbangan khususnya di kawasan bandara sangat penting dan dikatakan baik karena dalam pelaksanaannya, tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sesuai dengan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) dan Angkasa Pura .Pertama, alokasi parkir pesawat. Karena, lalu lintas dikelola di area apron. Pastikan selalu apron atau celemek dalam keadaan bersih. Permasalahan yang paling umum dan umum terjadi pada Unit AMC Bandara Internasional Adi Soemarmo Sola adalah miskomunikasi antar maskapai atau Ground Handling dalam penanganan pesawat dan juga pada insiden kecil..
