Abstract

Analysis of Customer Satisfaction with Sikoci Savings at Bank Nagari Sub-Branch of UNP, to find out how satisfied the customers of Sikoci Savings, especially students, are in the facilities and facilities provided.  Sikoci Savings is Student Savings to get Student Identity Cards and ATMs, which can be used as SPP payments in any Bank Nagari ATM machine and as other financial transactions, which can facilitate students in paying tuition fees or SPP and other financial transactions.The method analysis statistic descriptive quantitative data collective from students UNP who have SIKOCI saving with non probability sampling use accidental sampling of 25 respondent July 2017. This research find from 5 dimention service quality generallay good but need improvement to maximize it. Keywords: Customer Satisfaction, Savings

Abstract

This study aims to analize the effect of the marketing mix (product, price, promotion, place of people, physical evidence and process) on customer loyalty savings at PT. BPR Muaro Bodi. This research is a quantitative study. The data sources used in this study are primany data in the form of questionnaires and secondary data in the form of books and journals. The population used is 71 cuetomers who make savings books at PT BPR Muaro Bodi who where selected using accidental sampling, technical data analysis using. Instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and t test. The results of the study show that the product variable has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the price variable has a positive and insignificant effect on curtomer loyalty, the promotion variable has a positif and significant effect customer loyalty, the place variable has a positif and significant effect customer loyalty, the person variable has a positif and notsignificant effect. Significant effect on customer loyalty, the physical evidence variable has a positif and significant effect on customer loyalty and the process variable has a positif and significant effect on customer loyalty

Abstract

This study aims to examine the quality of service and customer value on credit customer loyalty at BPR Batang Palangki, Sijunjung Regency. This type of research is quantitative, where this study uses numerical data and the research process on measuring objective results using statistical analysis. The population in this study were 500 credit customers at BPR Batang Palangka Raya. The sampling technique used is representative, while the number of samples is 85 people obtained by using the slovin formula. The types of data used in this study are quantitative and qualitative data. While the data sources are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression using SPSS version 21.00 assistance program. The hypothesis was tested using the t test at = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on credit customer loyalty at BPR Batang Palangki, Sijunjung Regency

Abstract

 This study intends to investigate the impact of working capital turnover and inventory turnover on profitability, as well as to demonstrate the differences in working capital turnover and inventory turnover before and after Covid-19. The study was carried out at pharmaceutical sub-sector companies that are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The causality effect is estimated using panel data regression estimation in the EViews 10 program, while the comparative objective is analyzed using various tests in the SPSS 26 program. The research variable causality test results show that partial working capital turnover affects profitability while inventory turnover does not. Working capital turnover and inventory turnover, on the other hand, have a positive and significant effect on the profitability of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies. Furthermore, there was no significant difference in working capital turnover and inventory turnover before and after the Covid-19 pandemic, according to the comparative test results.

Abstract

Consumer purchasing decisions are processes where consumers choose and evaluate products or services, often consumers consider various things that suit their needs in the buying decision process. This study aims to test whether product quality, price and brand image affect purchasing decisions (a case study of a student majoring in pharmacy at an Indonesian pioneer university). Sources of data used in this study is primary data. The population in this observation is students majoring in pharmacy at the pioneering Indonesian universities, totaling 532 students. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling. the number of samples in this study were 98 students. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The conclusion of this study is that Product Quality (X1) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, Price (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions and Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.
