Urgensi Interpersonal Skill Dalam Dakwah Persuasif Halimatus Sakdiah

Abstract

As social beings, each individual will always interact with others. Dakwah is one form of social interaction. It required the ability to understand, respond, get to know other people and convey the desired message and purpose. Interpersonal skills are basic skills that should be owned by individuals so that interactions can go smoothly, including the implementation of dakwah. Interpersonal skills help preachers to understand and respect other people, which in turn can lead to success in the implementation of persuasive dakwah. This paper specifically explores the importance of interpersonal skills for a preacher in the implementation of persuasive dakwah.Sebagai makhluk sosial, setiap individu akan senantiasa berinteraksi dengan individu lainnya. Dakwah merupakan salah satu bentuk kegiatan interaksi sosial. Untuk itu diperlukan kemampuan memahami, merespon, mengenal orang lain dan menyampaikan pesan dan maksud yang diinginkan. Interpersonal skill merupakan keterampilan dasar yang harus dimiliki individu agar interaksi dapat berjalan lancar, termasuk dalam pelaksanaan dakwah. Keterampilan interpersonal membantu da’i dalam memahami dan menghargai orang lain, yang pada akhirnya dapat membawa kesuksesan dalam pelaksanaan dakwah persuasif. Tulisan ini secara khusus mengupas tentang pentingnya interpersonal skill bagi seorang da’i dalam pelaksanaan dakwah persuasif.

Abstract

This paper describes about the psychological perspective on interpersonal communication as one of the strategies the Prophet in preaching. Interpersonal communication is communication btween two or more people in order to achieve the desired objectives. In the context of the history of dakwah of Rasullullah SAW, interpersonal communication has been used as a dakwah strategy of the first when he was newly appointed as an apostle and called on the Islamic religion commanded. Interpersonal communication is done by Rasullullah in psychology perspective is a communication in psychological level. Psychologically interpersonal communication will go well if the two sides are communicating it had known each other, giving each other the attention, support, openness and trust. So the use of appropriate interpersonal communication and effective will affect the success of dakwah Islamiyah.Tulisan ini memaparkan tentang perspektif psikologi tentang komunikasi interpersonal sebagai salah satu strategi Rasulullah dalam berdakwah. Komunikasi interpersonal merupakan komunikasi yang dilakukan dua orang atau lebih dalam rangka mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Dalam konteks sejarah dakwah Rasullullah SAW, komunikasi interpersonal telah digunakan sebagai strategi dakwah pertama pada saat beliau baru diangkat menjadi rasul dan diperintahkan menyerukan agama Islam. Komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan Rasullullah dalam tinjauan psikologi merupakan komunikasi tingkat psikologis. Secara psikologis komunikasi interpersonal akan berjalan dengan baik jika kedua belah pihak yang berkomunikasi itu telah mengenal satu sama lain, saling memberikan perhatian, dukungan, keterbukaan dan kepercayaan. Sehingga penggunaan komunikasi interpersonal yang tepat dan efektif akan mempengaruhi keberhasilan dakwah Islamiyah.

Abstract

As social beings, each individual will have to interact with the others. Da’wah is a kind of social interaction activities. So, everyone needs to be able to understand, to respond, to know each other and to express his ideas to the others. Interpersonal skill is a basic skill in which everyone should belong to in order to have smooth interactions, especially when he conducts preaching (da’wah). Preachers should have this basic skill to understand and to appreciate the others in order to get success in conducting persuasive da’wah. Abstract

The self-adjustment ability on campus is an important requirement of studenteducation success. Therefore students should have good adjustment skills. This study aims to determine the adjustment ability and religious commitment of students in the campus IAIN Antasari, and to know the influence of religious commitment to student self-adjustment. The method used is quantitative method, with simple linear regression analysis. The research subjects were IAIN Antasari students in each faculty, and 236 students were selected as samples. The results showed that there was a significant positive religious commitment influence on the students' self adjustment at IAIN Antasari (R = 0.699 (r = 0.000)). Each dimension of religious commitment also has a significant positive effect on students' self-adjustment. The influence of religious belief dimension (R = 0.484 (r = 0.000)), religious practice dimension (R = 0.596 (r = 0.000)), religious knowledge dimension (R = 0.613 = 0.000)), and religious effect dimension (R = 0.689 (r = 0.000)) on students’ self-adjustment. It shows that the higher the religious commitment of the students, the better the students' self-adjustment. Therefore, the religious commitment of students is very important to be improved so that the students' self-adjustment will be better.

Abstract

Abstract

  Abstract Self-regulated learning, optimism and adversity quotient is a very important ability for students to be successful in their studies. This study aims to determine the effect of adversity quotient and optimism towards the self-regulated learning. The research method used is a quantitative method with multiple linear regression analysis. The research subjects were all UIN Antasari students, and using simple random sampling techniques, 383 students were selected as samples for this research. The results showed that there was a significant effect adversity quotient on students’ self-regulated learning (r = 0.030). There is an influence of optimism on self-regulated learning of student significantly (r = 0.000). The results of the study also found a significant relationship between adversity quotient and optimism of students (r = 0.000). Then, the results of the study also found that there were influences of adversity quotient and optimism simultaneously (together) towards students' self-regulated learning significantly (r = 0.000). Thus, adversity quotient and optimism are supporting students in self-regulated learning. The better the adversity quotient, optimism of students, the better the self-regulated learning of students.
