Abstract

This article describes the emergence of Islam that is automatically became a big movement in the world for changing the peoples lives. The change is certainly not out of the educational process into the media changes. In the process of education, there are several elements that support the applying educational process in human life. it is mainly include education about the device; such as material and method in education. in addition explanation about objects and methods in Islamic education also elaborated on the importance of knowledge about education for generations in the future. This is important in order to take the impressions made footing especially concerning Islamic education. And for the ending of from this discourse is that Social History of Islamic education is the branch of science of the growth and development of Islamic education in terms of ideas, concepts, application of the institution since the time of the prophet Muhammad to the present study the social history of Islamic education are facts of Islamic education in the form of information about the growth and development of Islamic education either formal, informal and non-formal. The usefulness of the social history of Islamic education that is academically expected to; Knowing and understanding the growth and development of Islamic education, from the time of birth until the present, taking advantage of the Islamic educational process, in order to solve the problems of Islamic education in the present and have a positive attitude to changes and reforms the system of Islamic education.Key Word: Sejarah Sosial Pendidikan Islam, Dunia Akademis

Abstract

The evaluation was conducted in an integrated manner with the learning activities. evaluation can be done both in formal and informal atmosphere, in the classroom, outside the classroom, integrated in the teaching and learning activities or done at that particular time. The evaluation was conducted through a variety of means, such as written tests, assessment of students’ work through a collection of work (work) students (work-sheet), and evaluation work present (performance)of students. In this study using the technique of documentation in the form of draft national final exam Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013. This study used a qualitative method, which seeks to describe about the quality of the test items the national final exam Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013 in terms of validity andthe reliability, the degree of difficulty of items, distinguishing items, and functionof troublemaker, and compliance problems with standards of competence and competence base. From the analysis conducted, it appears that in terms of materials and construction aspects of the study exam final exam national standard Arabic subjects Madrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013 in general is still not good. While looking at the aspects of language study exam nationally standardized final exam subjects ArabicMadrasah Aliyah (MA) in 2012/2013 in general is good.Keywords: The evaluation, national final exam, Madrasah Aliyah

Abstract

This research focuses on the application of problem solving-based learning methods and is designed to encourage students to actively participate in the learning process through solving real problems. A qualitative approach was used in the research design, as the study included 40 students as a full number for the research, and 20 of them were selected as a sample. Data were collected through interviews and observations with Arabic language teachers and students. The researchers used various data collection techniques to analyze scientific curiosity and develop students' Arabic language skills. Data were analyzed using qualitative methods to evaluate the effectiveness of the problem-solving method in improving students' skills and scientific curiosity. The research results show that problem solving-based learning methods significantly increase students' curiosity, which is demonstrated through their active participation in class and further exploration of the lesson material. Students' proficiency in Arabic has also increased, as can be seen from their ability to complete assignments and understand the concepts taught.
