Abstract

Finances sector, foremost banking industries have important relo economy activities. Its role is as financial intermediary connecting (lenders) or surplus unit to and an entrepreneur in other side.Bank technique can be measured by counting ratio between banking output and input. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) will count bank which use input n to produce different ouput. The results of technique efficiency research BPR in Ex Karisidenan Pati using data tabulation DEA-CRS Merger of BPR BKK in each Kabupaten is hoped to increase efficiency rate in each BPR in Kabupaten Ex Karisedanan Pati. By merger, efficiency value will increase if compared with BPR before they margered.

Abstract

Islam is a religion, and religion is closely linked tobelief. Furthermore beliefs are emotional, andtherefore need islamic and non-Muslim relations tobe well regulated. The difference between rich andpoor always brings chaos in society and toovercome it, the verses of the Qur'an also concernthe relationship of rich and poor. The economicseverity of our country over the years has led topoverty, which has swelled and increased. Swellsand rising poverty are evident with the increasingnumber of unemployment, Unemployment isincreasingly large children and adolescents out ofschool, homeless, low quality, violent behavior andefficacy and imperviousness. That is how it is,poverty has attracted to disbelief, low temperamentand criminality that harms society. Thus, poverty isone of those social problems that can be viewed asanother source of social problems.

Abstract

The worsening sales trend of Jepara furniture exporters as a result of substandard marketing performance is the driving force for this research. Currently, a company's ability to improve its marketing performance is very important because it shows how well the company can meet its sales targets in the market. An effective method for identifying problems that impact a company's competitiveness and sustainability is to examine its marketing performance and the factors that influence that marketing performance. This study shows market sensing capabilities, dynamic capabilities, and new product development that can be used by Jepara furniture exporters to improve their marketing performance. This survey involved 60 respondents and used quantitative techniques. Purposive sampling is used in the sampling procedure. The research utilizes multiple linear regression analysis for data examination. Research findings show that market sensing capability, dynamic capabilities, and new product development all influence marketing performance. In this research, expanding market sensing capabilities, dynamic capabilities and new product development are recommended for Jepara furniture export companies. Thus, the furniture export business in Jepara will have better marketing performance.
