Abstract

Currently airplane passengers in Indonesia have a wide selection of airplane ticket purchase applications (PTP Application). The existence of various PTP applications in Indonesia makes it easy for users to stop using the PTP application and move to another PTP application. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the customer's intention to continue the use of PTP Application. This study uses the expectation confirmation model (ECM) by adding a trust variable. 203 respondents participated in this study. The model was tested using SmartPLS 2.0. The results of the study show that satisfaction is an important variable that influences the customer's intention to continue using PTP applications. In addition, trust and perceived usefulness have a significant positive effect on the intention to continue using PTP applications. Confirmation and usefulness perceptions have a significant positive effect on satisfaction and trust. This study discusses results of research both in relation to the theoretical and practical context.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was aimed to identify the factors affecting the Accounting students' satisfaction of using Google Classroom as one of the Learning Management System (LMS). This research analyzed the effect of perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness on the students' satisfaction. The sample in this research was 108 Accounting students. The data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 2.0. The research results showed that the level of satisfaction of the Google Classroom was affected positively and significantly by the perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness. Moreover, this research also discussed the impacts of the results both theoretically and practically.ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kepuasan mahasiswa akuntansi dalam menggunakan google classroom yang merupakan salah satu learning management system (LMS). Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness terhadap kepuasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel 108 responden mahasiswa akuntansi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepuasan terhadap google classroom dipengaruhi secara positif signifikan oleh perceived enjoyment, perceived ease of use, dan perceived usefulness. Penelitian ini juga mendiskusikan dampak hasil penelitian dalam ranah teoritis dan praktis.

Abstract

Indonesia implements a total defense system where this system involves all components of the nation, which in its implementation is carried out according to their respective capabilities and capacities. one manifestation of the universal defense system is the existence of TNI Operational Service activities. As the implementation of the strategic vision, it is one of the regional development activities to create space, equipment, and harsh combat conditions to ward off threats, challenges, obstacles, and disturbances that may arise in the current strategic environmental conditions. This study aims to analyze the vision and mission of national defense and how the National Defense Strategy Policy in the Framework of Creating Tough Space, Tools and Conditions (RAK Juang) to Support National Defense. This type of research is a literature study approach where the data sources used are journals, articles, books, and other relevant sources. The results of the research are that the achievement of goals in the national defense policy, namely creating a vital fighting space, tools and conditions to support national defense, can be realized through TNI Service Operations activities which are carried out in stages, gradually and integrated with local government development programs so that they can reflect the unity of the TNI. The implementation of military operations to create a formidable battle space with physical activities has contributed to the interests of development in the context of prosperity.

Abstract

Purpose - This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital, independent directors, academic directors, and sharia supervisory boards on the financial performance of Islamic banks. The selection of samples observation based on the database of Best Islamic Financial Institutions Award, includes Afghanistan, Algeria, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Brunei Darussalam, Egypt, Indonesia, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Malaysia, Maroko, Nigeria, Oman, Pakistan, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Tunisia, Turkey, and Uni Emirate Arab. Methodology - This study uses a sample of 20 Islamic banks in several countries which received the "Best Islamic Financial Institutions Award 2018" by Global Finance Magazine and has published financial reports for the period of 2013-2017. This study adopted panel regression analysis and utilized the Random Effect Model.Findings - The results of the study prove that intellectual capital has a positive effect on financial performance. While independent directors, academic directors, and the Sharia Supervisory Board (SSB) have no effect on the financial performance of Islamic banking companies. These results indicate that intellectual capital is a force for Islamic banking to increase company value through financial performance. While the factors related to corporate governance tend to reduce performance due to several limitations for management in carrying out its operational activities.Research limitations – this study has a limitation in using Islamic banking data from various countries with backgrounds that are certainly different from one another which might be bias. Practical implications – This study suggest that management needs to allocate its resources to provide guidance and development of human resources through regular training in the field of fiqh muamalah, contemporary Islamic banking products and services, effective business communication, as well as extensive market knowledge to anticipate the competition in ways that are in accordance with the principles of sharia.Originality – This research fills a research gap in investigating the nexus of intellectual capital and corporate governance mechanism on Islamic banking performance which has not been discussed in previous papers, particularly using Islamic banking in several countries that are committed to develop the Islamic financial industry.

Abstract

Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah yang sedang dihadapi oleh pelaku bisnis diindustri pembuatan sprei dan bedcover yang tergabung dalam WA Grup Craft di Yogyakarta. Masing-masing pelaku bisnis yang tergabung dalam WA Grup tersebut memiliki permasalahan yang sama yaitu mengenai kesulitan dalam melakukan pencatatan keuangan. Hal ini berdampak pada belum terpisahnya pencatatan keuangan pribadi dengan usahanya. Sehingga, pelaku bisnis kesulitan dalam menilai apakah hasil usahanya tersebut mengalami keuntungan atau justru mengalami kerugian. Atas dasar permasalah tersebut, dibentuk program pendampingan dalam penyusunan laporan keuangan menggunakan Aplikasi Akuntansi UKM. Aplikasi ini dipilih karena dapat dengan mudah di unduh oleh pengguna menggunakan smartphone. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan dalam bentuk edukasi dan pendampingan dalam penggunaan Aplikasi tersebut. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan respon yang positif bagi para peserta dan para peserta dinilai sudah siap dalam bersaing di era industri 4.0. Namun demikian, berdasarkan hasil evaluasi menunjukan bahwa kegiatan ini perlu dilaksanakan berkelanjutan mengingat terbatasnya waktu saat pendampingan terdapat beberapa peserta yang masih membutuhkan bimbingan lebih lanjut.

Abstract

Tujuan diselenggarakannya kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk mengatasi kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha yang tergabung dalam komunitas Global Enterpreuneur Profesional (GENPRO) Kedu-DIY. Secara umum permasalahan yang terjadi pada usaha anggota Genpro DIY-Kedu adalah minimnya keahlian pengelolaan keuangan usaha, tidak adanya pembukuan usaha, pengalaman manajerial dan pengelolaan SDM yang sangat terbatas.Atas kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku usaha tersebut, tim pengabdian memberikan pemahaman serta pendampingan kepada anggota Genpro DIY – Kedu terkait financial literacy dan manejemen SDM. Metode pengabdian yaitu pelatihan dan pendampingan berkala yang intensif kepada para peserta. Melalui pemahaman dan implementasi yang tepat terkait financial literacy dan manajemen SDM, diharapkan usaha peserta mampu berkembang dalam jangka panjang dan juga meneladani nilai-nilai Islam dalam profesinalisme bekerja.

Abstract

Generasi z merupakan generasi yang sangat dekat dengan teknologi. Kebanyak generasi ini memiliki prinsip you only live once sehingga banyak dari mereka yang belum memiliki manajemen keuangan yang baik bahkan memikirkan investasi masa depan. Kegiatan pengabdian ini diselenggarakan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada generasi z untuk dapat melakukan manajemen keuangan dan mulai berani melakukan investasi melalui lembaga resmi yang diawasi oleh OJK. Pemberian edukasi melalui talkshow terkait literasi investasi bagi generasi z memberikan pemahaman yang baik bagaimana cara melakukan manajemen keuangan, karena dengan manajemen keuangan yang baik generasi muda memiliki pos tabungan yang salah satu fungsi dari pos tabungan dapat digunakan untuk investasi. Saat ini banyak sekali aplikasi yang memberikan kemudahan untuk melakukan investasi dengan aman karena dibawah pengawasan OJK. Keberhasilan kegiatan ini dapat diukur dengan minat peserta kegiatan untuk mulai melakukan manajemen keuangan dan juga mulai berani untuk melakukan investasi dengan aplikasi smartphone.

Abstract

AbstrakSumber Daya Alam dan Buatan merupakan bagian dari Sumber Daya Nasional yang ditransformasikan menjadi logistik wilayah dan cadangan materiil strategis untuk disiapkan menjadi Komponen Pendukung Pertahanan Negara yang secara langsung maupun tidak langsung dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan dan kemampuan Komponen Utama maupun Komponen Cadangan dalam menghadapi ancaman militer yang harus disiapkan secara dini dalam rangka Pembangunan Sistem Pertahanan Negara, khususnya pertahanan militer. Sungai dan sarana pengairan merupakan salah satu unsur penting dalam mendukung penyediaan logistik wilayah khususnya bidang pertanian berupa food estate untuk pemenuhan pangan. Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan studi kepustakaan dimana sumber data yang digunakan adalah jurnal, artikel, buku dan sumber lain yang relevan.Kata Kunci: Pertanian, Food Estate, Logistik Wilayah AbstractNatural and Artificial Resources are part of National Resources which are transformed into regional logistics and strategic material reserves to be prepared as National Defense Supporting Components which can directly or indirectly be used to increase the strength and capabilities of Main Components and Reserve Components in the face of military threats that must be prepared early in the framework of the Development of the National Defense System, especially military defense. Rivers and irrigation facilities are one of the important elements in supporting the provision of regional logistics, especially in the agricultural sector in the form of food estates for food fulfillment. Abstract

AbstrakPertahanan Negara yaitu fungsi pemerintahan Negara dalam menghadapi ancaman dari luar negeri dalam rangka nenegakan kedaulatan bangsa, keselamatan, dan keutuhan NKRI. Merespons dinamika global menuntut adannya kelembagaan sektor pertahanan dan keamanan yang profesional dan menjalankan prinsip-prinsip kepemerintahan yang baik sesuai dengan fungsi ideal kepemerintahan. Fungsi kepemerintahan dalam konteks keamanan dan pertahanan dikelola dalam suatu manajemen pertahanan yang ideal. Manajemen tersebut mengatur segala potensi pertahanan untuk menghadapi segala ancaman dengan prinsip Kepemerintahan yang baik atau good governance (GG, dalam merealisasikan manajemen pertahanan yang ideal dalam menghadapi dinamika global adalah dengan meningkatkan kualitas kelembagaan keamanan siber, TNI-Polri serta memberikan akses yang luas bagi masyarakat untuk menjadi bagian dari aktor keamanan dan pertahanan sebagai komponen cadangan. Oleh karena itu, perlu peningkatan tata kelola keamanan dan pertahanan berbasis people centered security dan Good Governance dan kebijakan yang fokus pada pengembangan profesionalitas kelembagaan institusi pemerintah bidang pertahanan dan keamanan.Kata Kunci: Good Governance, Reformasi sektor pertahanan dan keamanan, Dinamika globalisasi AbstractNational Defense is the function of the state government in dealing with threats from abroad to uphold the sovereignty, safety, and integrity of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia. Government functions in the context of defense and security are managed in ideal defense management. Abstract

Public accountants are in great demand in Indonesia. However, the development of the new public accountant did not go as planned. This study aims to determine the antecedents that influence accounting students' intention to pursue careers as public accountants. This study's Social Cognitive Career Theory (SCCT) framework is extended by adding a Role Model and Calling. The participants in this study are 204 accounting students who have taken the auditing course. The findings of this study reveal that calling has a significant positive effect on accounting students' outcome expectations and intention to pursue careers as public accountants. The role model significantly affects self-efficacy and intention to pursue a career as a public accountant. Regrettably, outcome expectancy does not affect a student's intention. This study discusses the practical consequences of encouraging students to choose careers as public accountants through data analysis.
