Abstract

ABSTRAK The need of Indonesian Moslem community for the bank operating in accordance with Islamic economic system was not juridically regulated until the enactment of Law No.7/1992 on Banking. In this law, the existence of Islamic bank or syarii banking has not yet been clearly stated, it is only called “bank with shared-revenue principle”. The concept of deliberation and dialogue is then directed to settle the dispute through the principle of legality which is then integrated into the process of proceedings in court through the Regulation of Supreme Court No.2/2003 which has been amended with the Regulation of Supreme Court No.1/2008 on the Procedure of Mediation in Court to make Article 130 HIR/154 RBg on Reconciliation which has been previously available effective. The fact is that reconciliation as stated in Article 130 HIR/154 RBg is currently implemented by the judge as a formality due to several constraints such as the lawyer and the judge are reluctant to peacefully settle the case, the judge has less capability, and peace efforts have not been sufficiently socialized. This condition also impacts the success of the implementation of the Regulation of Supreme Court No.1/2008 integrating mediation into the settlement of case in court, besides the success of the implementation of mediation is very much supported by the regulation that regulates it, facility and infrastructure, and the people involved in it.

Abstract

The development of information and communication technology is currently very rapid. Everyone is required to be able to use it in fulfilling the ease of obtaining the expected needs. The Padangsidimpuan Batunadua sub-district office is no exception, where the office has the main task of serving the community and fulfilling administrative needs as an Indonesian citizen. In serving, it takes understanding in the field of service systems and how to improve the quality of these services. One of the activities that can be carried out to increase the understanding of sub-district office employees about public services is socialization. The benefit of this socialization is to improve the quality of service and fulfill community satisfaction. From the results of this socialization activity, the participants increasingly understood the online-based public service system, knew the steps for making a web, and how to utilize the internet network, the right communication network. This activity received a very good response from the participants, was active in asking questions, and hoped that there would be other activities that would support their work at the Padangsidimpuan Batunadua sub-district office. Abstract

Sampah merupakan hal yang tak terpisahkan dari kehidupan. Setiap aktivitas yang terjadi akan menghasilkan sampah. Sampah ada dua jenis yaitu sampah organik dan anorganik. Sampah dapat dikelola kembali dengan menerapkan 3 hal yaitu reuse, reduce, recycle. Proses pengelolaan sampah menerapkan sistem manajemen dimulai dari sampah terlebih dahulu dipilah menjadi sampah organik dan sampah anorganik. Pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan pengelolaan sampah organik dalam upaya membantu petani dalam manajemen modal. Pengelolaan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos dilakukan secara anaerob menggunakan EM4. Pengolahan sampah organik secara anaerob merupakan pengubahan sampah organik secara tertutup atau tanpa udara. Masalah yang terjadi dikalangan petani saat ini adalah kurangnya modal. Kurangnya modal tersebut sangat membebani petani karena subsidi pupuk telah dikurangi oleh pemerintah. Berkurangnya subsidi pupuk anorganik oleh pemerintah sangat memberatkan petani dalam menjalankan usahataninya. Petani dituntut untuk menambah modal dalam melakukan usahatani. Kondisi sekarang ini mendorong petani untuk mampu melakukan manajemen terhadap modal yang dimiliki. Modal memiliki banyak bentuk, salah satunya adalah modal uang yang digunakan petani dalam membeli pupuk. Penggunaan pupuk anorganik dapat diganti dengan pupuk organik atau digunakan secara bersamaan sehingga dapat mengurangi biaya dalam usahatani dengan demikian maka pengelolaan sampah organik menjadi pupuk kompos membantu petani dalam manajemen modal.

Abstract

In the framework of the success of general elections (elections) in 2023 and the creation of a peaceful democracy, one thing that is being done is through outreach. Currently, the participation of first-time voters in the upcoming election is very important because nearly 20% of the total number of voters are first-time voters. In order for the number of first-time voters to continue to increase, the community service team as academics working at Graha Nusantara University conducted community service in the form of outreach about the importance of first-time voter participation in the upcoming elections. The purpose of this activity is to increase the understanding of novice voters and in this case the students of SMK Negeri 2 Padangsidimpuan who are 17 years and over. This service method is a lecture and a simple simulation about the procedures for choosing a candidate for leadership. This socialization activity was very useful and provided new insights for the participants as seen from the enthusiasm of the participants in asking questions and the results of the questionnaire where more than 80% of the participants answered that they understood the material presented. Abstract

Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman yang saat ini telah memasuki era society 5.0, manusia dituntut untuk mampu memanfaatkan teknologi informasi sebagai sarana untuk menyelesaikan berbagai masalah terutama masalah sosial dan tidak terkecuali dengan apparat desa. Saat ini banyak dana pemerintah yang digelontorkan untuk memajukan desa sehingga aparat desa yang bekerja harus mampu bertanggungjawab atas pekerjaannya. Untuk itu, dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, dosen Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu politik melakukan pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada apparat desa yang ada di kecamatan Angkola Sangkunur Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Adapun tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pemahaman dan pelatihan serta pendampingan kepada peserta agar mampu meningkatkan kinerja apparat desa dalam memajukan desanya. Adapun metode pengabdian ini adalah dalam bentuk sosialisasi atau penyampaian materi, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Peserta berjumlah 18 orang yang terdiri dari aparat desa Simatohir, desa Simataniasri, desa Tindoan Laut dan ada 6 orang masyarakat setempat. Dari hasil kegiatan diperoleh sebanyak 70% peserta mampu memahami penggunaan teknologi informasi terutama dalam bidang administrasi, serta menggunakan berbagai aplikasi komunikasi dan social media. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah minimnya sarana dan prasarana berupa laptop atau komputer dan jaringan wifi tidak ada. Kata Kunci: Kinerja, Pelatihan, Teknologi Informasi

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze the law regarding the impact of law number 45 of 2009 on unlawful fishing activities in the Natuna region .Researchers use normative law as their research methodology.  Normative law is a type of research that uses law as a system of norms . This norm system involves norms, rules, principles and legal regulations. Normative research is a process of finding legal rules, principles, or theories to solve legal problems. Normative research, also known as doctrinal law, is a type of research that aims to develop new theories, concepts or arguments to help solve problems . The results of this research are that many illegal fishing activities occur in the Natuna sea. Apart from that, the lack of supervision has resulted in a large number of individuals from foreign countries. So the elements resulting in illegal fishing ( fishing) in Natuna waters are as follows: very limited skills for investigators in the field of fisheries as well as TNI-AL officers and law enforcement officers in the field of maritime affairs and fisheries, as well as prosecutors and judges; lack of coordination and equality between law enforcers; lack of plans to implement law enforcement systematically and over a long period of time; lack of integrity of law enforcement, which is capable of having an impact on the process and law enforcement.

Abstract

To enforce criminal law, there needs to be coordination between police investigators and public prosecutors. This is to the existing provisions in the Criminal Procedure Code in the form of criminal offenses must be disclosed, investigators must notify the public prosecutor if there is a termination or extension in the case. If the functional relationship and coordination do not go well, there will be many arrears of problems in the Prosecutor's Office, thus affecting the problem-solving process. Likewise, on the other hand, if there is coordination and communication between investigators and public prosecutors, they will be able to resolve each case properly. So, the obstacles in the implementation of the principle of coordination between police investigators and public prosecutors are the lack of communication, prioritizing the interests of their departments, the existence of sectoral arrogance, and lack of trust in the police to enforce the law and so on. This also grows from the stigma of the community towards the police so that it causes difficulties in conveying aspirations in the field, neglect of legal aspects, police ethics whose morale is still low, and equipment and investigations are still limited.

Abstract

Permasalahn yang sangat serius saat ini adalah rendahnya karakter anak dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Hal ini banyak diakibatkan perhaian orangtua yang kurang karena kesibukan menyelesaikan rutinitas baik di rumah maupun luar rumah. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu bantuan untuk memberikan pemahaman kepada para orangtua dalam melaksanakan perannya mendidik dan mengontrol anak kea rah yang positif. Salah satu yang dilakukan yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat (PkM) dalam bentuk sosialisasi kepda para orangtua yang ada di lingkungan desa Sikarang-karang Kecamatan Hutaimbaru Kota Padangsidimpuan. Kegiatan PkM ini terlaksana dengan baik dan lancar. Orangtua sangat antuasias mengikuti dan aktif memberikan responnya ketika diskusi. Sebelum melaksanakan sosialisasi, tim PkM turun ke lokasi pengabdian untuk mengetahui waktu pelaksanaan dan meminta izin kepada para orangtua agar ikut berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut. Selanjutnya dilakukan sosialisasi, diskusi, dan evaluasi berupa wawancara langsung kepada orangtua untuk mengetahui bagaimana hasil kegiatan sosialisasi ini. Hasil kegiatan dengan memberikan pemahaman tentang peran penting orangtua dan pendidikan karakter anak dapat membantu orangtua dalam mengetahui hal-hal yang harus dilakukan di dalam keluarga. Hal-hal tersebut antara lain mengajak anggota keluarga untuk rutin melaksanakan ajaran agama, menajlin komunikasi, memberikan waktu dan perhatian yang cukup bagi anak, membangun Kerjasama dan tanggungjawab anak, melengkapi kebutuhan anak, serta membaiasakan kedisiplinan di dalam rumah.

Abstract

Overcrowded condition is a condition where correctional institutions or State Detention Centers have too large a capacity because the increasing number of inmates is not comparable to the prison or detention center facilities. Permenkumham Number 11 of 2017 is used as a reference for implementing an action plan for handling overcrowded in Indonesia, which includes four main programs: regulatory arrangement, institutional strengthening, provision of infrastructure, and empowerment of human resources. This study aims to identify the methods used to handle overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center and to find barriers that hinder the process. The researcher used a qualitative research method to determine the factors that hinder the implementation of handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center. The results of the study indicate that handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center has been going well because of remissions, solid internal institutions, good relationships with government institutions or organizations, and empowerment of correctional officers. In addition, handling overcrowded residents in Class II B Pemalang Detention Center faces several obstacles. One of them is the number of correctional officers which is too many compared to the number of prison inmates, as well as facilities and infrastructure which are not optimal.

Abstract

Legal awareness among nurses is crucial to prevent malpractice that negatively impacts patients and healthcare institutions. This community service project aimed to enhance nurses’ understanding of health law based on Law No. 17 of 2023 at Melati General Hospital Perbaungan. The method employed was participatory interactive training and group discussions conducted over three months. The results indicated a significant improvement in nurses’ legal knowledge and a positive shift in their compliance behavior in daily practice. The program also fostered the emergence of local leaders who actively educate peers and contribute to creating a legal-conscious work culture. These findings suggest that targeted legal education can effectively reduce malpractice risks and improve healthcare quality.
