Abstract

ABSTRAKHadirnya pandemi covid-19 mengharuskan pendidik diharuskan mengubah strategi pembelajaran yang diterapkan agar pembelajaran pada saat daring menjadi lebih efektif dan tidak membosankan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami mengenai penerapan quantum teaching dan learning di masa pandemi covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan jenis kualitatif, dimana teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini yaitu studi pustaka, datanya diambil melalui jurnal, artikel, buku dan data berasal dari internet yang dinyatakan relevan. Diperoleh hasil bahwa adanya penerapan model pembelajaran quantum teaching dan learning di masa pandemi covid-19 menjadi strategi pembelajaran yang sangat menguntungkan dimana  meningkatkan minat peserta didik sekaligus meningkatkan hasil pembelajaran. Kesimpulannya pembelajaran dengan model Quantum Teaching dan Learning adalah suatu pilihan yang tepat dan efektif untuk digunakan sebagai model pembelajaran yang diterapkan di masa pandemi sekarang ini.Kata Kunci: Quantum, Teaching, Learning ABSTRACTThe presence of the covid-19 pandemic requires educators to change the learning strategies applied so that online learning becomes more effective and not boring. This study aims to analyze and understand the application of quantum teaching and learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative type, where the data collection technique of this research is literature study, the data is taken through journals, articles, books and data from the internet which are declared relevant. It was found that the application of the quantum teaching and learning learning model during the covid-19 pandemic became a very profitable learning strategy which increased student interest while improving learning outcomes. In conclusion, learning with the Quantum Teaching and Learning model is the right and effective choice to be used as a learning model that is applied during the current pandemic.Keywords: Quantum, Teaching, Learning

Abstract

Government efforts to develop the teaching profession as a strong and respected profession on a par with other professions seen from the birth of Law No. 14 of 2005 on Teachers and Lecturers who do business the teaching profession develops legal protection. The government has made efforts to improve teacher professionalism increase qualifications and education level requirements higher level for teaching staff from the school level to College. Another effort made by the government is a program Certification and Notification of PKG (Teacher Activity Center, MGMP (Subject Teacher Deliberation), and KKG (Teacher Working Group). Professional teachers must have 4 competencies, namely: pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence, and professional competence, as well as what is important and needs to be done by the government is building independence among teachers. This independence will grow professional and innovative attitude towards teachers in carrying out their roles and his job is to educate people towards a better life and quality.

Abstract

This research is a literature study or literature review with a qualitative descriptive approach. Researchers obtained data from several sources such as journals, theses, books, and others that are still relevant to this research study. The instrument in this study was the researcher himself who reviewed some of the results of previous research which were then described in paragraphs. The stages in obtaining research data are starting from reading, analyzing and then concluding. The results showed that the Problem Based Learning model was able to improve the learning outcomes of elementary school students in diversity matters. The existence of giving problems in the diversity material used, is able to spur students to think critically. With the problems given students can provide solutions to their problems according to the findings they find from the various sources they have used. Through discussions to solve problems, students are able to get various answers so that the most appropriate answer can be chosen to solve the problem. With the Problem Based Learning model, student cooperation will be trained so that students are able to improve their critical thinking as a whole.
