Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this research was to understand relationship betweenOrganizational Citizenship Behavior and Personality Factor. The subjects of this research are members of tourism police in Yogyakarta, total subject are 54 people. Data collected with two scales consist of Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale and Big Five Personality Scale. Data was analyzed with correlation product moment. The result showed there is no correlation between neuroticism and Organizational Citizenship Behavior,there is positive correlation between extraversion and Organizational. Citizenship Behavior, there is no correlation between opennes to experience and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, there is positive correlation between agreeableness and Organizational Citizenship Behavior, and there is positive correlation between conscientiousness and OrganizationalCitizenship Behavior.Keywords: organizational citizenship bhavior, personality factor, police tourism,

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keefektifan terapi empati dalam menurunkan perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah dasar dan untuk menanggulangi permasalahan perilaku bullying sejak dari pendidikan dasar (Sekolah Dasar) dengan terapi empati. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah empat siswa berusia 10-12 tahun dan memiliki skor kecenderungan perilaku bullying dari sedang sampai tinggi. Desain yang digunakan adalah one group pre-test- post-test. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala kecenderungan perilaku bullying yang disusun oleh peneliti. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dengan menggunakan teknik Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test untuk menguji perbedaan skor data pre test dan post test. Hasil analisis menunjukan nilai p sebesar 0.001. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa terapi empati efektif untuk menurunkan perilaku bullying pada anak usia sekolah dasar.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of social support and transformational leadership toward the three component model of organizational commitment (affective, continuance, and normative) with work motivation as a mediator. Subjects were 94 employees of a sugar factory in Indonesia with minimum 2 years as tenure. Four questionnaire used to obtain the data were organizational commitment questionnaire, social support questionnaire, transformational leadership questionnaire, and work motivation questionnaire. Data were analyzed using regression analysis and partial correlation. Results were: (1) affective and continuance commitments were significantly influenced by social support and transformational leadership with work motivation as mediator and (2) normative commitment was not significantly influenced by social support and transformational leadership. Abstract

Job embeddedness has proven to have an effect on the effectiveness and productivity of companies, including startups. Employees who have job embeddedness in their work tend to feel more attached to colleagues, work and the organization and express attachment by maintaining organizational membership in the workplace.This study analyzes the perceived organizational support and job embeddedness. The subjects in this study were 105 employees at a startup company in Yogyakarta. Sampling using random sampling technique. Data were collected job embeddedness scale and perceived organizational support scale. The data analysis method uses correlation techniques and the results, there is a positive relationship between perceived organizational support and job embeddedness in startup employees. One way that companies can use to improve job embeddedness is to provide positive support for employees. The perception of organizational support has an important role in increasing employee job embeddedness.Keterikatan kerja terbukti berpengaruh pada efektifitas dan produktifitas perusahaan, termasuk startup. Karyawan yang memiliki job embeddedness dalam pekerjaan cenderung merasa lebih melekat pada kolega, pekerjaan dan organisasi dan mengekspresikan keterikatan dengan mempertahankan keanggotaan organisasi di tempat kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan keterikatan kerja. Subjek dalam penelitian ini sejumlah 105 karyawan di salah satu perusahaan startup di Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan dua alat ukur, yaitu skala keterikatan kerja dan skala persepsi dukungan organisasi. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi dan hasil analisis menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara persepsi dukungan dengan job embeddedness pada karyawan startup. Salah satu cara yang dapat digunakan oleh perusahaan untuk meningkatkan job embeddednes adalah memberikan dukungan positif terhadap karyawan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa persepsi dukungan organisasi memiliki peranan penting dalam meningkatkan Keterikatan kerja pada karyawan.

Abstract

Cosmetics are only for women to use? That's not the era anymore. Cosmetics were originally only used and intended for women. With the development of the times, now men are starting to take care of themselves by using cosmetics. The influence of self-concept on the needs of the body, skin and appearance and reference groups such as friends, family and the internet make them decide to buy and use cosmetics. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and reference groups with the decision to purchase cosmetics in early adult men. The type of research used is quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 185 early adult male cosmetic users who live in Yogyakarta. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between self-concept, reference groups and cosmetic purchasing decisions in early adult men. Data were collected using a purchase decision scale developed from the theory of Peter & Olson, a self-concept scale according to the theory of Calhoun and Acocella, and a reference group scale, developed from Setiadi's theory. The results of the regression analysis showed R = 0.56 and F = 5.01 with a significance of 0.03 (p < 0.05). The results showed that there was a positive relationship between self-concept and reference groups with cosmetic purchase decisions for men in Yogyakarta. Self-concept and reference groups make an effective contribution of 31% to purchase decisions with details of reference groups having an effect of 29% and self-concept by 2%. This shows that the reference group has a greater influence than self-concept in shaping cosmetic purchase decisions.Kosmetik hanya digunakan wanita? Sudah bukan jamannya lagi. Kosmetik pada awalnya hanya digunakan dan ditujukan untuk wanita. Seiring berkembangnya zaman, kini para pria mulai merawat diri dengan menggunakan kosmetik. Pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kebutuhan tubuh, kulit dan penampilan serta referensi kelompok seperti teman, keluarga dan internet membuat mereka memutuskan untuk membeli dan menggunakan kosmetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara konsep diri dan kelompok acuan dengan keputusan pembelian kosmetik pada pria dewasa awal. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah 185 orang pengguna kosmetik pria dewasa awal yang berdomisili di Yogyakarta. Hipotesis penelitian adalah terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri, kelompok acuan dengan keputusan pembelian kosmetik pada pria dewasa awal. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala keputusan pembelian yang dikembangkan dari teori Peter & Olson, skala konsep diri menurut teori Calhoun dan Acocella, dan skala kelompok acuan yang dikembangkan dari teori Setiadi. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan R = 0,56 dan F = 5,01 dengan signifikansi 0,03 (p < 0,05). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan positif antara konsep diri dan kelompok acuan dengan keputusan pembelian kosmetik pada pria di Yogyakarta. Konsep diri dan kelompok acuan memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 31% terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan rincian kelompok acuan berpengaruh sebesar 29% dan konsep diri sebesar 2%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kelompok referensi mempunyai pengaruh lebih besar daripada konsep diri dalam membentuk keputusan pembelian kosmetik.

Abstract

Kesejahteraan subjektif merupakan kebahagiaan yang diperoleh individu dari evaluasi kognitif dan afektif individu dalam kehidupannya. Penelitian ini melihat hubungan antara bersyukur dengan subjective well being. Sampel adalah 51 orang guru SMA Sewon Bantul. Pengumpulan data mengumpulkan skala subjective well being dan kemudian dianalsis menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi positif ant ara bersyukur dengan Subjective Well Being. Bersyukur juga berkontribusi secara efektif terhadap Subjective Well Being.
