Abstract

Organic food (organic rice) actually is not something new for Indonesian people. Before "Green Revolution" (1960th), Indonesian farmers have produced rice without using chemical pest and fertilizer (conventional rice). Holistic Super Organic (HSO) rice is one of the brand organic rice, which is sold in Indonesia's market. Usaha Dagang (U.D. Padi) is the company, which is special to produce, and marketing HSO rice. The research is wanted to know marketing strategy HSO rice, especially in district of Bekasi with SWOT analysis. This research used case study methods with held by interview and literature study. The result of analyzing identified that the strengths from U.D. Padi was dominant and the opportunities so on. So, the next plan of marketing's strategy for is Aggressive Strategy. Aggressive Strategy is the effort to maximalize the strengths to get the opportunities optimally. The strengths of U.D. Padi is the especially of product and the distribution strategy which was held with excellent. The opportunities U.D. Padi is the wealth people who was increasing and the distributor channel who was welcome.

Abstract

Welfare and poverty in an area are two things that are interrelated and affect each other. The increasing number and density of the population also have the potential to increase social problems and the level of welfare of the population. This has an effect on reducing job opportunities and growing family needs, which can increase the number of pre-prosperous families in Pekalongan City. The clustering of pre-prosperous, prosperous1, and prosperous families aims to determine the mapping of their distribution so that they can be used as material for decision-making and policies of related agencies. The method used to perform this clustering is the K-Means algorithm which emphasizes the data center of each cluster. The mapping results show that there are 10 urban villages that fall into cluster 1, 3 villages that fall into cluster 2, 11 villages that fall into cluster 3, and 3 villages that fall into cluster 4. Abstract

Media sosial saat ini telah menjadi kebutuhan dan kebiasaan setiap orang sebagai media komunikasi publik. Namun demikian, media sosial juga menjadi sarana bagi sebagian orang untuk menyebarkan berita bohong dan melakukan ujaran kebencian sehingga dapat menjadi sebab timbulnya intoleransi dan paham radikalisme di masyarakat. Salah satu pengguna aktif media sosial adalah generasi digital native yang dibesarkan dan dilahirkan pada saat kemajual teknologi digital sudah marak akan sangat sulit dipisahkan dari keberadaan media sosial. Dengan semakin banyaknya gawai dengan kemampuan utamanya mengakses media sosial sehingga memudahkan kaum milineal untuk membuka dimana saja dan kapan saja. Kadang pengguna media sosial khususnya generasi milenial tidak menyadari bahaya berita bohong serta ujaran kebencian yang dapat menjadi penyebab instabilitas kehidupan masyarakat, politik dan keberagaman di Indonesia. Kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan pemahaman dan kemampuan dalam rangka meningkatkan literasi digital bagi generasi muda untuk mampu mengidentifikasi dan mencegah penyebaran berita bohong dan ujaran kebencian. Bentuk kegiatan berupa pelatihan baik secara teori maupun praktik berkaitan dengan konsep literasi digital Indonesia dan penggunaan media sosial serta internet yang baik dan tidak melanggar undang-undang. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dan pemahaman literasi digital dikalangan generasi muda dalam menangkal berita bohong dan ujaran kebencian. Diharapkan kegiatan ini memberikan manfaat dalam pencegahan penyebaran informasi yang salah bagi generari muda agar tidak mudah terprovokasi dan mampu mencegah terjadinya intoleransi dan paham radikalisme yang banyak berkembang di dunia maya.
