Abstract

Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beli-belah secara langsung, ulasan pelanggan dalam talian, dan pemasaran kandungan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk penjagaan kulit di TikTok Shop dalam kalangan pengguna di Blitar Raya. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, data primer diperoleh daripada soal selidik dalam talian menggunakan Borang Google, dan data sekunder datang daripada literatur seperti buku dan jurnal. Pemprosesan data dijalankan menggunakan perisian SPSS versi 26. Sampel diambil menggunakan persampelan bertujuan, melibatkan 100 responden yang memenuhi kriteria: bermastautin di Blitar Raya, berumur sekurang-kurangnya 17 tahun, menggunakan aplikasi TikTok, dan telah membeli produk di Kedai TikTok . Teknik analisis termasuk ujian instrumen (kesahan dan kebolehpercayaan), ujian andaian klasik (normaliti, multikolineariti, dan heteroskedastisitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, dan ujian hipotesis (ujian T, ujian F, dan pekali penentuan R²). Hasil penyelidikan menunjukkan bahawa pembolehubah beli-belah langsung, ulasan pelanggan dalam talian dan pemasaran kandungan bersama-sama mempunyai kuasa yang ketara ke atas keputusan pembelian. Kunci: lives shopping, online customer review, konten marketing, keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

Analyzing Facebook roleplayer management simulation on skills towards potential and challenges in an inclusive and productive online community. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach. The population in this study took from participants or users of the Facebook roleplayer community. The number of research samples was 100 respondents, using a data collection method through a questionnaire (Google Form). The results of the study using the multiple linear regression data analysis method showed that the results of the F test were f count of 511,940 with a significance of 0.001 which means that Facebook roleplayers simultaneously affect user satisfaction in soft skill training. The results of the T test showed that t count was 7,521 and 9,999 with a significance level of 0.001. This shows that the Null Hypothesis (H0) is rejected where it has no effect and the Alternative Hypothesis (H1) is accepted where it has an effect on variable Y. The results of the determination test showed an adjusted r square of 0.912 which means that Facebook management and roleplayer simulations simultaneously affect user satisfaction in soft skill training by 91.2% and the rest is influenced by other independent variables by 8.8%. This conclusion shows that the better the influence of Facebook management simulation and roleplayer, the higher the user satisfaction with soft skills training.

Abstract

Poverty is one of the problems that often occurs in Indonesia. Therefore, through the Unit Pengelola Kegiatan (UPK), the government made a Simpan Pinjam Perempuan (SPP) program in revolving funds provided without any collateral, so the risk that often occurs is bad credit arrears. This causes a decrease in assets or a deficit and an increasing number of bad debts, so good management and control are needed to reduce the number of complex or uncollectible receivables. The purpose of this paper is to identify and analyze the role of management and control applied by the UPK Ponggok District, Blitar Regency, in minimizing bad debts. This research is qualitative research with data collection methods with interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that (1) Receivable management applied by the UPK Ponggok Subdistrict, Blitar Regency is quite good, especially in credit standards, credit requirements, and applied receivable collection policies, but in the receivables management applied there is no receivables measurement ratio policy. (2) The control of receivables that was implemented did not go well because there were still various irregularities and discrepancies between the implementation and the applicable Standard Operating Procedure.

Abstract

Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan aspek penting dalam menunjang peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Terdapat berbagai aspek yang dapat digunakan sebagai strategi dan alat pendukung untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan strategi tersebut mencakup berbagai aspek penting, seperti pemberian motivasi baik secara materiil maupun non-materiil, pelatihan keterampilan teknis dan non-teknis, sistem kompensasi yang adil dan transparan, serta promosi jabatan yang berbasis pada prestasi kerja. Pemberian motivasi dilakukan dalam bentuk gaji, bonus, fasilitas kerja, hingga program umrah dan beasiswa anak karyawan, yang secara signifikan mampu meningkatkan semangat dan loyalitas kerja. Di sisi lain, pelatihan yang diberikan mencakup aspek pelayanan prima, ketahanan fisik, penguasaan alat pemadam kebakaran (APKAR), serta pembinaan spiritual melalui program Manajemen Emosional dan Spiritual Mayangkara (MESM). Seluruh strategi tersebut dirancang tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan produktivitas kerja karyawan, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan integritas mereka dalam menjalankan tugas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan pada unit SPBU Mayangkara Group Kota Blitar. Dalam penelitian ini mengguanakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yang menggambarkan secara sistematis strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan penerapannya pada karyawan SPBU Mayangkara Group Kota Blitar. Metode pengumpulkan data melalui penelitian dokumenter dengan cara melacak, mengidentifikasi dan mengumpulkan dokumen serta dari sumber internal dan eksternal terkait strategi manajemen sumber daya manusia dari SPBU Mayangkara Group. Berdasarkan dari penelitian yang dilakukan diperoleh hasil bahwa untuk mencapai keberhasilan perusahaan harus menggunakan strategi yang tepat dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan SPBU Mayangkara Group diterapkannya pemberian keterampilan, motivasi kerja, kompensasi, dan promosi jabatan yang dapat mendorong seorang karyawan dalam menyelesaikan tangggung jawab yang telah diberikan.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of human resource performance on service quality and patient satisfaction in the Dahlia Ward of RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar. The study adopts a quantitative survey approach, involving a sample of 30 patients. The key variables analyzed include human resource performance, service quality, and patient satisfaction. The findings demonstrate that human resource performance has a significant influence on both service quality and patient satisfaction. High-quality human resource performance leads to better service quality, ultimately increasing patient satisfaction.This study employs a quantitative methodology with a survey approach. Data were gathered using questionnaires distributed to 30 patients who received treatment in the Dahlia Ward of RSUD Mardi Waluyo. The analyzed variables consist of human resource performance (competence, responsibility, motivation), service quality (tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy), and patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training and motivation on the performance of cadres in Maron village, Srengat district, Blitar district. This type of research uses quantitative descriptive using research instruments and quantitative data analysis. Data was collected by using field studies and literature studies. The population in this study were all existing cadres with a total of 35 respondents and the sample of this study used that population. The data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test and multiple linear regression analysis with t test, F test and coefficient of determination (R^2). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously there is a significant influence between training and incentives on the performance of cadres in Maron Village, Srengat District, Blitar Regency with a calculated F value of 13,000 with a sig of 0.000. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence between the provision of training and motivation on the performance of cadres in the village of Maron, Kec. Srengat Kab. Blitar. The conclusion of this study is that both training and motivation variables have an influence on cadre performance
