Abstract

ABSTRAK Teknologi informasi berupa media sosial merupakan sebuah media untuk bersosialisasi satu sama lain dan dilakukan secara online yang memungkinkan manusia untuk saling berinteraksi tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Klinik Basmallah Sebagai salah satu pelayanan kesehatan yang memiliki peran dalam melayani kesehatan masyarakat. Namun, manfaat dari keberadaan sosial media ini belum dapat dirasakan untuk seluruh pelayanan kesehatan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya pengetahuan dan manfaat sosial media untuk menunjang proses kegiatan pelayanan kesehatan, promosi dan menyebarkan informasi mengenai anjuran kesehatan. Sehingga banyak pelayanan kesehatan lebih memilih dengan cara yang konvensional. Hal ini dikarenakan terbatasnya pengetahuan masyarakat dalam memanfaatkan media sosial untuk hal-hal yang produktif, mendorong kreativitas dan inovasi, serta peningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Untuk itu agar dapat memberikan pengetahuan mengenai pemanfaatan media sosial dalam mempermudah dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan maka dilakukanlah program pengabdian kepada masyarakat penerapan IPTEK. Dimana pada program pengabdian ini akan dilakukan dalam 3 sesi kegiatan, yaitu 1 sesi penyampaian materi, 2 sesi  kegiatan pendampingan penerapan dan pelatihan pemanfaatan social media yang baik dalam mempermudah dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan di Klinik Basmallah Jambi. Luaran kegiatan program pengabdian masyarakat (PPM) ini adalah peningkatan pemahaman, wawasan, pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama pegawai di Klinik Basmallah Jambi dalam menggunakan media sosial untuk mempermudah dan meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan. Kata kunci : Sosial Media, Pelayanan Kesehatan, Klinik Basmallah ABSTRACT Information technology in the form of social media is a medium to socialize with each other and is carried out online which allows humans to interact with each other without being limited by space and time. Basmallah Clinic As one of the health services that has a role in serving public health. However, the benefits of the existence of social media cannot be felt for all health services. This is because there is no knowledge and benefits of social media to support the process of health service activities, promotion and dissemination of information regarding health recommendations. So many health services prefer the conventional way. This is due to the limited knowledge of the community in using social media for productive things, encouraging creativity and innovation, and increasing people's welfare. For this reason, in order to provide knowledge about the use of social media in facilitating and improving health services, a community service program for the application of science and technology is carried out. Where this service program will be carried out in 3 activity sessions, namely 1 session of material delivery, 2 sessions of mentoring activities for the implementation and training of good use of social media in facilitating and improving health services at the Jambi Basmallah Clinic. The output of this community service program (PPM) activity is an increase in understanding, insight, knowledge and skills of the community, especially employees at the Jambi Basmallah Clinic in using social media to facilitate and improve health services.Keywords: : Social Media, Health Services, Basmallah Clinic

Abstract

Hospitals have the function and purpose of health service facilities which carry out service activities in the form of outpatient services, inpatient services, emergency services, referral services which include medical record services and medical support and are used for education, training and research for health workers. Medical record is written evidence regarding the service process provided to patients by doctors and other health workers, where with this written evidence, the medical record provided can be accounted for, with the aim of supporting orderly administration in efforts to improve medical record health services. The H. Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital, Jambi City, has implemented a medical record information system in its patient data collection service process, but it is still not integrated in terms of patient data collection from registration to medical records. The methodology used in designing this information system uses the UML (Unified Modeling Language) Model. This methodology can be used to analyze and design a medical record information system for the H. Abdul Manap Regional General Hospital, Jambi City, so that the results of this medical record information system can help overcome existing problems and no more recording data repeatedly and when data is needed can be seen immediately

Abstract

Teknologi informasi berbasis komputer mampu meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektifitas kinerja. Secara praktis, ini terjadi apabila system dirancang dengan sempurna bagi pengguna users yang memiliki pemahaman pengertian manajerial dan organisasi, dengan tujuan peningkatan efektivitas penggunaan. Masadepan adalah sekarang, saat ini perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komputer sangat cepat sehingga perkembangannya menuntut kemampuan users dapat beradaptasi dalam perubahan tersebut, maka dari itu topik ini dirasa penting mengingat trend teknologi dan transformasi digital, dalam hal ini sebagai mitra adalah Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah Kota Jambi atau yang disingkat BAPPEDA Kota Jambi terus berupaya meningkatkan kemampuan SDM terutama pada bidang teknologi informasi. Pemanfaatan platform Google sebagai alat pendukung dalam meningkatkan kinerja perkantoran BAPPEDA Kota Jambi. Pembahasan mendalam tentang bagaimana Google Form, dan aplikasi lainnya dapat dioptimalkan untuk memperbaiki efisiensi, kolaborasi, dan komunikasi mengumpulkan data internal di lembaga pemerintahan tersebut. Melalui analisis implementasi teknologi informasi berbasis Google, diharapkan memberikan manfaat positif yang diperoleh oleh BAPPEDA dalam konteks penyimpanan data, pengelolaan dokumen, serta koordinasi dan kerjasama antarunit kerja. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pemahaman praktis penggunaan teknologi Google dalam konteks administrasi perkantoran di sektor pemerintahan. Artikel ini dapat menjadi panduan bagi lembaga serupa yang sedang mempertimbangkan atau sedang melaksanakan transformasi digital menggunakan platform Google.

Abstract

Many companies, including the Notary Office and PPAT Ismet Taufik, S.H. in Jambi City, still rely on manual systems, leading to poorly organized archive data and inefficient data searches that hinder work processes. This research aims to analyze and design a web-based archival data processing system to improve data organization and search efficiency. Using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) methodology, this study incorporates use case diagrams, activity diagrams, and class diagrams. The system design follows a Prototype model visualized using the Canva application. The result is a design for a more effective and efficient archival data processing system tailored for the Notary Office and PPAT Ismet Taufik, S.H.

Abstract

An inventory information system has become an important requirement for various institutions, including schools. SD Negeri 111 Jambi City as one of the educational institutions in the region faces challenges in managing inventory of goods. Therefore, this research aims to analyze and design a web-based inventory information system that can help schools in managing their inventory. This research uses a system analysis and design approach to identify user needs and design an information system that suits these needs. Data collection methods used include observation, interviews and literature study. The results of observations and interviews conducted by researchers can serve as a guide in this research. The object development method used is UML (Unified Modeling Language), namely Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The system to be designed will allow users to record, monitor and track inventory of goods more easily and efficiently through a user-friendly web interface. Apart from that, this system can also increase the transparency and accuracy of inventory information and minimize the risk of data loss or omission. Thus, the development of a web-based inventory information system is expected to make a positive contribution in improving the performance at SD Negeri 111 Jambi City
