Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang manajemen keuangan kepada pelaku wirausaha muda di Kecamatan Padang Sidempuan Utara. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan beberapa tahapan mulai dari observasi, pelaksanaan kegiatan, dan evaluasi kegiatan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terdiri dari ceramah, dilanjutkan dengan diskusi antara pemateri dengan peserta, dan diakhiri dengan praktek langsung menggunakan manajemen keuangan dalam usaha. Berdasarkan hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kegiatan berlangsung dengan baik dan lancar sesuai dengan seluruh tujuan dan perencanaan tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 20 orang peserta memiliki kriteria sesuai dengan ketetapan tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Dari hasil evaluasi tim dengan menyebarkan kuesioner pada setiap akhir sesi pelatihan masih terdapat penurunan pemahaman peserta pada materi pelatihan IV: group diskusi dan praktek. Namun dengan pendampingan yang dilakukan hal ini dapat teratasi meski tidak semaksimal yang diharapkan.

Abstract

The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus in Indonesia causes disturbances in the respiratory system, severe lung infections that can cause death. Not only caused a high death rate worldwide, the outbreak of this virus resulted in a contraction of economic growth, slow economic decline and killed countries around the world and also resulted in a large number of unemployed. Another impact of the outbreak of the Covid-19 Virus is the occurrence of morbidity where many residents are unable to work for a certain period of time. This Community Service aims to help the people of Losungbatu Village, Jalan Rukun No.28, Padangsidimpuan in building creativity and independence of the community in the economic field during this Covid-19 period

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has hit many countries, including Indonesia. Covid-19 has had an impact in various sectors including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, including a decline in sales. Community Service Activities are carried out to provide guidance in overcoming these impacts through the use and management of appropriate digital media. By using and managing digital media, it is hoped that business actors can determine the right type of digital media for the product being marketed, increasing public awareness and interest regarding the product. The method used is virtual training using Zoom Meeting. The material for this activity is a strategy for the use and management of digital media, optimization of digital marketing and product branding to improve the ability to create interesting content, promotion and as an alternative media for service businesses. The digital media used include Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, GrabFood/Go-Food, Tokopedia and other platforms. The results of the activity show that the training and guidance provided has a positive impact on business actors with an increase in knowledge about digital media, an increase in knowledge of various media that can be used and an increase in skills in the use and management of digital media in branding. Recommendations that can be conveyed are the existence of a sustainable development program for business actors so that they can implement and manage digital media optimally

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of performance management on employee satisfaction and retention at Yayasan Perguruan Kampus Padangsidimpuan in the context of the digital era. The study used a quantitative method with a survey approach to 60 employees. Data were analyzed using multiple regression to test the direct effect and the Sobel test to identify the mediating role of employee satisfaction. The results showed that performance management has a positive and significant effect on employee satisfaction (β = 0.532; p = 0.000) and employee retention (β = 0.521; p = 0.000). In addition, employee satisfaction was found to act as a significant mediator in the relationship between performance management and employee retention (z = 3.52; p = 0.000). This study also highlights the importance of implementing a transparent, fair, and responsive technology-based performance management system in improving employee welfare and loyalty. The results of this study provide practical implications for organizations, especially in developing a performance management system that focuses not only on work results, but also on employee development. In addition, this study recommends the need for continuous evaluation of the performance management system in the organization to improve retention and minimize employee turnover.
