Abstract

Industri Migas membutuhkan adanya keseriusan dalam penanganan dan pengoperasian. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh resiko tinggi, biaya tinggi dan teknologi tinggi. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang bagaimana proses untuk melakukan perubahan pada equipment, proses operasional atau produksi, prosedur juga batasan operasional. Untuk menghasikan perubahan, setiap karyawan dan pemimpin akan melalui serangkaian pengalaman dan menganalisa permasalahan, sampai pada mengatasi masalah. Dari sini muncul adanya suatu kompetisi yang menuju ke kompetensi dalam usaha menuju perubahan teknik pengelolaan dalam lingkup kerja-nya. Kendala yang akan terjadi di selesaikan terkait dengan kesiapan perencanaan, biaya, serta memperkecil dampak yang mungkin akan terjadi.

Abstract

Problem yang terjadi pada Industri Migas lebih banyak disebabkan oleh tidak berfungsinya peralatan instrumen. Dari kondisi tersebut diatas, membutuhkan adanya keseriusan dalam mengatasi kerusakan perlatan instrumentasi. Hal ini dilatar belakangi oleh dampak yang mungkin akan terjadi berupa kecelakaan kerja, produksi tidak tercapai, kwalitas tidak memenuhi standar juga akan terjadi shutdown. Pengetahuan dan keterampilan tentang metode bagaimana mengatasi peralatan trouble, sangat dibutuhkan. Untuk menghasilkan metode troubleshooting, setiap pekerja akan melalui serangkaian pengalaman kerja dalam menganalisa permasalahan, sampai pada mengatasi masalah. Dari sini muncul adanya suatu kompetisi yang menuju ke kompetensi dalam usaha mengatasi trouble pada instrumentasi di industri migas. Kendala yang akan terjadi di selesaikan dengan kesiapan perencanaan, biaya, serta memperkecil dampak yang mungkin akan terjadi.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus was as a chronic disease that happens if the pancreas cannot produce insulin or the body unable to respond to the insulin. A person was diagnosed with Diabetes Mellitus if there were classic symptoms such as polyuria, polydipsia and polyphagia accompanied by high blood sugar levels. The impact of Diabetes Mellitus is a complication of diseases such as heart, kidney, stroke, blindness, and amputation, and one can easily suffer from atherosclerosis. This study was conducted aiming to find out the effect of providing tempe date juice and counselling on blood glucose levels of type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients in Teluk Kijing Village, Musi Banyuasin Regency. It was a quasi-experimental research with a pretest and posttest design with a control group. The number of respondents in this study was 60 people, determined using purposive sampling. This research showed that most of the majority in the treatment group were aged 40-63 years (90%), female (53%), with elementary school education level (53.3%), and with excess energy intake (56.7%). The average blood glucose level of the respondents in the treatment group before the intervention was 278.8 mg/dl and 222.7 mg/dl after the intervention. The average decrease in blood sugar levels in the treatment group was 56.1 mg/dl. The statistical dependent t-test showed an average difference between blood glucose levels before and after treatment (p= 0.000 < 0.05). The independent t-test showed a significant difference between the treatment results in the treatment group and the comparison group (p= 0.000 < 0.05). It could be concluded that tempe date juice and counselling reduce blood glucose levels in type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients in Teluk Kijing Village.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the performance of the SH250 Screw compressor based on field observation data. Based on the observation and data analysis, several conclusions can be drawn. First, the actual capacity of the compressor decreased by about 14.7485% from the design condition. This decrease is caused by the difference in operational pressure which is lower than the design pressure. Secondly, the power generated by the current compressor is about 136.143kW, which is lower than the design power of 250 kW. This decrease in power is due to the low input temperature. These findings indicate the importance of considering actual operational conditions in optimizing compressor performance. In this context, further adjustments or evaluations are recommended to ensure optimal performance of the SH250 Screw compressor. Factors such as operational pressure and input temperature should be carefully considered to achieve the expected results. This research provides valuable insights for the industry in understanding the factors affecting compressor performance and provides a basis for future performance improvements. These efforts are expected to improve operational efficiency and reduce potential losses in the use of the SH250 Screw compressor.
