Almuslim University, as one of the best private universities (PTS) in Aceh, provides information services regarding new student admissions. However, prospective students often face difficulties in obtaining quick and accurate responses due to limited time and resources from the admission committee. To address this issue, this study develops a rule-based chatbot that can automatically provide information and allows prospective students to contact an admin if needed, without requiring third-party applications. The aim of this research is to develop a rule-based chatbot system to automatically answer questions from prospective students and make the service available 24/7. The system is designed using the Agile development method, enabling flexible and iterative development. The chatbot operates based on keyword matching stored in the database to generate appropriate responses. The system also features typo correction, suggestions for similar questions, and user satisfaction rating after several interactions. Additionally, conversation history is recorded for analysis purposes, and a live chat option with an admin is available when the chatbot’s response is insufficient. The testing results show that the system can answer most user questions accurately and improve the efficiency of interactions without requiring direct admin involvement. Therefore, this chatbot serves as an effective and scalable solution for digital information services

This is due to the various techniques used by unauthorized parties to gain access to account information. Therefore, protecting passwords must be a top priority, including in the management of prospective student accounts at Almuslim Islamic boarding school. This study aims to design and implement a login system for online student registration by securing user accounts using the SHA-256 hashing algorithm combined with the salt method. The security process is carried out by hashing the password after adding a unique salt, ensuring that the stored data is not in plain text. The results of testing show that the system is able to securely store account data and successfully verify users during login through hash and salt matching

This study aims to design and implement a multiuser information system based on Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) in a kindergarten (TK) environment to manage user access rights in a structured and secure manner. In multiuser-based school information systems, improper access control can lead to unauthorized data access, role conflicts, and security vulnerabilities. To address this issue, this research applies RBAC as the main authorization mechanism, where access rights are granted based on predefined user roles. The system is developed using a software engineering approach with a descriptive methodology, following stages of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. Three primary roles are defined in the system: Super Admin, School Admin, and Operator, each with different access privileges. The system is implemented using PHP with the CodeIgniter framework and MySQL as the database management system. To enhance responsiveness and accuracy in access control enforcement, a real-time mechanism using Pusher.js is integrated to synchronize access right changes without requiring manual page refresh. System testing is conducted using black-box testing to verify access restrictions, menu visibility, and data isolation between schools. The results show that the RBAC mechanism functions effectively in restricting access according to user roles, preventing unauthorized actions, and ensuring data separation across institutions. This research demonstrates that RBAC can be reliably applied as a foundational access control model for multiuser school information systems, particularly in early childhood education environments, and can be further developed for real-world implementation.

The advancement of information technology has encouraged transportation service companies to adopt digital-based operational systems. PT. Bahtera Atakana, an intercity travel service company operating in Bireuen, Aceh, still relies on a manual ticket booking system that is prone to recording errors, service delays, and limited access to customer information. This study aims to design and implement an online ticket booking information system using the Agile Development method, with the goal of producing a flexible, responsive system aligned with actual user needs. This research employs a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. System development is carried out using the Agile Development method with an iterative approach through sprint planning, development, testing, and evaluation phases. The system is developed as a web-based application using PHP 8 with the CodeIgniter 3 framework, MySQL database, and supported by JavaScript and AJAX. The results show that the developed system effectively enables customers to search schedules, book tickets, process payments, and obtain e-tickets independently. The system reduces transaction time by up to 70% compared to the manual process. Black box testing ensures that all main functions operate according to user requirements. The implementation of the Agile Development method has proven effective in producing an adaptive, efficient, and user-centered information system.

In today's digital era, the implementation of information technology in education has become essential, particularly in managing administrative processes such as tuition payments (SPP). Manual recording of SPP payments often leads to various issues, including delays, risk of data entry errors, and lack of transparency. This study aims to design and develop a student SPP recording application based on QR Code using the Model-View-Controller (MVC) method as a solution to improve efficiency, accuracy, and security in the payment system. The application was developed using the CodeIgniter 3 framework and PHP programming language. QR Code technology is utilized to accelerate student data identification during each transaction. The MVC architecture provides a structured system by separating application logic, interface display, and data control. This research applies the Waterfall development method, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results indicate that the application successfully addresses existing problems by accelerating payment processes, minimizing recording errors, and enhancing user convenience and satisfaction for both school administrators and parents. This system is expected to serve as a modern solution for more efficient, transparent, and accountable school tuition management
