Principal has the authority to function as a leader in command and control of teachers who are under his leadership. The function of principal leadership and its influence on the pedagogical competence of teachers expected more highly skilled, focused and professional , making it easier to capture , ingest and realize later in the day to day tasks.Design of this research is a quantitative research because testing the influence between two variable there is independent variable (leadership) and dependent variable (Paedagogical Competence). Collecting data methods using questionnaire which is given to all the teachers in Islamic Yunior High School of Saradan Madiun as the respondents than it is analyzed through a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS software version 17.Based on the hypothesis test found the conclusion that (1) Ha accepted or there is a significant influence on the school leadership on teachers profesionalism in Islamic Yunior High School of SaradanMadiun with a probability level of 0.000 (p < 0.01) and accounted for 97,6% (2) regression coefficient of 0.335 means that any increase in the school leadership will be followed by an increase in teachers pedagogical professionalism Islamic Yunior High School of Saradan Madiun through regression equation : Y = -11.140 + 0.335 X.

This study aims to determine the correlation of teacher personality and student morals with student achievement in Islamic Junior High School Hidayatul Mubtadiin, Puri District, Mojokerto Regency.This research approach uses quantitative research. The research sample is the entire population of 42 respondents. The data collection instrument used a questionnaire/questionnaire.Based on the calculation of the data analysis above, it is obtained that the value of r Count = 0.031 with N = 100 and the level is obtained by the value of r in the table and compares the probability value of SPSS output with the probability value used by researchers (usually using 5% for social research). The value of rxy r table or SPSS output probability 0.05, then the item is valid. This means that the consequence is that the null hypothesis (Ho) which reads "there is no correlation of the teacher's personality on the morals and learning achievement of the Hidayatul Mubtadiin Puri Mojokerto Middle School students is rejected". On the other hand, the working hypothesis (Ha) which reads "there is a relationship between the personality of the teacher and the morals and learning achievement of students at SMPI Hidayatul Mubtadiin Puri Mojokerto is accepted".

In the world of education, parents are the first and foremost educators before entering the level of school education, both the preschool education level known as kindergarten and the madrasah ibtidaiyah level. The family environment has a very big meaning and influence for the implementation of education, because the family is the first and foremost center of education. The family environment is the most important educational center because the influence of family life is continuously experienced by children, especially during the sensitive period, which is between the ages of 4-7 years. This sensitive period is a very important time for children. In childhood, it is easy to receive messages and influences from outside his soul. Guidance is very important for children and can even reduce children's interest in learning if there is no motivation at all, both from within the child and from parents. Providing guidance is not an easy job. Guidance that works for one child may not work for another. A child may be compelled to do something when they feel the needThe formulation of the problem in this study: 1. How is the guidance of parents of students at MI Bustanul Ulum Brudu Sumobito Jombang. 2. Literacy becomes the hot topic spoken among practitioners especially in education environment. However, many people do not know what activities are included in it. An online information mentions that literacy is intended to carry out the habit of thinking followed by the process of reading and writing, which in turn can create a work. In Islam, the basis of this literacy activity is very strong. This can be seen in the Qur'an surah Al Alaq verse 1, which means: "Let's read (in the name of your Lord who created). From this statement we know that to gain skills in life requires the ability to process the knowledge gained. Based on the above background, the problems to be discussed in this study are (1) How is the literacy movement in MTsN 5 Jombang? (2) How is the reading interest of MTsN 5 Jombang students? (3) How is the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students? and (4) What is the influence of the Literacy Movement and reading interest on the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students? From the formulation of the problem, it was found that the literacy movement in MTSN 5 Jombang was in accordance with the guidance of the madrasah literacy movement. This can be proven by the activities of students who have carried out the literacy movement stages starting from the stage of habituation, development, and learning. The reading interest of MTsN 5 Jombang students was initially low. With various efforts gradually the students' interest in reading began to grow. The religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students varies greatly. This relates to the diverse backgrounds of students. The role of literacy and reading interest is very important in shaping the religious character of MTsN 5 Jombang students. The change in religious behavior that appears is positive behavior in its relationship with God, others, and the environment. Those who were not aware in praying became diligent in their prayers, who were less diligent became disciplined. Who originally unpolite with parents, become obedient to parents. Who was originally ignorant to friends, became friends. Those who used to say dirty, turned polite. Those who used to be prejudiced were not good, now they like being kind. Those who used to lie, changed easily to admit mistakes. Likewise with the role of students' interest in reading. Reading interest that grows from literacy movement activities enables students to absorb information from reading material and then make it a student who has a religious character.

This study aims to describe the values â€‹â€‹of Islamic education and the values â€‹â€‹of Islamic education in congregational prayer. This research is a type of library research (library research). The approach used is a historical approach. The analysis technique that I use in this study is an analysis of the literature that is relevant to the subject matter. This means that in writing this research report focuses on library materials by searching and reviewing academic standards of literature, then looking for explicit and implicit meanings. The results of the study state that the value of Islamic education is an abstract that is used as a guideline and general principles in acting and acting. The value of Islamic education meant is tauhid (faith), worship and morals. While the values â€‹â€‹of Islamic education in congregational prayers are divided into two reviews. First, it is reviewed from the terms of the congregational prayer and from the review of the congregational prayers. From this review, the value of Islamic education contained in congregational prayers includes: the value of sincerity, gratitude, discipline, cleanliness, togetherness and praise.

This study aims to find out how far the influence o of the learning of Akhlaq Lil Banin Book on the ethics of santri Diniyah Al-Furqon School in Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School Rejoso Peterongan Jombang. This type of research is quantitative, with a population of 150 students, consisting of 54 class I students, 50 class II students and 46 class III students. The sample was taken 20% of the total population, namely 30 santri. The data collection technique uses observation, interview, questionare and documentation techniques. While the data analysis techniques use the product moment correlation formula as follows: From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the influence of the learning of Akhlaq Lil Banin Book on the ethics of santri Diniyah Al-Furqon School in Darul 'Ulum Islamic Boarding School Rejoso Peterongan Jombang is 30.36% or 0.402% (strong enough) and the remaining 69.64% is influenced by other factors. Based on the results of the study, the teacher is expected to be a role model for the students because what is done by the teacher will be a reflection of ethics / morals for students in everyday life.

This study aims to determine the effect of the Hypnoteaching Method on the Motivation of Al-Falah Dormitory Student Learning in Darul Ulum Peterongan Islamic Boarding School Jombang. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, which emphasizes the strength of the data analysis and data sources available. These sources the author obtained from various books and other writings by relying on existing theoretical theories to be interpreted clearly and deeply to produce theses and anti-theses by using documentation data collection techniques, observation and interviews or interviews. While the data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis techniques, through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study showed that the hypnoteching method was very influential to foster the motivation of students learning Al-Falah Dormitory Darul Ulum Peterongan Islamic Boarding School Jombang.

This study aims to find the correlation between full day school and PAI learning achievement of students in SMP Darul Ulum Agung Malang. This type of research is quantitative descriptive, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the product moment correlation analysis technique. Based on the results of the calculation of x2 shows the value of 0.533 then when consulted with the price of criticism in the household both at a significance level of 1% and 5%. So the results of this study indicate the value of x2, which is 0.533 greater than the rt at the significance level of 1%: 0.418 and the rt value at the significance level of 5%: 0.325. Thus there is a moderate or sufficient correlation between full day school and PAI learning achievement of students in SMP Darul Ulum Agung Malang.

This study aims to describe the concept of tawheed education which is still urgent to be applied in families at this time, as a knowledge discourse to foster children's faith. This research is a library research, on previous works, with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique is documentation technique, while the data analysis uses content analysis technique. The results of the study indicate that the concept of tawheed education is a conceptual framework that contains ideas, descriptions, understandings, and thoughts about tawheed education materials and methods that can foster faith in the oneness of Allah SWT. The concept of tawheed education remains urgent to be applied in the family, so that families, especially children, truly believe in the oneness of Allah SWT, in order to achieve the happiness of life in this world and the hereafter.

Pengertian akhlak menurut Ibn Miskawaih yaitu kondisi jiwa manusia yang secara spontan mendorongnya untuk melakukan suatu perbuatan tanpa berpikir dan ragu. Karena menurut Ibn Miskawaih bidang akhlak termasuk salah satu yang mendasari konsepnya dalam pendidikan. Dan Ibn Miskawaih menjelaskan tentang dasar pendidikan, yang pertama adalah syari'at merupakan faktor penentu bagi lurusnya karakter manusia sehingga dapat memperoleh kebahagiaan. Yang kedua adalah psikologi, karena menurut Ibn Miskawaih karena antara pendidikan dan pengetahuan jiwa erat kaitannya untuk menjadikan karakter yang baik. Karena jika jiwa dipergunakan untuk hal yang baik, maka manusia akan sampaiÂ ketujuan yang mulia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Konsep Pendidikan Akhlak Menurut Ibn Miskawaih secara aktual telah dilandasi oleh pemikirannya terhadap manusia yang fitrahnya tidak akan berubah, sehingga konsepnya selalu aktual dan tidak pernah usang, dan mampu menjawab tantangan-tantangan yang sedang dihadapi dunia pendidikan dewasa ini.Dalam mengaktualisasikan pendidikan akhlak, Ibn Miskawaih mencetuskan dua metode khusus. Pertama, adanya kemauan yang sungguh-sungguh untuk berlatih terus menerus dan menahan diri. Yang kedua, menjadikan semua pengetahuan dan pengalaman orang lain sebgai cermin bagi dirinya. Metode inilah yang di utamakan Ibn Miskawaih untuk tercapainya akhlak yang baik (akhlaqul karimah).
