Abstract

Forecasting methods can predict the values ​​of a variable based on the known value of that variable or other related variables. In the quantitative category forecasting method, especially the time series model, several smoothing methods are known, namely average and exponential smoothing. A trended series is defined as a time series that contains a long-term component that represents growth or decline in the series, and whose average value changes up or down over a period of time. The average method is that a number of values ​​that are given an equivalent weight (or smoothed) are included in the calculation of the average. A double moving average, also known as a linear moving average, is designed for time series data with a trending pattern or a linear trend. The time series data used is poverty line data by area of ​​residence in West Sumatra based on the ability to meet basic needs (basic needs approach). With this approach, poverty is seen as an economic inability to meet basic food and non-food needs as measured from the expenditure side. So the poor are people who have an average monthly per capita expenditure below the poverty line. So that the double moving average time series method is used. This study aims to determine the monthly per capita public expenditure forecast in West Sumatra.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is considered capable of mapping input into output without ignoring existing factors. Fuzzy logic is very flexible and tolerant of existing data. By using fuzzy logic, a model will be produced from a system that is able to estimate the perceptions of immigrants to local wisdom. The factors that influence the determination of immigrants' perceptions of local wisdom with fuzzy logic are the attitude of immigrant communities. Society's socio-cultural life is shown by the many links to other social life, such as ideology, lifestyle, and economy. This means that changes in one socio-cultural life will affect other social and cultural lives. Therefore this system is made so that the public can know, study and examine the variety of local wisdom, examine the role of indigenous and immigrant people in preserving local wisdom and study the strategies of indigenous and immigrant populations in limiting conflict and so on by applying fuzzy mamdani methods that are expected to provide decisions good in responding to the perceptions of immigrants towards local wisdom in West Kinali Pasaman.

Abstract

Cloud computing is a form of technological progress that has developed along with the times, this has spurred the increasing use of the internet. By usingtechnology internet that is able to implement server a virtual, which has the aim of building a cloud computing server at the District Communications and Information Office. Padang Pariaman uses the Operating System (OS) Proxmox VE (Virtual Environment) 6.4. Cloud computing is able to provide storage services that can be used simultaneously. The results of this study produce a cloud computing server that implements a security system with themethods ids (intrusion detection system) and ips (intrusion prevention system)that are able to process data(storagestorage), use software simultaneously in the network, and use infrastructure within the scope of this research.network cloud computing at the District Communications and Information Office. Abstract

The continuous flow of information has become a necessity for organizations. The internet moves information quickly to support the activities of its users, PT. Graha Cipta Bangko Jaya. These organizations must keep running their business even when internet service is unavailable. There are several ways to overcome this problem, one of which is to use at least two different internet sources, which will be combined with failover techniques on the internet connection so that if one internet source is disconnected, it will be automatically transferred to another internet source. The failover technique is usually combined with the load balance technique, and there are several methods for the load balance, one of which is PCC (Per Connection Classifier). The PCC load balance and failover method are commonly used in the gateway check feature on the ip route menu. However, when implementing the gateway check feature, it can only check on the gateway device so that if there is a problem at the provider, it will not be able to be monitored by the router side. So that the router can check directly with the provider, it can add a recursive gateway technique to failover. A device that can support the above method is the Mikrotik Router. A Mikrotik router is a device or operating system specifically designed for routing in computer networks. Later the results of this research can ensure the availability of the internet within the organization and increase the operational productivity of the organization

Abstract

Currently, technological developments are growing rapidly. It can be seen from that most human activities require technology to meet daily needs. Technology has now fulfilled human needs that can be done by themselves. One of them is an expert system. Cats are one of the animals that are popular among people. Because it is so popular, the number of cat enthusiasts in Indonesia has become very large, and will continue to grow. However, this is not balanced by the knowledge of the keepers and the availability of sufficient veterinarians. This research develops an expert system application to diagnose diseases in cats. This expert system has 7 knowledge bases about diseases in cats and 30 symptoms, using the forward chaining inference method. The expert system was built and designed using the PHP programming language. The expert system provides output in the form of disease diagnosis results in cats based on the symptoms input by the user. The expert system developed is useful for helping the public obtain information about cat diseases and their symptoms easily and quickly
