Abstract

The Batulicin ferry port in Tanah Bumbu and the Tanjung Serdang crossing in Kotabaru, Pulau Laut district, has a very important role for transportation in facilitating the flow of goods and people as a series of the South Kalimantan Axis Cross Road that connects the city of Banjarmasin and all cities in South Kalimantan province and the city. -cities on the island of Kalimantan to Kotabaru, Tanah Laut district. With the economic development around coal mining, plantations and tourism in South Kalimantan, it is estimated that the need for transportation services from year to year always increases. To anticipate these conditions, the land transportation system and crossing required optimal performance standards. This research was conducted at the Batulicin - Tanjung Serdang crossing by taking case studies at the Batulicin and Tanjung Serdang ferry ports. The purpose of this study is to find a solution to the problem of optimizing the Batulicin port operating system whether additional ships are needed due to the long queue of passenger cars and goods that will cross from Batulicin to Kotabaru or vice versa. The data collected includes the performance of the crossing system, data retrieval is carried out on December 20 to December 24, 2021. Data analysis is based on the concept of combined costs, between vehicle waiting time costs and ship operating costs, with the number of ships. From the results of the discussion, it can be concluded that operational management in the form of an optimal performance system requires 4 ships with a minimum combined cost reference.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengenai permodelan bangkitan perjalanan dengan ukuran sampel yang bervariasi, yaitu 50%, 75% dan 100% dengan metode analisa regresi linear. Tujuan daripenelitian ini adalah untuk membuat model bangkitan perjalanan terkait dengan jumlah ukuran sampel dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ukuran sampel tersebut terhadap modeldan hasil bangkitan perjalanan. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara pendataan langsung dengan  menggunakan  kuesioner,  yang  diisi  secara  langsung  mandiri  oleh  respondenmaupun  dengan  bantuan  petugas  survei.  Penelitian  ini  dilakukan  di  kota  RantauKabupaten Tapin dengan cara sampel acak sejumlah 756 rumah tangga yang tersebar di11 kecamatan. Pengujian dilakukan pada faktor sosial ekonomi seperti jumlah anggota rumah tangga, pendapatan rumah tangga, kepemilikan sepeda motor dan kepemilikanmobil.  Kemampuan  model  untuk  menjelaskan  variasi  yang  terjadi  diukur  dengankoefisien  determinasi  dengan  rentang  0,911  sampai  dengan  1,000.  Jumlah  model bangkitan perjalanan yang terbaik ada 3 buah dari 11 buah model yang terpilih, dengan populasi yang mendominasi model tersebut (y = a + b. populasi). Semakin sedikit jumlah sampel yang diambil menyebabkan bertambahnya nilai koefisien a dan b, juga y. Dengan uji perbandingan Kruskal-Wallis dapat dibuktikan bahwa ukuran sampel  tidak begitu mempengaruhi perubahan nilai koefisien a dan b maupun jumlah bangkitan perjalanan. Kata Kunci: Analisa regresi, ukuran sampel, model bangkitan perjalanan dan uji Kruskal Wallis

Abstract

Tariff is the level of price or fee paid by users of goods transport services per unit trip, weight or per unit volume per kilometer. Because the tariff is intended to encourage the creation of optimum use of transportation infrastructure and facilities by considering the traffic concerned. In calculating the cost (transportation rate) of goods using an approach to vehicle production costs, it means that the ideal freight rate is determined based on vehicle operating costs plus a number of percentages of management and profits that are allowed. This case study reviews the special freight rates for the Banjarmasin – Amuntai route along 200 km. by land transportation. Where in this case, due to low tariffs, the tendency of owners of transportation services to increase the number of transport loads, one of the impacts on road network infrastructure is not achieving the planned age of the road construction. The calculation of transportation rates refers to the technical guidelines for determining tariffs for goods and passengers from the Director General of Land Transportation of the Ministry of Transportation with three basic components, namely ownership costs, fixed costs and vehicle operating costs. From the combination of the three components, the basic tariff value for goods transportation from Banjarmasin - Amuntai per kilogram is Rp.681.39 so that the expedition company can determine the ideal tariff according to the level of service to service users

Abstract

The fire disaster that befell most of the Jayakarti Temanggung Market on June 26, 2005, resulted in reduced service facilities. Before a fire occurs, indeed the Temanggung Jayakarti Market needs to be renovated because the building is quite old. The development of the city of Tamiang Layang is currently quite rapid accompanied by the demands of the dynamics of the behavior of consumers as consumers which also increased so that the Temanggung Jayakarti Market is now considered less attractive. This situation raises an idea to make efforts to organize and rebuild the Jayakarti Temanggung Market. Redevelopment and revitalization of the Temanggung Jayakarti Market is basically very good, and this will support the economic sector in the city of Tamiang Layang so that it will increase local revenue (PAD). Besides that, it can also attract attraction for outside regional investors to enter Tamiang Layang City. The purpose of writing is to find out whether the redevelopment and revitalization carried out by the Temanggung Jayak Market in technical economy.
