Abstract

One of the opportunities that can be used to create new employment opportunities and also have the potential to improve the family economy of former women workers is by providing them with skills based on local wisdom. The purpose of this service is to improve the economy of Indonesian ex-female labor through handicrafts based on local wisdom in Kradenan Village, Purwoharjo District. The strategy undertaken is to provide understanding, knowledge, insight and skills for Indonesian ex-female labor. The results of her dedication show that this former female worker has a new awareness of entrepreneurship. This is shown by their seriousness in following the bamboo handicraft training. The effort to make handicrafts makes the Indonesian ex-female labor more empowered to have skills and the job opportunities are open automatically as a result, the Indonesian ex-female labor are more empowered and do not want to return to being female workers.

Abstract

The phenomenon of divorce in the last decade in Banyuwangi has increased quite sharply. This paper wants to carefully analyze how the behavior of a wife who filed for divorce in the Religious Court of Banyuwangi Regency. This type of research is descriptive research taken from qualitative data in the form of field observations, interviews, and documentation as analytical material, so that the author can find important findings. The findings showed that the behavior of the wife filing for divorce can be seen from the presence of predisposing factors, catalyst factors and driving factors. These three factors also cause women to divorce more than once. This divorce can be viewed as a structure in which there are relationships that synchronically give rise to a phenomenon of divorce. Divorce is considered a social and natural behavior in society, with divorced wives getting happiness and peace.

Abstract

This writing discusses about the way of devotion in Mosque Nurul Hidayah Sarimulyo Village Cluring of Banyuwangi. Action of Emphasis devotion is empowerment programmer, implementation of empowerment programmer and result of empowerment program to pilgrim of Nurul Hidayah Mosque. The empowerment is part of participation devotion which put community position as perpetrators of social change has hope by them. The effort will be achieved on two stages for four months and be start from on September until on December 2016. Some cycles are part of empowerment strategic which will do in this devotion. Results of devotion are 1) Form empowerments pilgrim in Mosque are enhancement economic programmer such as training and establishment of cooperation. 2) Implementations of empowerment pilgrim mosque as training and establishment are smoothly. It was formed stewardship and membership on business field such as provision of basic foods, snacks, books of Qiroati, electrical token listrik, PLN and others. But some of them did not yet done because of limited of modal and time. 3) Results of empowerment pilgrim mosque can dug, push and give motivation and make pilgrims independent and confidence.
