Abstract

Production at that time was carried out with the company's needs, even during a pandemic, it was necessary to carry out operations that were optimally applied in production. The 5M model (wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds and limiting mobility) to be implemented in Production is quite difficult, so it needs a special design that describes operations that maintain health in conditions of continuous production. The habit of workers who carry out activities that violate the process is considered a must to do, even though these activities have the potential to spread the virus. Lack of awareness of workers who do not pay too much attention to calls to implement health protocols.

Abstract

ABSTRACT  Community service activities by applying the Psychological Well-Being (PWB) model to former SMPN X retired teachers in Cimahi city, West Java, in an effort to foster happiness and pride in their alumni, which is carried out through a counseling process. The purpose of this activity is to foster a sense of happiness and pride for the retired teachers towards the Alumni.The implementation method used is the display and lecture method. Activities are carried out face-to-face to them from five act-driver are academian, doctors, and psychologist. The number of retired teachers that we provide counseling is as many as 17 retired teachers. The activity process starts from planning activities, giving invitations, welcoming, providing counseling and alumni appearances, providing basic necessities, closing and evaluating activities. During the process, the event that most attracted the attention of the post-teacher was the introduction and appearance of successful career people and showing that the knowledge received during junior high school was very useful in their career life. The Psychological Well-Being model is a packaging for material and how to treat life in life, how to accept life, think positively towards other former teachers, increase the value of their lives, aim and purpose in life at the end of retirement, and adapt to the surrounding environment.

Abstract

The goal of on-the-job training with a cognitive ergonomics theme in a wood company is to improve employee performance, health, and safety by integrating cognitive ergonomics principles into their work between man and computer in ERP system workstation. In this training, employees will learn about managing cognitive load and adapting their work environment to support their cognitive performance on the job directly. By integrating cognitive ergonomics into on-the-job training, the wood company can ensure that employees can adapt to their work environment more quickly and effectively while also applying cognitive ergonomics principles to improve their performance. Ultimately, this will help the company achieve its goals more effectively and efficiently while improving the quality of work and employee satisfaction. Training result after two months made work perfomance increase from 0,43 to 0,47.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in manufacturing plastic packaging. In the production process, the company is used to continuously produce so that the machines must continue to operate for 3 shifts/day which will decrease engine performance and engine damage. If the lack of machine maintenance, this will result in frequent occurrence downtime which impede the course of the production process and decreased production capacity. Downtime on cutting machine (Slitting) period January 2022 – December 2022 of 9810 minutes. This research was conducted to plan treatment using the method Realibility Centered Maintenance (RCM) which aims to make recommendations for improvements to the design of repair maintenance on slitting machines. From RCM analysis on slitting machine damage to machine components according to the diagram Logic Tree Analysis and found that component time directed that is Brake Roll, LPC (Line Position Control), Slitter blades, and Touch press roll. Based on the calculation of the frequency of replacement of the unwinder components will decrease by up to 58% after the component operates for 1.75 months or 808.5 hours, the roll cylinder component will decrease by 50% after the component operates for 1.5 months or 693 hours, and the rewinder component will decrease to 66% after the component has been operating for 2 months or 924 hours.
