Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between Reward on improving student learning achievement at SDN 1 Banjardowo Jombang.  The type of research used in this study is quantitative research with the study population were all students at SDN 1 Banjardowo Jombang. Because the population is considered a lot, the authors use a sample of class V students as many as 35 students studied. To collect data in this study, the authors used questionnaires, and documentation. The questionnaire distributed by the writer is a closed questionnaire, consisting of four alternative answers, namely SS, S, TS, STS. To analyze the data the author uses product moment correlation analysis.  Based on the results of data analysis it turns out that Ha can be accepted at a correlation value of 5% because this is evidenced from the results of product moment correlation states table r0,3957> 0.3388 so that it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between reward and learning achievement of students at Banjardowo Jombang 1 State Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Role of School Principals in Increasing Motivation of Teacher Work at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang using a qualitative approach. This is based on concrete social reality, that the motivation of teacher work at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang cannot be separated from the role of the School Principals. In this study data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation, the extent to which the results achieved in motivating teacher work, barriers and what efforts were made to increase motivation. While the data analysis technique uses descriptive qualitative techniques, data analysis that produces detailed descriptions of the situation, events, interactions and behavior of people, in this case is the motivation of the teacher's work. The results of this study indicate that the role of School Principals in increasing the motivation of teacher work at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang includes their role as work partners, participants, supporters, giving mandates, making workplaces that are fun and as an example for teachers who can then growing work motivation on teachers at MI Al-Hidayah Pojokrejo Kesamben Jombang.

Abstract

In the teaching and learning process involves two active actors, namely teachers and students. The teacher as the teacher is the creator of student learning conditions that are designed intentionally, systematically, and continuously. While children as subjects of learning are those who enjoy the learning conditions created by a teacher. But in reality teachers who have good competence are very rarely found, this is due to the existence of several factors that are less supportive including factors of educational background, teaching experience, and mastery of the material. Therefore this scientific work aims to determine Teacher Competence and Its Implementation in Learning. The results of this scientific work show that teacher competency is a combination of personal, scientific, technological, social, and spiritual abilities that balance form teacher professional standard competencies, which include mastery of material, understanding of students, educational learning, personal development, and professionalism.

Abstract

In the field of family education is the main source of education, because all human knowledge and intellectual intelligence is first obtained from parents and family members themselves. On the other hand many roles of mothers have changed, many mothers work outside the home so that many of them entrust the guidance and guidance of their children to an institution that they trust, so that many children today like to argue, disrespectfully, and not obey the existing rules. So this paper aims to describe the Effects of Family Harmony on the Social Attitudes of Children which are examined through several literatures related to the subject, using qualitative descriptive analysis. The influence of family harmony on children's social attitudes is very large, because children who come from harmonious families generally are always open to the surrounding environment, which means having a good social attitude.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the Islamic education from the perspective of Imam Al-Ghazali in improving children's moral value. This type of research is a library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection technique uses documentation techniques, in the form of books, literature, journals, and written documents in both print and electronic media. While the data analysis technique uses content analysis techniques (content analysis). The results show that the concept of Islamic Education According to Al-Ghazali is actually based on his thoughts on humans whose nature will not change, so that the concept is always actual and never obsolete, and is able to answer the challenges facing the world of education today. In actualizing Islamic education in enhancing children's moral values, Al-Ghazali sparked a special method of Moral education, the exemplary method is the method most prioritized by Al-Ghazali to increase children's moral values.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Islamic Religious Education values ​​to improve emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence (ESQ) for class VIII at SMP Al-Hikmah Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang. This study uses a qualitative research method using data collection methods of observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis used was descriptive technique. The results showed that the application of Islamic Religious Education values ​​to improve emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence had been applied by students well and quite well in everyday life, especially in the school environment. Learners have been able to control themselves when faced with problems that occur in the scope of the school, especially when receiving material in learning. Although there are still some students who have not been able to implement it, this is not a burden for educators to teach the values ​​of Islamic Religious Education to improve emotional intelligence and spiritual intelligence for class VIII at SMP Al-Hikmah Balongrejo Sumobito Jombang.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the efforts to instill the values ​​of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyyah at MTs Manba'ul Ulum Kabul, Central Lombok. This research is qualitative by conducting research at MTs Manba'ul Ulum Kabul, Central Lombok. The data collection method is through observation, interviews and intensive approaches with students, while the data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman method which suggests that qualitative analysis is carried out interactively and carried out continuously, namely through reduction, data display and conclusion. drawing or verification. The results of this study indicate that the inculcation of the values ​​of Ahlussunnah Wal Jama'ah An-Nahdliyyah is carried out through the lecture and discussion method, while the efforts made by inculcating the attitude of tawasut, tawazun and tasammuh as well as doing amar ma'ruf nahi munkar, so as to produce students who have good character, have high tolerance and always be humble in carrying out daily life.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Konsep pendidikan dalam Islam, bagaimana kedudukan perempuan dalam Islam, dan sejauh mana urgensi dan peran pendidikan bagi kaum perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan Metode Riset perpustakaan (library research), atau penelitian kepustakaan dengan cara mencari, mengumpulkan, membaca dan kemudian menganalisa buku-buku yang ada relevansinya dengan masalah penelitian. Kemudian diolah sesuai dengan kemampuan penulis.Adapun jenis penelitian dalam penulisan laporan penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Setelah penulis memperoleh rujukan yang relevan kemudian data tersebut disusun, dianalisa, sehingga memperoleh kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Urgensitas Pendidikan bagi Kaum Perempuan meliputi: Pendidikan, kedudukan, hak-hak, dan peran. Adapun aplikasinya dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat pada umumnya pendidikan bagi kaum perempuan sangat penting, melihat kedudukan perempuan dalam Islam juga sejajar dengan laki-laki. Oleh karenanya perempuan memiliki hak untuk berpendidikan karena perannya terhadap kehidupan masyarakat sangat signifikan.

Abstract

Yang menjadi permasalahan dalam penelitianmini adalah bagaimana penerapan strategi Quantum Quotient pada mata pelajaran PAI, bagaimana prestasi bejalar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI, adakah pengaruh strategi Quantum Quotient dalam meningkatkan prestasi belajar PAI di SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Brondong Lamongan. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deduktif, adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, interview, dokumentasi dan angket, sedangkan analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis data statistika. Dari hasil penelitian penerapan strategi Quantum Quotient menunjukkan predikat baik dengan angka 76,57. Adapun prestasi belajar siswa kelas 7 SMP Muhammadiyah 15 Brondong Lamongan dengan angka 7,31, yang berarti menunjukkan hasil belajar tersebut termasuk dalam kategori baik. Sedangkan untuk membuktikan ada tidaknya pengaruh psikologis strategi Quantum Quotient dalam meningkatkan prestasi bejalar Pendidikan Agama Islam pada siswa, berdasarkan hasil analisis data statistik “product moment” sebesar 0,70, maka antara variabel X dan variabel Y terdapat korelasi yang tinggi, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui, bagaimana hubungan antara pendidikan agama Islam dengan kecerdasan emosional siswa usia 11 dan 12 tahun di MI Nizhamiyah Tanggungkramat Kecamatan Ploso Kabupaten Jombang. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Instrument pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dan dokumentasi. Subyek penelitiannya adalah siswa usia 11 dan 12 tahun berjumlah 46 anak, sehingga penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian populasi. Dari data yang telah terkumpul, lalu diolah dan dianalisis dengan rumus “r” product momen. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan, bahwa Pendidikan agama Islam di MI Nizhamiyah Tanggungkramat Kecamatan Ploso Kabupaten Jombang dikategorikan cukup dengan besaran angka 70,35. Tingkat kecerdasan emosional siswa usia 11 dan 12 tahun MI Nizhamiyah Tanggungkramat Kecamatan Ploso Kabupaten Jombang dikategorikan cukup dengan besaran angka 65,11. Adapun besaran angka korelasi kedua variabel berkorelasi dalam besaran angka 0,519 berada di atas taraf signifikansi 5% = 0,291 dan 1% = 0,276. Bila didasarkan pada tabel interprestasi nilai “r” dapat dinyatakan ada hubungan yang cukup.
