Abstract

The existence of financial institutions, especially the banking sector, occupies a very strategic position in bridging the needs for working capital and investment in the real sector with the owners of funds. Availability of sources of funds for the business world and supported by ease of investment encourages business expansion, especially by large-scale groups. The formulation of the problem in this research is, how is the existence of Islamic financial institutions in improving the economic level of the community, what are the factors that are carried out by PT. BPRS Alwasliyah Kraktau Medan in increasing the economic level of the community, how is the LKS exsintesi solution in the welfare of society. The purpose of this research is to know the existence of Islamic financial institutions in improving the economic level of the community, to determine the factors of PT. BPRS Alwasliyah Kraktau Medan in improving the economic level of the community, to find out LKS exsintesi solutions in the welfare of the community. The research method is qualitative research, data is generated from interviews and is supported by documentation and literature study. The results of the study show that in 2017 the contribution of MSMEs to GDP reached Rp. 7,704,635.90 billion with a growth of 60 percent of the total existing businesses, namely, micro businesses contributed 36.82 percent, medium businesses 13.57 percent, and small businesses amounting to 9., 61 percent, the number of customers of PT BPRS Alwasliyah Krakatu Medan in 2018 was 240 larger than in 2017, namely 232 customers, this proves that murabahah financing has an active role in influencing the MSME business sector.

Abstract

Market failure can occur if the allocation of economic resources cannot be distributed optimally in society. In the conditions, the market will cause too much or too little of either goods or services to be produced in an economy. Market failure occurs when the market fails to allocate resources efficiently. Market failure can also be interpreted as a situation where the market does not respond to a product when there is over supply or over demand. Prices do not limit demand and cannot increase supply so that an efficient market is not created. Market failures can occur due to the following factors, namely: Asymmetric information, externalities, public goods (public), and market imperfections. This study aims to determine the factors that influence market failures that cause market imbalances. The method used is qualitative research. The results obtained from the study are market failures can occur due to factors including: Asymmetric information, externalities, public property (public), market imperfections or a decrease in average costs. To eliminate market failures, several solutions can be implemented. Use of laws & pricing mechanisms.

Abstract

Ihtikâr in terminology is holding (hoarding) basic human goods to be able to gain profits by increasing the price and waiting for prices to soar in the market. According to the principles of Islamic law, whatever goods are permitted by Allah SWT to have them, then it is also lawful to be used as objects trading. Likewise, all forms that are forbidden to possess it are also forbidden to trade them. According to Yusuf al-Qardhawi, risywah is "money given to the ruler or employee, so that the ruler or employee imposes a punishment that benefits him. The type of research I use is a qualitative research type. Ihtikâr and Its Impact on the World Economy. There are several economic activities that benefit only one party but are prohibited by religion, such as gambling, usury, fraud (al-ghabn), tadlîs in buying and selling and hoarding (ihtikâr). For this reason, every economic activity must be based on a sense of transcendence. In general, risywah crimes have an impact on 3 important sectors in daily life, namely the individual, the community and the government.

Abstract

This research discusses descriptively the causes of the economic crisis and the approaches and analyzes of many experts who provide solutions to the economic crisis that has occurred. The occurrence of an economic crisis in Islam cannot be separated from economic practices or activities that are carried out contrary to Islamic values, such as the act of consuming usury, monopoly, corruption, and other malpractice actions. Islamic Economics and the Economic Crisis are an approach and analysis. provide solutions to the current economic crisis. Although there are differences, in general the key to solving the crisis is to eliminate the system of interest (usury) in the economy. In terms of banking, Islamic economics has provided solutions (alternatives) to avoid the practice of usury (interest) in the banking process. The solution is in the form of a Mudharabah product based on a profit sharing ratio expressed in the form of a percentage between shahibul mal and mudharib.

Abstract

This study aims to look at the risk rating, the risk rating is the final conclusion on the Bank's risk after considering the mitigation carried out through the implementation of risk management, to determine the bank's risk rating refers to the rating matrix. This matrix basically maps out risk ratings resulting from a combination of inherent risk and quality of risk management implementation. Research results determine the risk rating because the determination of the rating assessment is the basis for banks to categorize bank risk ratings. The results of applying risk ratings for banks are categorized into five ratings, namely, Low to moderate, Moderate, Moderate to high High, Low.

Abstract

Terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya yang membeli berjumlah 89 responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Influencer Marketing Disosial Media secara parsial menunjukkan nilai t hitung 2,944 > t tabel 1,987 dan pada tabel nilai signifikansi 0,004 < 0,05. Dapat diartikan Influencer Marketing Di sosial Media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya. Kemudian Label Halal juga menunjukkan nilai t hitung 10,883 > t tabel 1,987 dan pada tabel nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat diartikan Label Halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya. Secara simultan diperoleh Influencer Marketing Disosial Media dan Label Halal menunjukkan nilai F hitung 108,937 > F tabel 3,10 serta nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Dapat diartikan bahwa secara bersama-sama mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian pada usaha Mie Gacoan Cabang Medan Karya.
