Abstract

AbstractThis research was aimed to know the ffictivenness of headmaster's leadership toward theimplementation of curiculum 2004. This research focused on the the integity of the headmaste, his ability onovercoming the institution's problems and his leadership style and related them with the leadership'seffectivenessin in carrying the implementation of the curiculum 2004. This research wqs carried out at SMAN 7fogyakarta, SMAN 11 iogyakarta, SMAN Sewon and SMAN Kalasan. The data collected by anquette wereanalyzed by double regression and Pearson's correlation uslng SPSS release 10. Intepretation was then madedescriptivelly.The results showed that all, the integrity, ability to solve the institation's problems, and the ladershipgtyle of the headmaster, together, afficted the leadership's ffictiveness of the headmaster duringimplementation of curiculum 2004.Key words: Curiculum 2004, imptementation, leadership ffictivenes of the headmaster

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterlaksanaan pembelajaran dengan menerapkan model Two Stay Two Stray. Melihat banyaknya siklus untuk meningkatkan oral activities dan hasil belajar mahasiswa, serta untuk mengetahui besarnya peningkatan oral activities dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Development of Students dengan model Two Stay Two Stray. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (class room action research). Subjek penelitiannya adalah mahasiswa kelas PGMIPA-U Pendidikan Biologi FKIP UAD semester 2 tahun akademik 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 19 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunaka observasi dan tes. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi dan soal tes pilihan ganda. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembelajaran dengan model Two Stay Two Stray dapat terlaksana sesuai dengan sintaks-sintaksnya, pada siklus I rerata oral activities mahasiswa sebesar 55.63%, siklus II 70.98% dan siklus III 81.74%. Rerata hasil belajar mahasiswa pada siklus I 74.74, siklus II 82.22, dan siklus III 82.44. Peningkatan oral activities dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30.7% dan dari siklus II ke siklus III sebesar 19.34%, peningkatan hasil belajar siklus I ke siklus II 10.01% dan siklus II ke siklus III sebesar 0.27% Keywords:        oral activities, hasil belajar, two stay two stray, development of students

Abstract

Ministry of Religion through the roles of madrasa education services has tried to provide services and guidance to its human resources. This is qualitative research using a phenomenological approach. Researcher focused on strategies, supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as the evaluation of improving the quality of madrasa teachers at the Ministry of Religion in Muara Enim Regency in 2022. Data collection technique used observation, interviews, and documentation. It was then continued with data validity by means of triangulation technique. Once the data were collected, data analysis technique was carried out by going through three stages: data condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusion. In this thesis research, four informants were involved, including one informant as the head of the madrasa education division and other three from teacher representatives in different madrasah. The results showed that: 1) the strategy of improving the quality of madrasa teachers through the roles of the madrasa education division at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency was through training programs and workshops; 2) supporting factors included the participation of teachers in adequate coaching, getting a wider range of information, the existence of MGMP (Subject Teacher Consultations), obtaining books relevant to the lesson, and ability to improve the learning process; and 3) the evaluation system in improving the quality of madrasa teachers through the role of the madrasa education division at the Ministry of Religion of Muara Enim Regency was conducted in various ways.
