Abstract

Bagi sebuah Institusi  Informasi merupakan aset yang maha penting,dan  sangat diperlukan, keamanan dan perlindungan terhadap  informasi merupakan hal yang mutlak yang harus diperhatikan secara sungguh-sungguh dan serius. Maka untuk mengantisipasi tingkat keamanan informasi,  kami mencoba  untuk  mencari salah satu cara dalam rangka menggugah para pemakai informasi untuk dapat memperhatikan tingkat keamanan informasi pada sebuah institusi. Metode yang kami gunakan dalam penelitian  ini adalah metode yang berstandar internasional yaitu OCTAVE berbasis ISO 27001. Sistem kerja  yang dilakukan dengan metode ini, dimana  dalam pengukuran tingkat keamanan informasi  dengan  menggunakan 6 variabel yaitu peran dan tingkat kepentingan TIK, tata kelola keamanan informasi, pengelolaan resiko keamanan informasi, kerangka kerja keamanan informasi, pengelolaan asset informasi dan teknologi keamanan informasi. Pengujian yang telah kami lakukan menunjukkan hasil  bahwa  tingkat kesiapan Universitas Almuslim dalam hal menjaga keamanan Informasi masih  berada pada kondisi wilayah “Kerangka Kerja Dasar”.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 menyebabkan perubahan perilaku masyarakat, salah satunya pada sektor pendidikan. Selama masa pandemi seluruh instansi pendidikan di Indonesia menerapkan kebijakan pembelajaran daring untuk mengantisipasi penularan virus Covid-19. Berbagai platform aplikasi sebagai pendukung kegiatan pembelajaran daring saat ini banyak tersedia, baik disediakan oleh perusahaan ternama, oleh pemerintah maupun instansi pendidikan itu sendiri. Contohnya seperti perguruan tinggi yang saat ini memang diwajibkan menerapkan teknologi LMS (Learning Management System) untuk proses perkuliahan secara daring. Namun saat ini belum banyak instansi pendidikan seperti perguruan tinggi juga menerapkan suatu platform aplikasi untuk kebutuhan proses administrasi pendidikan. Padahal sebenarnya itu juga dianggap perlu dikarenakan apabila sistem ini tidak ada, maka kontak secara langsung antara mahasiswa dengan pihak administrasi masih belum bisa dibatasi. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pengembangan suatu platform aplikasi yang mampu mendukung pelaksanaan kegiatan administrasi dalam kasus ini adalah pengajuan judul skripsi mahasiswa yang dilakukan secara daring. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah metode pengembangan prototype. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan yaitu sistem yang dikembangkan sudah sesuai dengan yang dibutuhkan. Namun untuk penelitian selanjutnya, diharapkan adanya pengembangan sistem untuk skala yang lebih luas yang mencakup seluruh proses kegiatan administrasi yang ada di lingkungan Universitas Almuslim

Abstract

Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) is a non-ministerial government agency charged with the task of ensuring the availability of data for use by both the government and the public. The data collection process carried out at Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) was carried out using various methods, one of which was a survey which involved collecting all existing sample data. The data collection process certainly requires more effort. Therefore, Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) uses partner services for the data collection process. Partners of Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) are members of the public who were recruited through a lengthy recruitment process starting from file selection, written tests to interviews. In the partner recruitment process, problems often occur due to several reasons, ranging from the length of the selection process, the crowd of applicants to the emergence of subjective judgments. Based on these problems, the authors try to develop a decision support system-based recruitment system to provide partner recommendations using the SMART calculation model. The results obtained are that the system built can be used for criteria and alternatives according to needs with the partner recruitment process at Badan Pusat Statisitik (BPS) of Bireuen Regency. The system built can rank 12 alternatives against 6 criteria according to weights that can be determined according to needs

Abstract

Indonesia is an agricultural country with the majority of the population working as farmers and owning agricultural land of 13% of the country's total area. The main commodity of Indonesian agriculture is rice, because this plant is a food crop that produces rice as the staple food of the community. Based on the data collected, it is noted that there are frequent fluctuations in the total rice harvest each year. This is caused by various factors, ranging from the lack of agricultural land compared to population growth, conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural land, to the biggest problem, namely pests and diseases that attack rice plants. Disease problems in rice plants have caused many cases of crop failure that have occurred in all parts of Indonesia. With the development of technology, this research developed a system for detecting rice plant diseases based on artificial intelligence and an expert system. Farmers simply use their gadgets to diagnose diseases independently without having to involve experts directly, but of course with the same optimal results as expert diagnoses. The method used is the ESDLC (Expert System Development Life Cycle) method which consists of assessment, expert knowledge mapping, design and testing. The results obtained in this study are the existence of an application for detecting rice plant diseases based on artificial intelligence using an expert system method that can be used by farmers to diagnose rice plant diseases independently without having to meet directly with experts

Abstract

The creation of a web-based village data management information system aims to support and simplify the information system at Pante Pisang, Peusangan District, Bireuen Regency so that it is expected to be felt by the community and other apparatus in the Pante Pisang village. This system was developed using the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​and is accompanied by using a database that is tailored to the needs in the process of designing this system. The things contained in this system include various information such as information on population data, family data, birth data and correspondence. For the design using a structured method that uses context diagrams, ERD, DFD as a tool to design a web-based village data processing information system

Abstract

Almuslim University, as one of the best private universities (PTS) in Aceh, provides information services regarding new student admissions. However, prospective students often face difficulties in obtaining quick and accurate responses due to limited time and resources from the admission committee. To address this issue, this study develops a rule-based chatbot that can automatically provide information and allows prospective students to contact an admin if needed, without requiring third-party applications. The aim of this research is to develop a rule-based chatbot system to automatically answer questions from prospective students and make the service available 24/7. The system is designed using the Agile development method, enabling flexible and iterative development. The chatbot operates based on keyword matching stored in the database to generate appropriate responses. The system also features typo correction, suggestions for similar questions, and user satisfaction rating after several interactions. Additionally, conversation history is recorded for analysis purposes, and a live chat option with an admin is available when the chatbot’s response is insufficient. The testing results show that the system can answer most user questions accurately and improve the efficiency of interactions without requiring direct admin involvement. Therefore, this chatbot serves as an effective and scalable solution for digital information services

Abstract

Visualization quality is an important aspect in presenting interior design concepts realistically. Conventional texturing methods often produce flat and unrealistic appearances due to inaccurate light interaction. This study aims to implement Physically Based Rendering (PBR) techniques in modeling a minimalist bedroom interior using Blender software to improve visual realism. The development process follows the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method, which includes concept, design, material collecting, assembly, testing, and distribution stages. PBR materials are created by combining texture maps such as Albedo, Roughness, Metallic, and Normal through the Principled BSDF shader. The Cycles render engine is used to generate realistic lighting and shadows. The results show that PBR implementation significantly improves surface detail, light reflection accuracy, and overall realism compared to conventional texturing methods. This research proves that PBR-based texturing is effective for producing realistic interior visualizations for design presentation

Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan teknologi kebutuhan informasi yang cepat sangat dibutuhkan dalam sebuah usaha. Salah satu usaha untuk memberikan kemudahan dan kenyamanan tersebut adalah melalui pengembangan sistem otomatis pada rumah (Home Automation). Salah satu sistem otomatis yang dapat diterapkan di rumah adalah sistem yang dapat membuka pintu gerbang secara otomatis dan Bluetooth. Pada saat ini bidang elektronika sangat dibutuhkan sebab di dalam bidang ini terdapat beberapa sistem yang dapat membantu mempermudah pekerjaan manusia, salah satunya pengendali pintu gerbang otomatis. Dalam studi ini dilakukan untuk mengoptimalkan alat pengujian secara bertahap dari koleksi bahan dan bahan, alat desain dan program, membuat alat, alat pengujian, analisis data dan kesimpulan. Untuk mendukung proses ini dan mendapatkan perhitungan yang tepat, yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan simulator software, perancangan yang digunakan yaitu menggunakan mikrokontroller Arduino Uno, Sehingga bisa menciptakan alat yang benar-benar sesuai dengan masalah yang dihadapi.

Abstract

The increasing number of theft cases demands an effective, simple, and affordable security system. This research aims to design and implement an Arduino Uno-based burglar detection system utilizing laser light as a detection medium. This system works based on the principle of breaking the laser light directed to a Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) receiver sensor. When the laser light is blocked by an object, a change in light intensity occurs which is then processed by the Arduino Uno to activate an alarm as an indicator of interference. The research methods used include hardware and software design, system assembly, and tool performance testing. The test results show that the system is able to detect interference in real-time with a fast response and a good level of reliability. In addition, this system has advantages in terms of economical costs, ease of implementation, and flexibility for further development, such as integration with an Internet of Things (IoT)-based notification system. Based on the design and testing results, the Arduino Uno-based burglar detection system using a laser sensor can work well in detecting interference. The system is able to respond quickly when the laser light is broken by activating an alarm as a warning sign. From the test results, it can be concluded that this tool has a fairly good level of reliability, is easy to design, and has a relatively low cost. In addition, this system is also flexible and can be further developed by adding features such as remote notification or integration with IoT technology. Thus, this system can be used as an alternative solution to improve environmental security simply, effectively, and efficiently. In the future, the use of more sensitive and stable sensors, such as photodiodes or infrared sensors, can be considered to improve detection accuracy. As well as the addition of backup power sources (batteries or UPS) so that the system continues to function during power outages. With the presence of a laser that will control home security when residents are not at home and become more comfortable when left alone. Home residents through this tool system will be able to know the motion data between the sensor and objects that become obstacles. The status of the movement is displayed through sound and its status is displayed by LED lights.
