Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze and determine service quality and supporting attributes and to find gaps or discrepancies between consumer expectations and perceptions to improve service quality and provide solutions to existing problems. Analysis of service quality is carried out using the Servqual Method (Service Quality), a method used to measure service quality. This Servqual method measures how well a service provided by a company/service is expected to be received. This Servqual method includes 5 Gaps with five attribute dimensions: Tangibles, Responsiveness, Assurance, Reliability, and Empathy. The data needed to analyze is by distributing questionnaires to customers and management. The results of distributing questionnaires to 27 respondents and the results of the analysis show that there is a gap between consumer expectations and the perceptions received. The most significant gap is in Gap 5 with the PS2 attribute -1.073, with repair solutions ensuring consumers are comfortable by inviting them to choose a comfortable seat. Gap 1 is on the TS1 attribute -0.215, so a solution is provided to ensure the cleanliness of the salon equipment used. Gap 2 is on the PS3 attribute -0.67 and is given a solution namely, staff must rearrange management service standards and ensure staff responds well to customers. Gap 3 on AS4 attributes -0.73 with improvement solutions, namely rearranging good service standards so that the advertisements promoted are appropriate, gap 4 there are two attributes that are not managed to fulfill, namely TS5 and TS6 so that suggestions for improvements were given to install automatic air fresheners in every corner of the room and look for the best internet network provider and increase internet network speed.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the capability of motion capture technology in capturing the movement of the left human arm and applying it to an arm robot. In this research, three MPU-6050 sensors are used, which are a combination of 3D accelerometer and 3D gyroscope to obtain the position and orientation of the left human arm, as well as one flex sensor to obtain finger bend or hand grip data. In this research, the optimal processing and data transmission delay time is 75 ms. Test results show an average accuracy rate of 87% in controlling the robot for 30 seconds. Results obtained from the used sensors are stable when in motion, but there is a slight stability problem when in a stationary position. Overall, this research concludes that motion capture technology can be used to assist humans in controlling robot movement with precision and ease.

Abstract

The torque of the DC motor needs to be known to determine the maximum load that can be exerted at a given speed. Torque measurement can be done with a dynamometer. The dynamometer uses the Prony Brake type, which uses the principle of frictional force to provide a load on the motor. The application of frictional force uses brake capillary load to produce a dynamometer with the Prony Brake type that is simple in manufacture and testing but reliable and accurate in making measurements. In the Prony Brake dynamometer, there are usually two pieces of wood used as a link between the motor and the torque arm; at the end of the torque arm, there is a ballast whose ballast value is multiplied by the length of the arm to produce the torque value of the DC motor. The results of the trials that have been carried out are that the reading results of RPM sensors, weight sensors, and voltage sensors have a deviation of less than 2%, and the current sensor readings have a deviation of less than 5%. The Prony Brake dynamometer that has been made can read the maximum torque value with a deviation of about 2% from the existing data.

Abstract

Mengenalkan angka dan mengajarkan ilmu berhitung pada anak-anak TK bukanlah hal yang mudah, dibutuhkan metode pengajaran yang smart dan menyenangkan agar anak-anak bisa memahami materi yang diajarkan. Apalagi anak-anak TK ini dalam tahap eksplorasi tentang segala hal mulai dari pengenalan warna, suara, bermain jari dan berhitung, meronce dan merangkai sesuatu, bermain pasir dan tanah, mengajak bermain lego (artikel epsikologi 1). Pendidikan yang dilakukan di lingkungan sekolahpun hanya dalam waktu yang singkat, hal ini untuk menghindari tingkat kebosanan yang nantinya bisa membuat anak menjadi tantrum yang akhirnya bisa berbahaya bagi anak itu sendiri (artikel Detik 2). Untuk menghindari hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan karena metode pengajaran yang salah, maka diperlukan tenaga pendidik (TenDik) yang handal. TenDik atau Guru haruslah memiliki wawasan, ketrampilan, dan kesabaran yang tinggi dalam proses belajar mengajar di Sekolah tersebut. Apalagi di beberapa Sekolah Dasar masih mensyaratkan penguasaan materi berhitung (Calistung) agar dapat diterima di sekolah tersebut. Oleh dari itu, tim pengabdi akan membuatkan Aplikasi Berhitung yang sederhana yang nantinya akan sangat mudah digunakan oleh para Guru dan siswa TK untuk mengenal angka dan logika berhitung sederhana. Selain itu, nanti juga akan dibuatkan perangkat yang terdiri dari Lampu LED sehingga semua orang bisa mengawasi dan ikut bermain dalam game ini. Dengan adanya aplikasi game dan perangkat nya diharapkan eksplorasi pengenalan angka dan belajar berhitung ini akan mampu menjadi salah satu metode yang dapat diterapkan di semua TK nantinya.

Abstract

One of the challenges in swarm drone formation is achieving fast and effective formation with optimal distances. In this paper, we propose a swarm drone formation approach utilizing Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) for achieving it. We conducted simulations involving the formation of three or more drones, aiming to identify the best formation based on distance, acceleration, and time criteria. Simulation results demonstrate that formation time is significantly reduced when employing ACO optimization compared to non-optimized methods. Additionally, the optimized formations exhibit shorter inter-drone distances compared to non-optimized formations. By implementing this approach, swarm drone formations can be rapidly established with minimized distances, resulting in substantial battery savings. The simulation encompassed various patterns formed by 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 drones. The findings indicate that the approach can reduce formation time by varying degrees, ranging from 12% to 51%, across 66% of the conducted experiments, notably for patterns created with a substantial drone count. The degree of diversity observed among the proposed solutions reached 60%, with minimal variances of less than 1% for each.

Abstract

Antrean kendaraan pada suatu simpangan akan menghambat arus pada simpangan lainnya. Lampu lalulintas yang mengatur ketertiban dan kelancaran lalulintas dapat menyebabkan kemacetan lalulintas karena kurang tepatnya pembagian durasi lampu lalulintas menyala hijau dan durasi lampu lalulintas menyala merah untuk setiap lintasan. Masalah pengaturan durasi pada setiap lampu lalu lintasan dapat diselesaikan dengan lampu lalulintas adaptif berdasarkan beberapa kriteria, yaitu jenis kendaraan, panjang antrean kendaraan, keberadaan kendaraan darurat, jumlah kendaraan, jumlah pejalan kaki, dan durasi lampu hijau telah menyala di setiap lintasan. Kriteria yang digunakan ini menjadi kriteria penentu yang digunakan dalam metode simple additive weight (SAW) untuk menentukan lampu lalulintas arah mana yang harus hijau dan seberapa lama lampu lalulintas hijau tersebut harus menyala. Pemilihan metode SAW tersebut didasarkan pada kemampuan metode tersebut dalam mengambil suatu keputusan yang tepat berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang telah ditentukan dan memiliki proses perhitungan yang cepat serta sederhana. Selain menggunakan metode SAW, persyaratan durasi minimal lampu lalulintas menyala hijau untuk setiap lintasan juga digunakan untuk kenyamanan pengguna jalan, baik penyeberang jalan maupun pengendara kendaraan. Dengan metode ini dalam simulasi persimpangan dengan berbagai jumlah dan jenis kendaraan, diperoleh pengurangan antrean kendaraan sebesar 28% tetapi meningkatkan perubahan pergantian lampu hijau sebesar 70% jika metode ini diterapkan untuk jangka waktu yang lama.
