Abstract

Purpose: is to find out and analyze determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction, service quality on customer loyalty, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and the role of customer satisfaction as a mediation of the effect of service quality on customer loyalty in Teluk Lamong loading and unloading container terminal. Design/methodology/approach: Design of this research uses quantitative research. Research limitations/implications: This research conducted on Teluk Lamong customers with include 229 respondents samples and are distributed through questionnaires, as well as the data results are processed using SEM PLS version 3.0. Practical implications: The results prove that there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. The second results imply that there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong. Likewise, the effect of customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT Terminal Teluk Lamong is also significant. Satisfaction is also confirmed to mediate the effect of service quality on customer loyalty. Originality/value: This Paper Is Original Paper type: This paper can be categorized as case study paper.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to find out and analyze how the marketing mix affects the market share of loading and unloading dry bulk at Jamrud Terminal. Design / methodology / approach: The method in this study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis Findings: The research is conducted on the service users of Jamrud Terminal Research limitations / implications: This study is only limited by using four independent variables and one dependent variable. The independent variables are product, price, promotion and place. The dependent variable is market share Practical Implications: The population is 54 employees determined by the Slovin formula and random sampling. Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada jaman 4.0 sangat berpengaruh bagi masyarakat khususnya bagi Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah (UMKM) yang menginginkan profit meningkat dari hasil penjualannya. Digital marketing merupakan suatu kegiatan pemasaran atau promosi sebuah merek atau produk dengan menggunakan media digital atau internet dengan tujuan untuk menarik konsumen atau calon konsumen secara cepat. Marketplace melalui Tokopedia merupakan salah satu strategi pemasaran digital marketing. Dari segi penjual, Tokopedia memiliki banyak keuntungan yaitu mudah digunakan, efisien, terpercaya dan pemasaran gratis. Jika dibandingkan dengan marketplace lainnya, tokopedia memiliki keuntungan yang lebih banyak.Dengan menggunakan Tokopedia, UMKM khususnya untuk UMKM di Kecamatan Semampir dan Pabean Cantian Kota Surabaya dapat memasarkan produknya, dalam hal ini adalah makanan ke pasar yang lebih luas jangkauannya secara cepat karena Tokopedia tidak hanya dapat diakses oleh masyarakat lokal namun juga dapat diakses oleh mancanegara. Kegiatan penjualan UMKM ini masih secara konvesional maupun tradisional, mereka hanya memasarkan produk di lingkungan sekitar dan mereka juga belum memiliki pengalaman melakukan penjualan melalui online. Namun setelah mengenal digitalisasi marketing, para UMKM dapat memasarkan produknya ke lingkungan yang lebih luas secara cepat.

Abstract

Penggunaan Inaportnet memiliki manfaat seperti informasi tentang efektivitas dan efisiensi operasi di tempat, seperti kontrol perizinan, bongkar muat, rencana tambat, operator kapal tunda, dan lainnya. Inaportnet saat ini menyediakan INSW dengan informasi waktu tunggal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas sitem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3) pada sistem Inaportnet terhadap kepuasan pengguna (Y) dengan melalui kinerja karyawan (X) sebagai variabel intervening. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi didalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan manajemen PT Anugerah Tirta Samudra sedangkan sampel berjumlah 35 respoden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Data yang digunakan yaitu diperoleh dari data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda serta menggunakan uji path analysis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung dari varibel. Sebelum data dianalisis, dilakukan pengujian kualitas data dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Hasil olah data menunjukkan item kuisioner bersifat valid dan semua variabel bersifat reliabel. Setelah itu dilakukan uji sobel untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh yang dilakukan oleh variabel intervening. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan pembahasan, hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem (X1), kualitas informasi (X2), kualitas pelayanan (X3) berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap kepuasan pengguna (Y) dan kinerja karyawan (Z). Serta adanya pengaruh variabel intervening melalui kinerja karyawan yang berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pengguna sistem Inaportnet.

Abstract

The implementation of the Centra Information System has brought major changes to Indonesian Port management. This research is in the form of qualitative descriptive research with data collection methods carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. discusses the benefits, challenges, and suggestions for optimizing the use of these modules. Centra increases operational efficiency by automating business processes and providing real-time data access. However, implementation is often faced with integration complexity, unexpected costs, and excessive customization. Employee engagement and change management are critical to overcoming these barriers. The Finance and Accounting module allows management to make decisions based on accurate and up-to-date data, optimize financial management, and report company performance better. The Material Management module helps manage inventory, supply chain and project management more efficiently. The Human Capital Management (HCM) module supports decision making in human resource management. Employee management, performance and development become more effective, increasing productivity and employee satisfaction. Future suggestions include regular system maintenance, ongoing training, and improved integration. Performance evaluation and integration of the latest technology are also crucial. The success of Centra Information Systems depends on collaboration between departments, planning for future needs, and adapting to change. By overcoming these challenges and following these suggestions, companies can optimize Centra implementation and take full advantage of the Finance and Accounting, Material Management, and Human Capital Management (HCM) modules to achieve higher efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness.

Abstract

The research is a study at the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office, Surabaya. And this research also aims to analyze the factors that have the most dominant influence on employee performance. This research is a type of quantitative research, which consists of four variables, namely Occupational Safety and Health (K3) (X1), Work Environment (X2), Work Discipline (X3), and Employee Performance (Y). This research used a sample of 75 employees of the Tanjung Perak Main Port Authority Office, Surabaya. This research uses data collection methods in the form of interviews, observations, questionnaires. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, data quality test, classical assumption test, t test using SPSS calculations. The results of the analysis state that: (1) the t-count result is 0.653 < 1.996 t table so Occupational Safety and Health (K3) does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) the t count result is 2.776> 1.994 t table so the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) tcount results 5,235 > 1,994 ttable Physical Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. The results of this research show that K3, Work Environment.
