Abstract

Discount promotion in the retail industry has great charm to consumers. We can find this program in every single modern retail industry. In the past, big sale program or discount promotion could only be found find in midyear term or at the end of the year. Nowadays, the discount promotion is offered in each month. It’s a unique strategy for modern retail. Matahari dept. Store, as an example, has decided to use this strategy the results is the significant raise of their income. This offer is based on research about the habit of our Indonesian society in general. It’s called consumptive behavior. Although in basic theory it’s a well-known fact that becoming a consumptive person is not an option for in this society; in reality, the behavior saved a retail industry.Key Words- Economic Policy, Minimum Wage, Income.

Abstract

Social networking is a phenomenon in Indonesia, almost all communities have and actively use an account at social networking. The phenomenon has changed the initial function of social networking.Many activities carried out through social networking. Facebook, with a number of accessor, turns out to encourage universities in Indonesia to take part in utilizing this social networking. Almost all universities have an official account to accommodate their activities. This research took the Bunda Mulia University, STIE Trisakti and, Tarumanagara University as samples to conduct research on the effectiveness of communication activities facebook universities in Indonesia. The results shown us, facebook was considered effective as a means of communication for students Key Words:Social Media, communication, and Effectivity

Abstract

Every industry in financial market has a same goal, which is an optimum stock price. We’ve known there are a lot of factor effected stock price, such as fundamental structur, demand and supply law, interest rate, devidend and news and rumors. The research objective is to find out the effect od Debt Equity Ratio (DER) and Earning Per Share (EPS) to Stock Price. The subject of this research is the manufactur company in consumption sector listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) frim 2006 to 2008. The results of this research are, there is no effect od DER to stock price if EPS constant, but there is effect of DER and EPS to stock price hopefully this research could provided a comprehensif data to develop any research in future.Keywords : Debt to equity ratio, EPS, stock price

Abstract

Investment climate has begun to rise since a few years ago. Stock price fluctuations keep stable and move to the positive position. Stock price fluctuation affected by two factors, internal factors and external factors. Internal factors consist of company’s cash flow, dividend and investment behaviour. External factors consist of monetary policy, exchange rate, interest volatility, globalization, companies’ competition, and technology. This research, try to find out the effects of SBI rate and exchanged rate (USD/Rp) to PT. Semen Gresik’s stock price. Keywords : Investment, stock price, SBI’s rate, and Exchanged rate.

Abstract

Indonesia pada beberapa tahun belakangan ini semakin memperbaiki keadaan perekonomiannya, hal ini jelas terlihat apabili kita membandingkan keadaan perekonomian Indonesia pada sekitar tahun 1997-1998. Pada masa tersebut Indonesia mengalami krisis perekonomian yang cukup parah yang dampaknya masih terasa sampai dengan saat ini, meskipun demikiapn walaupun belum sepenuhnya pulih dan terkadang masih mengalami gejolak, namun perlahan tapi pasti perekonomian Indonesia kian mengalami perbaikan di berbagai sektor.Seiring dengan semakin membaiknya keadaan perekonomian, baik perekonomian dunia maupun perekonomian di Indonesia, masyarakat dunia semakin menyadari manfaat dari pemenuhan kebutuhan untuk berinvestasi. Hal ini terlihat dari semakin banyaknya sarana investasi yang tersedia dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan untuk berinvestasi dari masyrakat, dimana sarana investasi tersebut tentunya dilengkapi dengan kebijakan-kebijakan dan peraturan-peraturan yang telah dikeluarkan oieh pemerintah untuk melindungi para investor sehingga dapat mendorong timbulnya hasrat untuk berinvestasi. Kata Kunci : Kinerja, Investasi, Reksadana, Saham

Abstract

Change Management is one of the important thing to concern if the organization wants to survive in industry. But sometimes, management needs to face the resistancy of the it change. It’s popular with the ‘resistance to change’ phrase. Works satisfaction will influenced the performance of the employe, and finaly will influenced performance of the organization. In University, lecturer performance absolutely influenced the university it’s self. Academic is a main core of University, based on that this research wants to find out, how the lecturer feels about the change management action by Bunda Mulia University. The result of the research will provide a basic information about what lecturer feel and how that’s change affected their performances. Abstract

Each person have a very unique characteristic, it makes every organization or companies should bring those differences into a right lane. One of the tool to lead the diferrences is organization culture. This research tries to find out the effect of organizational culture to works satisfaction. The sample of this research are the full timer lecturers works in Bunda Mulia University. The result of this research shown us that there is a posifif and significant effect of organizational culture to works satisfaction. The result of the research will provide a basic information about organizational culture in Bunda Mulia, what lecturer feel about that and how that’s change affected their performances.
