This research was conducted to determine the impact of stock trading unit (lot size) and a fraction of the stock price policy to the trading volume and market capitalization of the companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange year period 2013-2014. Sample selection methods using purposive sampling and proportionate stratified random sampling. Discount promotion in the retail industry has great charm to consumers. We can find this program in every single modern retail industry. In the past, big sale program or discount promotion could only be found find in midyear term or at the end of the year. Nowadays, the discount promotion is offered in each month. It’s a unique strategy for modern retail. Matahari dept. Store, as an example, has decided to use this strategy the results is the significant raise of their income. This offer is based on research about the habit of our Indonesian society in general. It’s called consumptive behavior. Social networking is a phenomenon in Indonesia, almost all communities have and actively use an account at social networking. The phenomenon has changed the initial function of social networking.Many activities carried out through social networking. Facebook, with a number of accessor, turns out to encourage universities in Indonesia to take part in utilizing this social networking. Almost all universities have an official account to accommodate their activities. Every industry in financial market has a same goal, which is an optimum stock price. We’ve known there are a lot of factor effected stock price, such as fundamental structur, demand and supply law, interest rate, devidend and news and rumors. The research objective is to find out the effect od Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to Stock Price. The subject of this research is the manufactur company in consumption sector listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) frim 2006 to 2008. The results of this research are, there is no effect od DER to stock price if EPS constant, but there is effect of DER and EPS to stock price hopefully this research could provided a comprehensif data to develop any research in future.Keywords : Debt to equity ratio, EPS, stock price

Investment climate has begun to rise since a few years ago. Stock price fluctuations keep stable and move to the positive position. Stock price fluctuation affected by two factors, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of company’s cash flow, dividend and investment behaviour. External factors consist of monetary policy, exchange rate, interest volatility, globalization, companies’ competition, and technology. Each person have a very unique characteristic, it makes every organization or companies should bring those differences into a right lane. One of the tool to lead the diferrences is organization culture. This research tries to find out the effect of organizational culture to works satisfaction. The sample of this research are the full timer lecturers works in Bunda Mulia University. The result of this research shown us that there is a posifif and significant effect of organizational culture to works satisfaction. Abstrak: Salah satu keuntungan dari pasar modal adalah kemampuannya untuk menyediakan modal untuk waktu yang lama dan tanpa batas. Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) adalah penyelenggara transaksi bridging antara penjual dan pembeli, di mana penyediaan wadah atau tempat, maka akan pasti membantu pihak manapun untuk perdagangan saham perusahaan yang telah terdaftar perusahaannya di Bursa Indonesia Bertukar. Pasar Anomali keberadaan itu sendiri dapat menyebabkan kenaikan dan penurunan harga saham yang sangat berdampak pada pengembalian atau keuntungan dari investasi yang dilakukan di pasar saham. pasar anomali atau anomali pasar adalah fenomena di mana perilaku harga pasar saham sekuritas atau keadaan tidak dapat dijelaskan dengan beberapa teori yang biasanya digunakan untuk memprediksi pergerakan sekuritas. data sekunder yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah harga saham gabungan yang peneliti diperoleh dari www.yahoo.finance.com dari 2013 sampai 2015. Dari hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perdagangan saham yang signifikan sebelum liburan dan setelah liburan kembali dari harga saham indeks di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2013-2015. Kata kunci: Anomali, Efek, IHSG Abstract: One of the advantages of the capital market is its ability to provide capital for a long time and without limits. Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) is the organizer of the bridging transactions between seller and buyer, where the provision of a container or place, then it will certainly help any party to the trade of stocks of companies that have registered his company in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Market Anomaly existence itself can cause increases and decreases in stock prices that greatly impact on the return or profit from the investments made in the stock market. Anomalies market or a market anomaly is a phenomenon in which the behavior of the stock market price of its securities or circumstances cannot be explained by several theories that are usually used to predict the movement of securities. Secondary data used in this study is composite price that researchers obtained from www.yahoo.finance.com from 2013 to 2015. From the results of this study concluded that there are significant stock trading before the holiday and after a holiday on return from stock price index in the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2015. This research based on data of UMKM business in Indonesia. Based on this data UMKM in Indonesia gave significant contribution to Indonesia economics. Unfortunately, this growth is not supported by sustainability of the business itself. It still lacks of surviving ability and many of it finally failed. In this research we examined the influence of quality management to the product innovation and innovation process itself. Further more we examined the influence of product innovation and innovation process to competitive advantages of restaurant business. We examined 112 restaurants as the sample in this research. Most of sample is in Grogol, West Jakarta. This research analyzed using SEM-PLS and Wrap PLS 6.0. Finding of this research is quality management affect product innovation and innovation process.
