Abstract

Anak merupakan bagian terpenting warga Negara Indonesia. Dengan demikian, diperlukan penelaahan konsep hak pemeliharaan anak dalam perspektif undang-undang di Indonesia yang berdasarkan pada landasan Pancasila dan UUD 1945 dengan memahami perangkat undang-undang dan peraturan terkait dengan pemeliharaan hak anak, sehingga anak dapat merefleksikan fungsi undang-undang itu dalam pendidikan dan pemenuhan hak anak-anaknya. Agar terjadi sinergi antar tinjauan konsep hak pemeliharaan anak dalam perspektif pendidikan Islam yang didasarkan pada Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah dengan hak pemeliharaan anak yang ditinjau berdasarkan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan hak-hak di Indonesia, dilakukan komparasi Islam yang didasarkan pada Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah dengan hak pemeliharaan anak tersebut. Melalui upaya tersebut dihasilkan kesimpulan persamaan dan perbedaannya antara konsep hak pemeliharaan anak dalam tinjauan pendidikan Islam yang didasarkan pada Al-Quran dan As-Sunnah dengan hak pemeliharaan anak yang ditinjau berdasarkan undang-undang yang berkaitan dengan hak-hak anak di Indonesia.

Abstract

Prinsip pendidikan anak usia dini yang dikenal adalah “bermain sambil belajar dan belajar sambil bermain“. Ungkapan tersebut berarti materi pembelajaran yang disajikan kepada anak didik dikemas semenarik mungkin sehingga tercipta suasana belajar yang aktif, kreatif, dan menyenangkan. Sealin itu, tercipta suasana santai, aman, dan nyaman, namun tetap memperhatikan tercapainya misi pembelajaran dan kompetensi yang diharapkan. Metode pendidikan dalam Al-Quran yang berisikan kisah-kisah teladan yang kita kenal dengan metode bercerita atau Al-Qashash dapat kita jadikan rujukan dalam memilih bahan cerita yang akan kita ajarkan pada anak didik. Al-Qashashu yang berarti mencari atau mengikuti jejak. Dikatakan qhashashtu atsharahu artinya, “saya mengikuti atau mencari jejaknya”. Dalam penelitian ini diangkat metode bercerita yang berbasis Al-Quran dan hadis sebagi metode yang tepat dalam mentransfer karakter-karakter mulia kepada anak usia dini.

Abstract

Teachers' lack of creativity in the learning process can to than optimal learning process, so that the material presented be uncompleted. Given the existence of these, the role of teachers is one of the factors that have the responsibility for the intellectual life of students. Personal decency is expected ably present in each of the students. Therefore, teachers should be responsible for all the attitudes, behaviors and actions in order to foster the spirit and character of the students. Thus, the teacher's responsibility is to form students to become proficient morals of people, useful for religion, homeland, nation in the future. The teacher's responsibility more important is to be able to follow all the progress of Science and Technology (Science and Technology) today. Obtained information that the creativity of teachers to teach in elementary school Sindangbarang 3 Bogor City there are still some problems, namely: 1) Teachers tend to lack the ability to issue new ideas; 2) Teachers in learning activities tend to take on the subject matter alone of the teacher without asking questions about subjects that are not understood students, and 3) The learning process is executed teachers tend to be monotonous. The purpose of this research was to determine the correlation between teachers' teaching creativity and academic achievement in SDN 3 Sindang Barang Bogor City. The sample in this study is a Grade 5 student at SD Negeri 3 Bogor City Sindangbarang totaling 30 people. The final result of this study shows there is a relationship between the level of creativity of teaching teachers and academic achievement in elementary school Sindangbarang 3 City Bogoryang produce rxy of 0,550 and when consulted with a table of values criticism "r" with a significance level of 5% obtained a value of 0.361. Thus r count> r table (0.550> 0.361). Obtained t count> t table (2.623> 2.048) then from these results it can be said that the relationship variables X and Y are significant. Contribution of variable X to variable Y amounted to 30.25% and the remaining 69.75% influenced by other factors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh antara metode DeDisCerTa dengan peningkatan kemampuan membaca pemahaman siswa pada mata pelajaran pendidikan kewarganegaraan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian korelasi fungsional dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik wawancara, angket, soal tes, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil perhitungan koefisien korelasi data atau persamaan regresi yang didapat bahwa nilai Fhitung = 124,757 dengan tingkat signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, bahwa dapat disimpulkan terdapat pengaruh antara Metode DeDisCerTa terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman. Adapun nilai determinasi kemampuan membaca pemahaman pada pendidikan kewarganegaraan melalui metode DeDisCerTa sebesar 86,2 %.

Abstract

Principal of Madrasah as manager must have a strategy to develop educational facilities and infrastructure. Because, as one of the indicators that is most easily measured to determine school qualifications, it can be seen from the complete facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in schools. The purpose of this research is to get an explanation of the main strategies in developing facilities and infrastructure, and the impact or influence on the quality of learning, which is another benefit of this research is expected to make a positive contribution to students of Educational Management, who will devote themselves in the world of education both educator and Head of Madrasa. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods; data collected through interviews, observation and documentation studies. After the required data is collected, the authors present the data obtained in accordance with the facts in the field. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the efforts of madrasah principals in improving the management of facilities and infrastructure based on the above research include: establishing cooperation with school committees or other agencies, carrying out teacher training in the internal environment at school, giving workshops to staff or teachers on managerial facilities and infrastructure at in schools or in other institutions, increasing school community awareness about the importance of the existence of facilities and infrastructure through guidance, counseling, and other activities, procuring facilities and infrastructure in accordance with school needs and making improvements and maintenance of school facilities and infrastructure.
