Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on employee performance in the BAPPEDA Manokwari Office. The population in this study was all bappeda office employees who numbered 25 people and all were respondents. This type of research uses quantitative research. Research data collection methods used by questionnaires and interviews. Multiple linear regression is the analysis of the data used. The results stated that the work environment and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on performance, the work environment has a significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA employees, work motivation has a significant effect on the performance of BAPPEDA employees. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study the effect of work discipline variable and simultaneous work ability and competence at the West Papua Province Social Service Office. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling method uses Non Probability Sampling and the sampling technique uses Saturated Sampling. The result of this study indicate that the variable work discipline is not significant on employee performance, and subsequent research result indicate that work ability variables partially have a siginificant effect on employee performance. Also showed a variable work discipline and work ability significantly to the performance of employess in the West Papua Province Social Service Office. Improving the performance of West papua Provincial Social Service Office employees must provide work coordination and work capabilities together to improve employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of academic ability and work spirit on the thesis completion process. This type of research uses quantitative research. The population in this study were students of the Faculty of Economics and Business class 2015 and 2016 with a total of 154 students and the sample taken was 61 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) academic ability partially has no effect on the thesis completion process, (2) work morale partially does not affect the thesis completion process, (3) academic ability and work spirit simultaneously have no effect on the completion process. thesis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh social media marketing dan brand awareness terhadap keputusan pembelian brand Scarlett (studi kasus konsumen VIDA Shop di Kabupaten Manokwari). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis permasalahan assosiatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah followers Instagram VIDA Shop yang menggunakan dan pernah menggunakan produk brand Scarlett. Teknik pengumpulan sampel adalah non probability sampling dengan jumlah sampel 100 responden. Data primer yang digunakan yaitu dengan melakukan observasi, wawancara dan menyebarkan kuesioner. Data sekunder diperoleh dari jurnal, buku, website, Instagram dan data penjualan yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Social media marketing berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan pembelian brand Scarlett, dan hasil uji selanjutnya menunjukkan bahwa variabel Brand awareness berpengaruh secara parsial terhadap Keputusan pembelian brand Scarlett. Serta secara simultan menujukkan bahwa variabel Social media marketing dan brand awareness berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Keputusan pembelian brand Scarlett, artinya Social media marketing yang menarik dan brand awareness yang mudah diingat dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian brand Scarlett di VIDA Shop.
