Abstract

SD Muhammadiyah 2 Kupang is one of the institutions engaged in the world of education, especially at the elementary school level. Learning at Muhammadiyah 2 Kupang Elementary School using conventional or face-to-face methods became disrupted due to the Covid-19 pandemic that hit in Indonesia, learning at Muhammadiyah 2 Kupang Elementary School which was originally conventional, namely teachers and students doing the teaching and learning process directly in the classroom was forced to carry out online learning activities, namely students learning and teaching teachers must keep running even though students are at home. As a result, teachers have to do online learning using online media. This results in many teachers having difficulty in using online media to deliver material and assign assignments to students. Instead, the students have difficulty in checking the materials and tasks given by the teacher. The data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, library studies, observations and questionnaires, the creation of this application using Adobe Dreamweaver and MySQL databases. The results achieved in the creation of this e-learning design will facilitate the learning and teaching process between teachers and students in online learning. It is hoped that this e-learning design can help improve teaching and learning activities at Muhammadiyah 2 Kupang Elementary School.

Abstract

Information technology is familiar to the public as it is today, the presence of various innovations in the field of information technology has facilitated all human activities both directly and indirectly. PT ASDP Kupang branch is a national company engaged in crossing services that serve the community in the east nusa tenggara region, as for the problems that exist so far the people of east Nusa Tenggara have difficulty in accessing information about the ship's cruise schedule, passenger fare information and other information related to the cruise prospective passengers are required to come directly to the office to find the required information. This information system is created to help people who use ferry crossing services in East Nusa Tenggara province, The result of this application is that users can check the ship departure schedule, fare info, cruise routes and information related to ferry cruises in East Nusa Tenggara in real time anytime and anywhere by using a computer or smartphone connected to the internet network this application is made using PHP and Mysql programming languages

Abstract

Food and nutrition security assessment requires an adaptive analytical approach due to the multidimensional and temporal complexity of food systems. This study proposes a hybrid decision support system integrating Multi-Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods, namely Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), with machine learning to evaluate and predict food security indicators dynamically. Panel data from West Java and East Nusa Tenggara for the period 2018–2024 were analyzed to capture structural and temporal characteristics. AHP was used to determine expert-based indicator weights, which were applied in TOPSIS to generate regional food security scores. These scores were subsequently modeled using machine learning with temporal feature engineering, including lag variables and rolling statistics, and evaluated using time-series cross-validation. The results reveal a strong negative correlation (−0.7398) between AHP weights and machine learning feature importance, indicating complementary expert-based and data-driven perspectives. Ridge Regression achieved the best predictive performance with an R² of 0.9983 on training data and 0.8186 under cross-validation. East Nusa Tenggara outperformed West Java in TOPSIS scores (0.4829 vs. 0.4626), highlighting the importance of food stability and utilization. This study advances Informatics by enabling dynamic and adaptive food security decision support.
