Abstract

Sentra Pendidikan Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) Padang merupakan pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan pegawai BRI, yang bertujuan untuk peningkatan mutu dan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) dalam setiap melakukan pekerjaannya. Penilaian kinerja merupakan suatu proses organisasi dalam menilai kinerja kerja pegawainya. Dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi pusat pelatihan dan penilaian kinerja karyawan pada Sentra Pendidikan BRI dapat membantu pengolahan data pelatihan dan pendidikan karyawan dengan cepat dan tepat serta dapat mempermudah pimpinan dalam mengambil keputusan. Perancangan sistem menggunakan model UML (Unified Model Language) yang dapat memberikan gambaran bagaimana program berjalan serta interaksi antara aktor dengan sistem. Selain itu, penggunaan bahasa pemrograman PHP yang didukung database MySQL juga menjadikan sistem ini menjadi sebuah sistem informasi online yang dapat membantu user dalam mengakses informasi yang dibutuhkan kapan dan dimana saja.

Abstract

Inventarisasi merupakan kegiatan untuk mencatat dan menyusun barang-barang atau bahan yang ada secara benar menurut ketentuan yang berlaku. Dan inventarisasi dilakukan dalam rangka penyempurnaan pengurusan dan pengawasan yang efektif terhadap barang-barang milik kantor. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan ditemukan beberapa masalah diantaranya pengolahan data masih bersifat manual dimana belum menggunakan database untuk penyimpanan data. Dalam pengolahan data inventaris perlengkapan Kantor Bupati Dharmasraya dibutuhkan banyak waktu dan tenaga karena data inventaris perlengkapan yang terdaftar dientrikan ke komputer menggunakan Microsoft Excel tanpa ada penggunaan database. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan mengefektifkan sistem kontrol inventaris perlengkapan maka dikembangkanlah sistem pengolahan data inventaris perlengkapan yang masih bersifat manual menjadi sistem informasi inventaris perlengkapan Visual Basic.6.0 supaya informasi data inventaris perlengkapan dapat diakses oleh petugas dengan cepat dan sistem yang lebih efektif. Dengan dikembangkannya sistem informasi inventaris perlengkapan diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan-permasalahan yang berkaitan dengan pengolahan data inventaris perlengkapan, serta memudahkan dalam melakukan pencarian data inventaris perlengkapan

Abstract

From the research that has been conducted at Junior High School 13 South Solok can be concluded that the system used in the junior high school is less effective , due to the learning process can only be done on condition that the meeting between students and teachers in the classroom. If the meeting does not take place the learning process cannot be done. Therefore, the presence of E-Discussion system is expected to help the learning process of students effectively. After doing some research on Junior High School 13 South Solok this by collecting data through interviews and other methods. Then the analysis of data collected by the system design tools. After the designed output design.design input , design files and E-Discussion. The results of the analysis has been conducted on the Web site of the E-Discussion with the PHP programming language.

Abstract

This study aims to see the validity, practicality and effectiveness of designing and making Android-based learning media in Iqra subjects for early childhood / kindergarten students in Padang. This study uses a research development method (Research & Development). The research subjects may be 10 people. This research method uses a model (ADDIE), with the design and development steps as follows. (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The results of the validity test by the experts as a whole amounted to 93.93%, so the level of validity that can be interpreted is very valid to use. The overall test result was 89.42%, so that the level of practicality could be interpreted as very practical to use. The results of the effectiveness trial were 85.98% so that the effectiveness level could be interpreted effectively. In conclusion, the decisions and expert input as well as the results of field trials of Android-based learning media as learning media have been tested for feasibility, excellence, and can be used in the learning process in the Iqra subject for PAUD / Kindergarten students in Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze how the response of class XI students and the response of the teacher at SMK PERBANKAN Padang to the use of Interactive Multimedia in the learning process. There were 150 students and 8 teachers at the school who were the research samples. In this study, there are two problems investigated, namely how students respond to the use of Interactive Multimedia in the learning process of learning and how the teacher responds to the use of Interactive Multimedia in the learning process of learning. The data obtained in this study were in the form of student response questionnaire data and teacher response questionnaire data. The data were analyzed using descriptive analytical methods to obtain answers to the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it was found that 88% of students responded positively to the use of interactive multimedia in the learning process of mathematics. And as many as 75% of teachers responded positively to the use of interactive multimedia in the learning process because learning activities carried out using interactive multimedia were more active and felt fun for students and teachers.

Abstract

Bram Cell store is a store that sells various types of low-end smartphones at affordable prices. However, the problem faced by the Bram Cell Store is processing data in selecting the best low-end smartphone, because there is no special system for selecting the best low-end smartphone, so it takes a long time to determine. To overcome this problem, this research was conducted with the aim of building a Decision Support System (DSS) by applying the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which is useful for simplifying the smartphone selection process. The design of a decision support system using the SAW method produces applications that perform effective and efficient selection. Abstract

The continuous flow of information has become a necessity for organizations. The internet moves information quickly to support the activities of its users, PT. Graha Cipta Bangko Jaya. These organizations must keep running their business even when internet service is unavailable. There are several ways to overcome this problem, one of which is to use at least two different internet sources, which will be combined with failover techniques on the internet connection so that if one internet source is disconnected, it will be automatically transferred to another internet source. The failover technique is usually combined with the load balance technique, and there are several methods for the load balance, one of which is PCC (Per Connection Classifier). The PCC load balance and failover method are commonly used in the gateway check feature on the ip route menu. However, when implementing the gateway check feature, it can only check on the gateway device so that if there is a problem at the provider, it will not be able to be monitored by the router side. So that the router can check directly with the provider, it can add a recursive gateway technique to failover. A device that can support the above method is the Mikrotik Router. A Mikrotik router is a device or operating system specifically designed for routing in computer networks. Later the results of this research can ensure the availability of the internet within the organization and increase the operational productivity of the organization

Abstract

An expert system is a system that uses human knowledge recorded in a computer to solve problems that normally require human expertise. Certainty Factor is a clinical parameter value given by MYCIN to indicate the level of trust. The certainty factor is also a way of combining belief and disbelief in a single number. Certainty factor introduces the concepts of belief/belief and disbelief/unbelief. In the system analysis stage, the author analyzes to find weaknesses in the system that is currently running in an organization or company with the aim that the system can be proposed for improvement. Implementing the program that has been designed requires a tool in the form of a computer or laptop, which requires three supporting components to operate the computer or laptop itself, such as hardware, software, and brainware. The expert system application has been running with the Certainty Factor method and to make a diagnosis on chickens the user can choose a value according to the Certainty Factor Interpretation that has been given and processed with the CF expert. Based on the tests carried out, the value of system accuracy with experts is almost the same . And the Inference engine works well, according to the pre-programmed rules. After diagnosing a chicken disease, the system will display how to treat and handle sick broiler chickens

Abstract

LPMP West Sumatra is a company in the technical implementation department of the Ministry of Education and is led by leadership and is responsible to the Director General for Improving the Quality of Educators and Education Personnel (PMPTK). The selection process for hiring contract employees has difficulties because the system is still manual where all the processes from the initial stage of registration selection to the final stage of registration selection are all done manually so it takes quite a long time and is troublesome and drains a lot of energy and energy for the company management. . So there is a need for an online selection information system for contract employee recruitment at LPMP West Sumatra such as a decision support system. This Decision Support System (DSS) uses the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method. The SMART method is a decision-making method for handling multi-criteria problems based on calculating the criteria weights for each alternative. The aim of this decision support system was to be able to assist the selection process for hiring contract employees at LPMP West Sumatra quickly, precisely and accurately. The results obtained by the alternative with the name of the prospective contract employee were Ririn Novrianti with a score of 0.755. This helps West Sumatra LPMP leaders in determining prospective contract employees who meet the requirements for employment
