Abstract

Small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) have become a hot topic in improving Indonesia's economy. One of them is the food and beverage industry sector. The aim of this study was to empirically examine the impact of entrepreneurial skills on business success in the food and beverage sector of MSMEs, among variables and hypothesis testing. Proportional areas of random samples were used in this study. The research subject is his MSME owner in food and beverage industry based in Lubukpakam and registered with Deli Serdang Coorperative and MSME services. The results of this research show that managerial, conceptual, and human have a positive and significant impact on business success. Making decision and time management, on the other hand, do not have a positive and significant impact on business success

Abstract

Perkembangan industri kuliner semakin meningkat, sehingga menciptakan kompetisi bagi pelaku UMKM yang mempengaruhi kinerja UKM. Tentu ada upaya meningkatkan kinerja dengan cara kualitas prodyk, sistem akuntanasi dan pemasaran online.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan memahami pengaruh kualitas produk, sistem akuntansi, dan pemasaran online terhadap kinerjan UMKM. Populasi berjumlah 34 orang dengan teknik penarikan sampel dengan nonprobabilitymetoda sampel jenuh maka semua anggota populasi dijadikan sampel.Teknik analisis data dengan regresi linear berganda. Teknik pengumpalan data menggunakan kuesionet dan wawanacara. Berdasarkan analisis statistik deskripsi nilai rata-rata kuliatas produk sebesar 38,88 pada ketegori baik, rata-rata sistem akunatasi sebesar 34,12 pada kategori baik, pemasaran onlinerata-rata sebesa5 16,15 pada kategori baik dan kinerja UMKM sebesar 16,19 pada kategori baik. Berdasarkan hasil analisi regresi linerar secara parsial bahwa hasi thitung> ttabel. Kualita produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja UMKM, sistem akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kineja UMKM dan pemasaran onlineberpengaruh positif dan signifikan

Abstract

Public Health Center is the main health care model that plays a to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through Clean and Healthy Behavior in Indonesia. It is a promotion and prevention measure society to promote healthy lifestyles among people. This qualitative study describes Clean and healthy behavior program implemented at UPTD DTP Bandar. Depth interviews were conducted between 5 (five) informants consisting of the Head of the Health Resources and Community Empowerment Division at the Health Service, the Head of the UPTD DTP Bandar, responsible person Health Promotion, the village midwife and cadres at the UPTD DTP Bandar. The results of the study showed that there were systemic problems In the program of clean and healthy behavior Program which caused reduction in coverage compared to previous years. Two of the the most important is smoked behavior in home with breastfeeding between mothers. Also in the main role the Clean and Healthy Behavior Program is for cadres who are only trained once a year in October. In addition, that must also interact with community leaders to support programs in their area. Adding information, facilitating with advocating through coordination between the Board of Health, Community Health Centers, community to solve the problems managers and health cadres are needed. In addition, occupational health promotion officers are is also required carry out promotional and proactively actions that runs smoothly in the community.

Abstract

The article aims to determine the influence of individual characteristics and work characteristics on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital. Types of quantitative research with multiple linear regression data analysis techniques. The total population was 262 people with a total sample of 72 peoples. The results showed that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital, job characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital, individual characteristics and work characteristics together have a positive and significant effect on the work motivation of nurses at Haji Medan General Hospital.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beasiswa Kartu Indonesia Pintar Kuliah (KIP-Kuliah) terhadap prestasi belajar mahasiswa melalui motivasi belajar dan gaya hidup di Universitas Deli Sumatera. Beasiswa KIP-Kuliah merupakan program pemerintah yang ditujukan untuk membantu mahasiswa dari keluarga kurang mampu secara ekonomi agar dapat melanjutkan pendidikan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan teknik analisis jalur (path analysis). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa penerima KIP-Kuliah angkatan 2021-2024 sebanyak 156 orang, dengan sampel sebanyak 112 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beasiswa KIP-Kuliah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap motivasi belajar dan gaya hidup mahasiswa. Selanjutnya, motivasi belajar dan gaya hidup berpengaruh signifikan terhadap prestasi belajar. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa beasiswa KIP-Kuliah juga berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap prestasi belajar melalui motivasi belajar dan gaya hidup sebagai variabel intervening. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan program beasiswa tidak hanya dari sisi finansial, tetapi juga dalam memotivasi dan mengarahkan perilaku hidup mahasiswa agar berdampak positif terhadap capaian akademik.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) tentang proses penyusunan legalitas usaha, penyusunan laporan keuangan, dan pemasaran online didasarkan atas beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi pelaku UMKM. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pada kegiatan ini adalah UMKM hanya berfokus pada transaksi jual beli produknya secara langsung (offline) serta kurangnya pengetahuan terhadap legalitas usahanya, membuat laporan keuangan dan pemasaran produk secara online sehingga usaha yang mereka dirikan tidak berkembang. Untuk itu dilakukan pelatihan legalitas usaha, penyusunan laporan keuangan hingga praktek memasarkan usahanya secara online. Setelah kegiatan PKM ini UMKM dapat mendaftarkan usahanya menjadi Perseroan Perorangan (PT Perorangan) secara elektronik (online) dan mandiri melalui website Kemenkumham RI Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum, UMKM mampu menyusun laporan keuangan untuk usahanya serta memasarkan produknya secara online sehingga usaha yang mereka jalankan semakin berkembang.

Abstract

The 3R method or Reuse, Reduce and Recycle is one of the best ways to manage and deal with various types of plastic waste. The application of this system is also very good for managing waste from various types of plastic from safe to toxic. Types of analytical quantitative research with survey techniques. Analytical surveys are intended to explain a condition. Analytical surveys usually attempt to respond to why. The population totaled 93 respondents in the Batangtoru sub-district, using a proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out univariately and bivariate with the chi-square test. The basis for decision-making is based on the level of significance (p-value), with the following criteria: ho is rejected if p <α 0.05, then there is a significant correlation or relationship between the variables ho is accepted if p > α 0.05, then there is no significant correlation or relationship between variables. The results of the study using the chi square test obtained a p value of 0.436 (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between knowledge and waste management with last year's 3R strategy, results using the chi square test p value obtained 0.314 (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between education and management of waste management with last year's 3R strategy, results using the chi square test p value value obtained 0.256 (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is no relationship between perception and management of waste management with the 3R strategy last year, the results using the chi square test p value obtained 0.031 (p <0.05) can be obtained conclude that there is no relationship between income and management of waste management with the 3R strategy last year, the results using the chi square test p value obtained 0.000 (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the role of government and community leaders with management of management waste management with the 3R strategy last year, the results using the chi square test, the p value was obtained 0.003 (p <0.05) it can be concluded that there is a relationship between facilities and markets with the management of waste management with the 3R strategy last year

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out the impact of work facilities and work welfare on the performance of employees of PT Garuda Mas Perkasa Medan. The type of research is quantitative, based on methods of collecting concrete data and decrypting relationships or influences between variables in research. The sample consisted of 100 respondents from PT Garuda Mas Perkasa Medan. The research uses probability and non-probability sampling techniques to gather data. Data collection techniques include questionnaires and interviews. Data analysis is done by conducting validity tests, reliability tests, and performing descriptive statistics. Classical assumptions by searching for normality, multicollinearity. The Multiple regression linear analysis with hypothesis testing. The result is a multiple-regression linear analysis: Y = 3,259 + 0. 464X1 + 0. 403X2 + e. The results of the study obtained showed that the facilities with work welfare had a positive and significant impact on performance. The conclusion of this study is that the effect of work facilities has a positive and significant impact on performance, the level of safety has a significant and positive effect on performance, and the simultan of the work facilities and work welfare has a significant influence on the effectiveness of employers at PT Garuda Mas Perkasa Medan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of the entrepreneur community and government support on the development of UMKM in Medan City, both partially and simultaneously. The pre-survey results identified several problems related to UMKM development and highlighted two key influencing factors: the entrepreneur community and government support. The study population consisted of UMKM players in Medan City who are members of the entrepreneur community and have received government support. The sample was selected using the Lemeshow formula, resulting in 100 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires to capture respondents perspectives on the independent variables: the entrepreneur community and government support. A quantitative research method was employed. The analysis included descriptive statistics, simple linear regression, and significance testing using t-tests, f-tests, and the coefficient of determination (R²) with SPSS version 26. The results indicate that both the entrepreneur community and government support have a positive and significant effect on the development of UMKM in Medan City, both independently and simultaneously.
