<![CDATA[Mukena garment SMEs in Sukarame District face significant challenges in meeting extreme seasonal demand fluctuations, particularly ahead of Ramadan and Zulhijah, due to limited production capacity and labor allocation. This study aims to integrate demand forecasting analysis, labor hour estimation, and line capacity planning using the Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) approach. The research focuses on the Make to Order (MTO) production system across four SMEs: Awalialdi Collection, Allice Collection, Azam Muslim, and Hyper Fashion. Historical demand data over 22 periods (Muharam 1445 H – Syawal 1446 H) were tested using MA2, MA3, and Linear Trend Line methods. Evaluation metrics show that the Linear Trend Line method provides the highest accuracy with the lowest error rates across all SMEs. Based on the RCCP analysis, a significant capacity imbalance was identified, positioning the sewing station as the primary bottleneck due to its extensive processing time (55–63 minutes/unit). Three out of four SMEs consistently experienced a sewing capacity deficit: Awalialdi Collection (±940 hours/month), Hyper Fashion (±136.13 hours/month), and Azam Muslim (±104.75 hours/month), while Allice Collection maintained a balanced line. As a tactical solution, capacity fulfillment can be achieved either through workforce addition (5 operators for Awalialdi; 1 operator each for Azam Muslim and Hyper Fashion) or monthly overtime allocation (94 hours for Awalialdi; 131.61 hours for Azam Muslim; 19.47 hours for Hyper Fashion). This study offers strategic operational recommendations to enhance the efficiency and competitiveness of similar SMEs.]]>
