Abstract

Feedback from customers on the quality of services that have been given a reference in evaluating the ability of a Bank in creating customer satisfaction. The research method used in this study was survey method. The data collected by questionair and literature study. The population in this research were the pensions who have credit of pension at Bank Saudara 1906, Tbk branch Tasikmalaya. The determination of sample was based on the analyze variable amount and determined as many as 100 persons. The data analysis used path analysis. The research concluded that service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influented on consumer satisfaction. Simultaneously or partial of service quality and salesmanship was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. Customer Satisfaction was positive significant influent on Customer Loyalty. So the hypothesis is verified.

Abstract

The high level of irregularities that occur in government agencies both in the form of deviations of power, responsibility and trust has shown how low performance, especially in complying with work regulations and prevailing social norms in carrying out the tasks assigned. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect partially and simultaneously on compensation, leadership and motivation on performance. The populations in this study were all nurses working in the hospital in Tasikmalaya based on employment data of 199 people. Proportional sampling techniques are as many as 67 people. The results showed that partially compensation had a significant effect on Nurse's performance. Partially leadership had a significant effect on Nurse's performance. Partially motivation had a significant effect on Nurse's performance. Simultaneous compensation, leadership and motivation had a significant effect on Nurse's performance.Keywords: Compensation, Leadership, Motivation, Performance

Abstract

Kegiatan menghimpun dana yang berasal dari simpanan masyarakat baik dalam bentuk simpanan giro, tabungan, dan deposito berjangka. Simpanan ini sering disebut sebagai Dana Pihak Ketiga (PDK) yang merupakan salah satu komponen penting yang dibutuhkan oleh bank. Dan salah satu penanda keuangan yang menentukan penilaian kesehatan kinerja suatu bank yaitu likuiditas. Dengan memahami tingkat likuiditas, maka akan dapat diketahui pula kemampuan perusahaan dalam menunaikan kewajiban jangka pendeknya dalam pemenuhan kredit nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis Loan To Deposit Ratio Pada PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk periode 2013-2017. Metode yang digunakan dalam analisis Ini yaitu metode deskriptif. Sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu studi dokumentasi dan studi Pustaka dengan jenis data sekunder untuk mengumpulkan dokumen penting yaitu Laporan Keuangan PT. Bank Woori Saudara 1906, Tbk periode 2013-2017. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perolehan rasio Loan to Deposit Ratio pada PT Bank Woori Saudara Indonesia 1906, Tbk. Periode 2013-2017 condong mengalami kenaikan.

Abstract

The objective of this research is to identify and analyze The Effect of “One Stop Service”Quality Toward Applicant’s Satisfaction in Making Republic of Indonesia’s Travel Documents and Its Effect Toward The Image of Tasikmalaya Immigration Office – Class Two Institution. The data collection was obtained through questionnaire and literature. The population in this research was Passport Applicants who applied in Tasikmalaya Immigration Office – Class Two. The samples were determined based on 100 passport applicants. Metodology used was path analysis. In partially and simultanously, the result of research shows that “One Stop Service” has impact toward applicant’s satisfaction in making The Republic of Indonesia’s travel documents, and also has impact toward the impression of Tasikmalaya Immigration Office – Class Two.

Abstract

The research is aimed at analyzing the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) before and after the COVID-19 pandemic March 2019-February period. The data used is the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) in Indonesia published by the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). The research method used is quantitative with the type of research is an Event Study, with a Paired T-Test model. The result of this research showa that COVID-19 has a significant effect on the Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period March 2019-February 2021.
