Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the significant contribution of communication systems in the form of information sharing (X1), collaboration (X2), and coordination (X3) through the use of media (Y1) to disaster management in Kendari and North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province. This research method uses a survey method with a quantitative research approach. In this study, the variables in question are information sharing (X1), collaboration (X2), coordination (X3) through the media (Y1). Sampling using a proportional sampling technique of 60 samples. Data collection techniques through questionnaires to respondents for primary data, while observation and interviews as complementary methods for data collection. The calculations for reliability testing are carried out through SPSS 25 computer program. The result of the study shows that The communication system for natural disaster emergency response in the form of information sharing (X1), collaboration (X2), coordination (X3) through the use of media (Y1) has a significant and robust effect simultaneously on disaster management in reducing the risk of victims in Kendari, and North Konawe Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province.

Abstract

The post-Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a decline in community economic activity in Southeast Sulawesi. The decline in community activities that have an impact on the economy is also felt by coastal communities, including women who live in the area. The purpose of this activity is to provide understanding to coastal women to take advantage of tourism products that can be used as a way or strategy in economic recovery after the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in implementing the Economic Recovery Innovation of Coastal Women Based on Local Tourism Products in Sawapudo Village, Soropia District, Konawe Regency uses the lecture method and socialization to women who live in coastal areas related to the use of local tourism products to improve their economy. The results of the activity after discussions and outreach to women in the coastal area of Sawapudo village about the Innovation for Economic Recovery of Coastal Women Based on Local Tourism Products, the people who attended the socialization understood the material provided related to local tourism products in Sawapudo Village which can be marketed both offline through making posters and online through social media.

Abstract

Musik merupakan salah satu media dalam penyampaian pesan yang juga dapat menjadi sebuah media self healing. Self healing merupakan bentuk penanganan diri yang dilakukan individu atas dasar adanya luka batin. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti menyampaikan makna pesan self healing dalam karya musik Bangtan Sonyeondan (BTS) yang berjudul “Magic Shop”. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui makna self healing yang terkandung dalam lirik lagu tersebut dan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan teori semiotika Ferdinand De Saussure. Adapun hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat delapan bait lirik lagu yang mewakili perasaan dan situasi yang dialami oleh individu, melalui pengalaman BTS sebagai bentuk dukungan dan pelajaran. Dengan demikian, lagu ini memiliki pemaknaan pesan yang dapat membentuk self healing atau relaksasi melalui musik sebagai bentuk dari komunikasi intrapersonal yang dilihat berdasarkan dua aspek dalam semiotika Ferdinand De Saussure yaitu, penanda (signifier) dan petanda (signified).
