Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the implementation of a complete systematic land registration program in Kadidi Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency and to determine what factors influence the implementation of a complete systematic land registration program in Kadidi Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency. The population of this research is 500 people, while the research sample is 83 people. The data collection technique used in this research is to use technique Literature Studies, Observation, Questionnaire, Interview. The collected data was then analyzed using a frequency table and using the SPSS application. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the complete Systematic Land Registration Program in Kadidi Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency can be categorized as either with a percentage of 71.25% and the factors that affect the complete Systematic Land Registration Program in Kadidi Village, Panca Rijang District, Sidenreng Rappang Regency can categorized as good with a percentage of 75%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the regional policy of 2016 waste management regulation at Sidenng Rapang Regency, and to find out what factors influence the implementation of the 2016 regional policy on the management of waste management. The population in this study was 319.990 people in Sidenng Rappang Regency, where sampling was used with a probability of sampling with a simple random sampling technique using the Slovine formula with a total sample of 106. Information collection techniques Used were observations, questionnaires, interviews, revision of literature. . The information analysis technique used are descriptive statistics, linear regression, hypothesis test using SPSS 16.0 and a Likert scale. The results of this study show that the effect of policy implementation variables on management management is 55.4%, a. Communication with interpretation 54.8%, resources 50.8%, 51% arrangement / attitude, bureaucratic structure 52.2%, categorized as is not good, while waste management has been classified, b. Planning of 53.8%, organizing 55.6%, which works 54.2% and supervision of 52.8% with the "not good" category. The factors that influence the management of waste management are the participation of the Community (55%) with the category is not good "and human resources (58.6%) (58.6%) with the category of the It's not good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the Behavior of the Villagers Allakuang On Waste Management in the Village Allakuang Kecamatan Maritengngae Kabupaten Sidenreng Rappang.The population in this research is the community with the sex of the men and women who numbered as many as 892 HOUSEHOLDS out of 4 Hamlet, data collection techniques, namely the formula yount with the results of the 128 people, are taken based on probability sampling. The type of research used is descriptive research type is quantitative. Data collection techniques used are observation, questionnaires, literature study and interviews. Data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics, quality test data, test, classic assumption test, regression models and hypothesis testing with the help of an SPSS 16.0 and the likert scale. The results showed that the Behavior of the People in the Village Allakuang entered the category of Good with the results of the percentage of the processed questionnaires as many as 79%. Furthermore, the Management of Waste in the Village Allakuang entered the category of Good based on the processed results of the questionnaire with the percentage of 73,12%.

Abstract

This research is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all people who received services at the Peace Village Office during the last two months. The sampling technique in this research is by using saturated samples. So the population in this study is the same as the sample size, namely 77 people. Data analysis uses multiple regression analysis to hypothesize the one day service model on community satisfaction. The results of multiple linear analysis show that the one day service model has a positive effect on the level of community satisfaction. The results of the research show that the implementation of the one day service model, in this case the one day service at the Peace Village Office, has gone well. Likewise with the level of community satisfaction with public services, where the people of Peace Village feel satisfied with the public services they receive.
