Abstract

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of information, competence, responsiveness and access to satisfaction of motor vehicle taxpayers services. The samples used in this study were motor vehicle taxpayers in the SAMSAT Mobile service in Banjarnegara Regency. The method used in this sampling is to use the Slovin formula, the data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis, using the help of the SPSS program. The results of the testing of the hypothesis indicate that the information variable (X1) has a significant positive effect on taxpayer service satisfaction. Competency variable (X2) has a significant positive effect on taxpayer service satisfaction. The responsiveness variable (X3) has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of taxpayer service satisfaction. Access variable (X4) has a significant positive effect on satisfaction of taxpayer service satisfaction. Based on the results of calculations, of the four variables that provide the greatest influence on satisfaction satisfaction of taxpayer services are competency variables with beta values ​​0,878 and t count 6,316. The results of the coefficient of determination (0.613) indicate that the ability of the independent variables (information, competence, responsiveness and access) in explaining the dependent variable (taxpayer service satisfaction) is very limited and there are still other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Valuable company assets are employees so the company must manage well in order to make an optimal contribution. Then, to be considered by the company is the loyalty of employees because employees who work to feel comfort, full of responsibility, and easily develop all the potential that they have then automatically employees can Maximize its work. This research aims to determine how much impact motivation, compensation, and workload on employee loyalty at Pt. Cosmoproft Indokarya Banjarnegara simultaneously and partially. With a sample number of 100 respondents. The data collection techniques used are observations, interviews and disseminating questionnaires. The data analysis methods used are multiple linear regression analyses as well as hypothesis tests. The results showed that the influence of motivation, compensation, and workload has a significant positive impact on employee loyalty. Keywords: Motivation, Compensation And Workload

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the potentiality that exists in the Curug Mrawu Tieng Ecotourism area and its relationship with the Index of Developing Villages (IDV) in the Batur village. The assessment is carried out all of the carrying capacity for the suitability of nature tourism and also analyzes the internal and external environment of the area, as well as calculating the values of the building village indicators to obtain a tourism area development strategy and the development of village independence. This research is descriptive study using qualitative methods. Data collection techniques namely, observation, interviews and documentation. For analytical tools using SWOT analysis and assessing Index of Developing Villages. The results of this study indicate that the assessment of the carrying capacity of the area is very adequate to be a tourist area. The assessment of tourist objects and natural attractions included in Good Categories. The regional analysis for tourism are at Potential Intervals. The IDV Batur villages are in the classification Developing Village. The SWOT analysis result area can be used to improve the assessment of the IDV indicators, namely: SO (Strengths-Opportunities) strategy with Environmental Resilience Index and Economic Resilience Index; WO (Weakness-Opportunities) strategy with Economic Resilience Index And Social Resilience Index; ST (Strengths-Threats) strategy with Economic Resilience Index and Social Resilience Index; and WT (Weakness-Threats) strategy with Environmental Resilience Index.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problems experienced by Guyub Rukun Mart is the lack of a promotional strategy carried out and the lack of promotion carried out by Guyub Rukun Mart, so that the general public still doesn't know about it. This is because the Guyub Rukun Mart is not an economist, plus the Guyub Rukun Mart brand image. Marts that are not well known to the wider community and the quality of the products sold do not all have the quality that is in accordance with the wishes of the community. This study aims to determine the effect of promotional strategies, brand image and product quality on purchasing decisions. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods. The data source used is primary data. The sampling technique used random sampling technique. The data was collected by using a questionnaire distributed directly to buyers as many as 98 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that promotional strategies and product quality affect purchasing decisions, while brand image does not affect purchasing decisions but jointly promotional strategies, brand image and product quality affect purchasing decisions.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is that nurses are the spearhead of health services in hospitals and are one of the keys to improving the quality of services in hospitals. For this reason, it is necessary to pay attention to the performance of nurses in carrying out their duties and functions in providing professional services to patients. This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of social support, workload and incentives on the performance of nurses in RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara This study uses a quantitative approach. The data used in this research is primary data with questionnaire distribution technique. The population in this study were nurses at RSUD Hj. Anna Lasmanah Banjarnegara. The sampling technique in this study was using the slovin calculation and obtained a sample of 135 respondents. Data analysis in this study used multiple linear regression analysis with SPSS 16 software. The results showed that partially social support and workload variables had a significant effect on nurse performance. While the variable of incentives does not have a significant effect on the performance of nurses. It is known that the coefficient of determination in this study is 0.430 (43%), meaning that the percentage of the influence of independent variables, namely social support, workload and incentives on nurse performance is 43% while the remaining 57% is influenced by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The problem in this study is the high intention of the people of Banjarnegara in Making repeat purchases through the online marketplace. There are several factors that repurchase intention, such as : perception of ease andstore brand image. This study aims to determine the effect of perception of ease and store brand image on repurchase intentions in the online marketplace with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study is the Banjarnegara community of 923,192 people. While the sample of this study was 100 respondents. With purposive sampling technique. The type of data used is primary data and data collection techniques using a questionnaire via google form. The results of this study indicate that perceived ease has no positive and insignificant effect on repurchase intention. Store brand image has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention. Perception of convenience has no negative and insignificant effect on customer satisfaction. Store brand image has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intentions. Customer satisfaction cannot mediate the relationship between perceived convenience and repurchase intention. Abstract

Delaying the completion of lecture assignments is a unique phenomenon for students from year to year in every college. No exception also happened in Banjarnegara. Students are required to attend lectures and complete assigned assignments on time. Students as carriers of change in the future, have big expectations and responsibilities to be able to graduate on time by managing time as well as possible. Through online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, lecture assignments demand completion on time and with better understanding. This study aims to determine the effect of the application of online learning, time management, and future orientation on the academic procrastination of students in Banjarnegara. This research was conducted at three colleges in Banjarnegara, with a sample of 90 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. Hypothesis testing using t statistical test using a significance level of 0.05 (α = 5%) to test the effect of online learning, time management, and future orientation of students on academic procrastination. The results showed that online learning had an effect on student academic procrastination, time management had no effect on student academic procrastination, while future orientation had a negative effect on student academic procrastination. Taken together, online learning, time management, and future orientation have an effect on student academic procrastination by 79%.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship is not only done by men but also by women. The role of women in business is also closely related to increasing creativity and innovation in problem-solving and efforts to seize opportunities that people face every day. Given the weak socio-economic situation and the difficulty of finding work, this situation increases opportunities for women to find and start private businesses with flexible capital based on their ideas and skills. This research was conducted in the District of Banjarnegara using a targeted sampling method and utilized the snowball sampling method for data collection, with a total of 50 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is descriptive statistics, classical assumption test, and regression test, but the hypothesis in this study is tested using the T-test and F-test. The results showed that capital, independence, emotional, understanding of accounting, and entrepreneurship education had a positive and significant effect on women in entrepreneurship, which means that these factors influenced women in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Tourism has a crucial role in the development of the country and has an impact on Locally-Generated Revenue (PAD) for local governments. Banjarnegara which is one of the areas in Central Java has one of the top tourist attractions, namely PD. TRM. Serulingmas. Therefore, it takes a strategy to develop it so that it can grow and increase the interest of tourists to visit. This study aims to determine the Effect of Destination Image and Service Quality on Tourist Visiting Decisions Through Visiting Interests as Intervening Variables. The population in this study were all visitors to PD. TRM. Serulingmas. The samples used in this study were 110 respondents using a non-probability sampling technique through a purposive sampling approach. Methods of data collection using documentation and questionnaires. Instrument testing is done by testing the validity and reliability test. Data analysis used SPSS 24. The results showed that the destination image and service quality influenced the decision to visit tourists through visiting interest as an intervening variable. The conclusion of this study tourists can enjoy the natural beauty and facilities in PD. TRM Serulingmas comfortably so that it can maintain an impression for visitors. The quality of service provided by the manager or company that is consistent with the expectations of customers or visitors can influence tourists so that visitors come again.
