The knowledge management process starts with data collection, followed by intelligence generation and eventually, intelligence dissemination as an iterative process. On the other side the Micro-level process (Interaction Management) where its quality determined by Consistency, Relevancy, and Appropriateness. In the same context, other scholars classified the CRM process into three levels: (Customer facing level, The Functional level, and the Companywide level (Customer-oriented CRM process). Then, in the article, we are going to demonstrate the CRM process models and the proposed Iterative CRM process model by the author.

Abstract

Although prior research has suggested that team work quality and internal market orientation can affect new product development (NPD) speed in a positive direction, however relatively little research has examined the incremental validity of team work quality to NPD speed after controlling for internal market orientation. To address this theoretical gap in marketing literature, the present study attempts to examine whether the dimensions of team work quality account for incremental variance in NPD speed, after controlling for the dimensions of internal market orientation.  Using a random sampling, a total of 149 members of NPD teams in Saudi telecommunications firms responded to measures of each construct.  Hierarchical multiple regression analysis was performed to access the incremental validity. Overall results suggest that cohesion accounted for a significant amount of variance relative to coordination, balance of member contribution, efforts, communication, mutual support and other dimensions of internal market orientation in the prediction of NPD speed.

Abstract

Since the fourth industrial revolution is embryonic also known as the automation and machine era, the issue of industrial waste and pollution have become more pressing. This is because manufacturing firms are known to have the highest pollution. It has made the issues of environmental stewardship vital for both developing and developed countries. However, the implementation of the concept of environmental stewardship differs from country to country and from one manufacturing firm to another. Notwithstanding, this issue is vital for the human environment. Therefore, this paper investigated the issue of environmental stewardship among Malaysian manufacturing firms. Data were collected from 104 manufacturing firms of various production types. The findings of this study revealed that environmental stewardship culture among Malaysian manufacturing firms is low. Thus, the study identified 18 strategic steps to improve environmental stewardship culture among Malaysian manufacturing firms. These identified strategies will contribute to ensuring sustainable manufacturing practices through which industries can improve the manufacturing practices in order to offset the negativity on the environment.
