Abstract

PENGARUH CARA PERSALINAN TERHADAP INISIASI LAKTASIAnna Ismiana 1, Irwan Taufiqurrahman2, Rukmono Siswishanto3ABSTRACT Background: Breastfeeding on the first day would prevent 16% of neonatal deaths and if early breastfeeding was given within the first 1 hour would prevent 22% neonatal of mortality per year.Objective: To determine the effect of mode of delivery on the initiation of breastfeeding.Method: The study was prospective cohort. The study was conducted by taking all cases of vaginal delivery and caesarean sections in the obstetric department of Dr. Sardjito, Banjarnegara Hospital, Wates Hospital, Wonosari Hospital and Magelang Hospital that met the criteria from January to May 2014. Maternal data were recorded from the medical records and the data of breast milk secretion within 24 hours after delivery were collected from paramedical personnel who had been trained before. The statistical test that is used was Chi-square.Results and Discussion: Subjects who met the inclusion criteria consisted of 162 women. Based on the mode of delivery, breastfeeding initiation on the first day after vaginal delivery were done in 73 women (90,1%), while in the cesarean delivery group, the initiation were done in only 34 women (42%). There were no significant relationship between age, education level, women occupation, and parity with the initiation of the first day of postnatal breastfeding. Statistically, BMI <25 kg/m2 had a significant association with 24 hours of postnatal breastfeeding initiation, but not clinically significant. There is a significant association between mode of delivery and the first day of postnatal lactation breastfeeding (OR=20,17;95% CI 7,47 to 54,43; p= 0,000).Conclusions: The proportion of the first day of breastfeeding initiation was larger in vaginal delivery group compared with cesarean delivery group.Keywords: mode of delivery, cesarean section, vaginal delivery, lactation initiation. ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pemberian Air Susu Ibu (ASI) pada hari pertama akan menyelamatkan 16% kematian neonatal dan jika menyusu dini dalam 1 jam pertama akan menyelamatkan 22% kematian balita pertahun dari kematian. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh cara persalinan terhadap inisiasi laktasi.Metode: Studi kohort prospektif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mengambil semua kasus persalinan vaginal dan seksio sesarea di RSUP Dr. Sardjito, RSUD Banjarnegara, RSUD Wates, RSUD Wonosari, dan RSUD Magelang yang memenuhi kriteria dari bulan Januari sampai dengan Mei 2014 sampai dengan sampel terpenuhi. Data maternal dicatat dari catatan medis, data penelitian didapat dari melakukan pemeriksaan keluarnya ASI dalam 24 jam pascasalin oleh petugas medis atau paramedis yang telah terlatih. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Chi-square. Hasil dan Pembahasan: Subyek penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi berjumlah 162 orang. Berdasarkan karakteristik cara persalinan, kejadian inisiasi laktasi hari pertama pascasalin pada persalinan vaginal sebanyak 73 orang (90,1%), sedangkan pada persalinan secara seksio sesarea sebanyak 34 orang (42%). Tidak didapatkan hubungan yang bermakna antara usia, tingkat pendidikan, pekerjaan, dan paritas dengan inisiasi laktasi hari pertama pascasalin. Secara statistik IMT <25 kg/m2 memiliki hubungan yang bermakna dengan inisiasi laktasi 24 jam pascasalin, namun tidak bermakna secara klinis. Terdapat hubungan yang bermakna antara cara persalinan dengan inisiasi laktasi hari pertama pascasalin (OR=20,17; 95%CI 7,47-54,43; p=0,000).Kesimpulan: Proporsi inisiasi laktasi hari pertama pascasalin pada kelompok persalinan vaginal lebih besar dibandingkan dengan kelompok persalinan seksio sesarea.Kata kunci: cara persalinan, seksio sesarea, persalinan vaginal, inisiasi laktasi 1,2,3 Bagian Obstetri dan Ginekologi, Facultas Kedokteran, Universitas Gadjah Mada

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik kelas 2 SD Negeri 12 Ampenan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran bola. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 November 2023 di SD Negeri 12 Ampenan dengan peserta kegiatan sebanyak 20 orang. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan terbagi ke dalam tiga tahapan yakni: pembukaan, inti (pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan media pembelajaran bola pada Mata Pelajaran Matematika, topik penjumlahan dan pengurangan), dan penutup. Data Keterampilan Berpikir Tingkat Tinggi (KBTT) diperoleh dari pemberian tes sejumlah 10 soal. Ketuntasan klasikal terpenuhi bila 85% siswa memperoleh nilai lebih dari atau sama dengan 80. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa nilai rata-rata KBTT peserta didik sebesar 86, dengan nilai tertinggi sebesar 100 dan nilai terendah sebesar 60. Ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 90% peserta didik memperoleh nilai lebih dari atau sama dengan 80. Dengan demikian, penerapan model pembelajaran berbasis masalah dan pemanfaatan media pembelajaran bola dapat dijadikan alternatif model dan media pembelajaran untuk mengembangkan keterampilan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik kelas 2 SD Negeri 12 Ampenan.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) learning model in improving students’ problem-solving and collaboration skills. The research was motivated by classroom observations indicating low student engagement and suboptimal group cooperation, which in turn affected students’ problem-solving abilities. The study employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design conducted in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ problem-solving skills, with the average score increasing from 70 in the first cycle to 86.5 in the second cycle (a 23.6% increase). Collaboration skills also improved substantially, from 65% to 85.67% (a 31.8% increase). In addition, teacher activity levels rose from 78.5% (good) to 91.8% (very good). These improvements were attributed to more effective strategies in guiding tournaments and delivering materials interactively. In conclusion, the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) model successfully enhanced students’ problem-solving and collaboration skills while fostering more active teacher engagement in the learning process. This model provided students with opportunities to discuss, express opinions, and work together more effectively in completing learning tasks.

Abstract

The problem underlying this research is the low conceptual understanding and learning outcomes of students on the topic of the Solar System, as well as the learning process that remains teacher-centered and lacks active student engagement. Based on the preliminary study, out of 21 students in class 6A of SDN 05 Cakranegara, only 6 students (29%) achieved the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM), while 15 students (71%) did not. This study aims to describe the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model in improving students’ learning outcomes and critical thinking skills. The research employed the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model, consisting of two cycles. Research instruments included learning outcome tests, student activity observation sheets, and student perception questionnaires. The results showed a significant improvement in all learning indicators. Teacher and student activities increased from a score of 31 (70% – Fair) in Cycle I to 41 (93% – Excellent) in Cycle II. The implementation of the PjBL learning syntax also improved, from a score of 5 (83% – Good) in Cycle I to 6 (100% – Excellent) in Cycle II. Students’ critical thinking skills increased from 781 (67% – Poor) in Cycle I to 966 (83% – Good) in Cycle II. The most significant improvement was observed in students’ learning outcomes, with the average score rising from 75 (68% – Fair) in Cycle I to 88 (90% – Excellent) in Cycle II. Therefore, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model is effective in enhancing students’ learning outcomes and critical thinking skills on the topic of the Solar System in Grade VI A of SDN 05 Cakranegara.

Abstract

HOTS is one of the skills that 21st century students must have. However, not all students have HOTS such as analysis, evaluation and creation. This community service activity aims to develop Students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) at SD Negeri 3 Anyar, North Lombok Regency through the use of digital media. The digital media in question are power points and learning videos. This community service activity was carried out at SD Negeri 3 Anyar with the number of participants being all 37 class III students. The activity was carried out on October 14 2023. The activity method was divided into three stages, namely introduction, core and conclusion. The data collection technique for HOTS is carried out by giving an essay test with four questions to activity participants. The percentage of classical completeness is declared complete if 85% of students get a score of more than or equal to 75. The results of the activity show that the average HOTS score for students is 83.4, with a percentage of classical completeness of 92%. Thus, digital media can be used as an alternative learning media to develop HOTS for class III students at SD Negeri 3 Anyar.

Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam dan Sosial (IPAS) melalui penerapan media pembelajaran berbasis game edukatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus di kelas V dengan subjek sebanyak 28 siswa. Pelaksanaan setiap siklus mencakup tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan, serta refleksi. Dalam pembelajaran, digunakan media game interaktif yang dibuat dengan platform seperti Wordwall, Quizizz, dan Educaplay guna menunjang keterlibatan siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan baik dalam minat belajar maupun hasil belajar siswa. Pada tahap awal atau pra-siklus, tingkat ketuntasan belajar dan minat siswa tergolong rendah. Pelaksanaan tindakan pada siklus I menunjukkan adanya peningkatan, namun belum memenuhi standar keberhasilan klasikal yang ditetapkan. pada siklus II dilakukan revisi terhadap desain game agar lebih menarik dan menantang, serta peningkatan efektivitas pembelajaran melalui strategi yang lebih partisipatif dan kolaboratif. Hasilnya, capaian belajar siswa mengalami lonjakan yang cukup signifikan dengan rata-rata nilai mencapai 83,1 dan tingkat ketuntasan sebesar 79%. Minat belajar siswa meningkat signifikan, dari 60% pada pra-siklus menjadi 78,07% setelah siklus II selesai dilaksanakan. Dengan demikian, media pembelajaran berbasis game edukatif terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan minat dan hasil belajar siswa serta layak diterapkan sebagai pendekatan inovatif dalam pembelajaran IPAS di sekolah dasar.
