Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari kecerdasan buatan.Kemampuan sistem pakar untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tugas yang biasa dikerjakan oleh para ahli menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi sistem tersebut. Sistem pakar telah digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satu contoh aplikasi yang dapat dibuat yaitu mendiagnosa kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining dan bahasa pemograman PHP.Dengan diterapkannya sistem pakar dalam mendiagnosa kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang, diharapkan dalam proses analisa hasil menjadi lebih cepat dan kesalahan manusia dapat dikurangi. Hasil analisa sistem pada kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang dapat diketahui secara langsung untuk membantu dalam mengetahui kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang dan apa solusinya.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah diuraikan dalam pembahasan sebelumnya, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan dalam penelitian Sistem Pakar dengan Metode Forward Chaininguntuk mempermudah pengguna atau pemakai mobil toyota kijang dalam melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin mobilnya dan kemampuan Sistem Pakar yang dirancang untuk membantu para pengguna untuk melakukan maintenance mobilnya secara berkala dengan menghemat biaya, serta Sistem Pakar yang diimplementasikansangat membantu dalam pengolahan database pakar mesindalam hal mesin toyota kijang. ABSTRAKPAUD Uswatun Hasanah Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan Program TK, Kober, TPA, SPS. Selama ini proses pengolahan data di PAUD masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu dengan mengisi formulir pendaftaran calon peserta didik, pendataan calon peserta didik, guru, hingga pembayaran uang rutin SPP. Dengan proses pengolahan data tersebut, terdapat masalah yang muncul yaitu sering terjadi kehilangan arsip data. Sistem pengolahan data terpadu berbasis client server pada PAUD Uswatun Hasanah Bengkulu dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk membantu proses pengolahan data, sehingga mempermudah admin dalam proses pengarsipan dan pengambilan data. Kata Kunci : Client Server, PHP dan mySQL ABSTRACTPAUD Uswatun Hasanah Bengkulu City is one of the educational institutions that organizes TK, Kober, TPA, SPS Programs. With the data processing, there is a problem that arises that is often the loss of data files. Integrated client server based data processing system in Uswatun Hasanah PAUD Bengkulu was made using the PHP programming language and MySQL Database. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is the largest LPG product company in Indonesia, which currently has 20 branch offices. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is engaged in consulting services, technique and marketing of LPG products. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara has superior LPG products in the form of a Solid regulator which is equipped with a gas safety hose that automatically closes in the event of a leak so it is safe to use. Solid regulator also has a nanometer matic so it is more accurate to determine the contents of gases made of a mixture of copper and aluminum. So far, the sales system for gas safety equipment (regulators and hoses) is still using the manual method through bookkeeping (data attached). Constraints that are often faced are the difficulty of managing inventory at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara and difficulties in collecting data on consumers who use these goods. Sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment (Regulator and Hose) at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. This application has applied the Just In Time Method which can help sales management of gas safety devices (regulators and hoses) based on inventory data and sales data. With the application can make it easier for PT. Sarana Anugerah in the management of the sale of goods and can manage the data of incoming and outgoing goods systematically through the application. Based on the black box testing that has been done, the results show that the functionality of the sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is running as expected.

Developments in science and technology developed in line with the progress of time which can support activities undertaken by humans. Computer is a human creation, combined with science to develop in accordance with user needs.Website Creation SMP Negeri 12 Seluma menngunakan Adobe Dreamweaver CS.4 (2013).Tempat and Research Forum Time At SMP Negeri 12 Seluma, etode peneltitan is used in the method of observation, and interviews, the existing problems in junior high is still menngunakan Seluma 12 Board announcement, speaking from mouth to mouth in informing and still less efficient and abstract This study aims to create a website junior high school (SMP) State of science and technology development in line with the progress of time to support the activities of 12 Seluma CS.4 using Macromedia Dreamweaver. This research is done for 5 month, the method used in this study is the use of data collection methods such as: methods of observation, interviews, and Stadi library. Applications used in the manufacture of SMP Negeri 12 Seluma website using Macromedia Dreamweaver CS.4, and language programs used are PHP programming and MySQL as the database that supports this application. From the results of this study indicate that the website is very useful to reduce the lack of information about the school SMP Negeri 12 Seluma and within a certain time, so it does not necessarily have to come to a place of SMP Negeri 12 Seluma to get what is needed. Website SMP Negeri 12 Seluma should go online so that can be accessed anytime, anywhere, and by anyone and certainly through computers connected to the internet.

The purpose of this research is to build a wireless local area network (wlan) at CV.BIQ Bengkulu. So that it can solved network problems at CV. BIQ Bengkulu. Research method used is Network Development Method. Existing LAN will be developed into WLAN that is more flexible, effective and efficient. WLAN are built using Mikrotik RB750GL as a central server. or as central network settings. A WLAN network spreads to clients using single acces point. A WLAN solved problems at existing LAN such as geographical issues and network development. Bandwidth management and firewall used as usage policys. This network has been tested and the result are in accordance with the plan even though there are still some problems that must be overcome at the future. Advice from the author is necessary to routine maintenance so the network performance will remain well.Keywords: WLAN, Mikrotik, Bandwidth Management, Firewall

One of the competencies that must be mastered students currently studying mathematics in junior high school (SMP) and is listed in the RPP (lesson plan) made by the teacher of junior high school mathematics is able to complete the concept of sets and Venn diagrams. In the current study the concept of sets and Venn diagrams, mastery of competencies was very important because it will be the main prerequisite when students learn the concept of sets and Venn diagrams on the next steps. Difficulties faced by teachers of mathematics and junior high school students in the form of low level of understanding of the students about the concepts related to the concept of sets and Venn diagrams and low skills in mennyelesaikan concept of sets and Venn diagrams. Land dispute is a conflict between two or more parties that have different interests in one or several objects of land rights that can result in legal consequences for both. Problems to explain government regulations and legislation relating to land dispute cases in a simple way that is, explained the rules that correspond to the problems that occur. This makes it difficult for a lawyer to deal with many clients and different cases. The purpose of this study is to design the Expert System for Handling Land Dispute Cases using the Backward Chaining Method. The study was conducted to analyze the existing needs, collect data, design, implement the results of the design into the application that is used, after that will be tested and maintained the system. The results of the study show that the existence of this expert system, it provides very meaningful benefits for the client, namely facilitating the client to carry out consultations regarding the handling of land dispute cases.

ABTSRAKThe research was conducted on Agustus, 16th to September, 16th 2018 in the Laboratory of Evironment Quality of Aquaculture, Fisheries and Marine Faculty Universitas of Riau. The objectif of this study research aimed to determine the effects of dose wet fertilizer of chicken manure sedimen water on abudance of Daphnia magnapopulation. This research used experiment method with Completely Randomenzed Design (CRD) one factor (4 level factor) and three replication. The treatment used is giving a dose of fertilizer from sediment water chicken manure with bran; as much 5,5 ml/L (P1), 7,5 ml/L (P2), 9,5 ml/L (P3) and P0 without giving a dose of wet fertilizer. The result of a study showeed that three was influence on the growth of Daphnia magna the population. The treatment was the P1 giving a dose of were fertilizer from sediment water of chicken manure were, 5,5 ml/L (average of 510 ind/L). The water quality condition of this research was still to Daphnia magnaculture; The temperatur, pH, DO, amonia and CO2 (28-29,2 oC, 5,68-6,53, 4,30-5,41 ppm, 0,03-0,193 and 11,82-23,97). The abudance of fhytoplankton obtained from the giving water from green water at the P0 313 ind/L. While in the treatment of giving water from sediment from chicken manure with rice bran; were 5,5 ml/L (P1) 417 ind/L, 7,5 ml/L (P2) 430 ind/L and 9,5 ml/L (P3) 508 ind/L. PKBM Khinanti is a non-formal educational institution center for community learning activities. To get a quality education, a trainer (teaching staff) is needed who is reliable in their field, therefore it is necessary to apply the application of the preferences selection index method in the selection of trainers (teaching staff) for the khinanti pkbm case study. This application can be used to assist the process of assessing trainers (teaching staff) based on predetermined criteria, namely, last education, cumulative index scores, age, and teaching status. Each decision alternative will have these criteria. In this case, to determine the selection of trainers (teaching staff) it is done by summing the weights on each alternative for all attributes, thus this application is able to handle the selection of trainers (teaching staff) so that it will not be difficult to determine the assessment of the selection of trainers (teaching staff).

Abstract - Villagers are groups of relatively small areas within an area that are bound by applicable regulations and interact with each other continuously or continuously. Population development will be influenced by the number of babies born, the number of deaths, out-migration (moving), and in-migration (incomers). The problem in this study is how the Population, Death, Birth, and Outgoing Migration (migrants) Reporting System uses a programming language. The benefits of research are to facilitate the population reporting system, make it easier for village officials to record population numbers, births, deaths, in-migration, and out-migration quickly and effectively, make it easier for people to get information on population numbers, births, deaths, out-migration, and in-migration (comer). The purpose of this research is to create new technology in the world of the village government with a special programming language (Visual Basic.Net). in the village government of Kembang Seri, Bermani Ilir District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. Literature research methods and primary and secondary data collection methods in providing public services to the community require a system that can help local governments, especially in Kembangseri Village, Bermani Ilir District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province in terms of a Reporting system for population, births, and deaths, out-migration (moving) and in-migration (newcomers) using a special programming language (Visual Basic.Net).Keywords: Birth, Death, Outgoing Migration, and Inward Migration. Abstrak - Penduduk Desa adalah kelompok wilayah yang relatif kecil di dalam suatu wilayah yang terikat oleh aturan-aturan yang berlaku dan saling berinteraksi satu sama lain secara terus menerus atau kontinu. Perkembangan penduduk akan dipengaruhi oleh jumlah bayi yang lahir, jumlah kematian, migrasi keluar (pindah) dan migrasi masuk (pendatang). Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara Sistem Pelaporan Jumlah Penduduk, Kematian, kelahiran, migrasi keluar (pindah) migrasi masuk (pendatang) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman. Manfaat penelitian untuk memudahkan sistem pelaporan jumlah penduduk, Memudahkan Perangkat desa mendata jumlah Penduduk, kelahiran, kematian, migrasi masuk dan migrasi keluar dengan cepat dan efektif, Memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan Informasi jumlah penduduk, Kelahiran, kematian, migrasi keluar (pindah) dan migrasi masuk (pendatang). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat teknologi baru dalam dunia pemerintahan desa dengan bahasa pemrograman khusus (Visual Basic.Net). pada pemerintahan desa Kembang Seri Kecamatan Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang Provinsi Bengkulu.Metode penelitian Kepustakaan dan Metode Pengumpulan data Primer dan Sekunder dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat membutuhkan Suatu sistem yang dapat membantu Pemerintah daerah khususnya di Desa Kembangseri Kecamatan Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang Provinsi Bengkulu dalam hal Sistem Pelaporan jumlah penduduk, kelahiran dan kematian, migrasi keluar (pindah) dan migrasi masuk (pendatang) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman khusus (Visual Basic.Net).Kata Kunci: Kelahiran, Kematian, Migrasi Keluar dan Migrasi Masuk.
