Abstract

The investigation aims to identify the association in learning, agility, organization’s performance and supply chain. Data for the research was collected from Indonesia and is comprised of 350 public limited companies registered in Indonesian Stock Exchange (ISE). The results reveal that learning either it is internal or external is influenced significantly by the supply chain integration. Moreover, organizational performance and agility were not influenced by supply chain integration. While internal learning has not influenced agility but influenced firm performance. On the other hand, external learning has influenced organizational performance that is not statistically significant.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini ditujukan kepada dosen dan mahasiswa, dalam bentuk edukasi bagaimana menjalankan bisnis dengan strategi gila marketing society 5.0. Tujuan pengabdian ini untuk melatih dalam menerapkan ilmu-ilmu pengetahuan yang sudah didapatkan selama ini kepada mahasiswa maupun dosen agar membantu mahasiswa, dosen dalam mengelola bisnis di era society 5.0, selain itu Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi. Selama kegiatan pengabdian berlangsung para peserta sangat antusias dalam mendengarkan paparan materi dari narasumber. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini yang didapatkan peserta yaitu strategi-strategi gila marketing yang harus dilakukan dalam berbisnis menghadapi tantangan society 5.0.
