Abstract

Sistem pakar merupakan salah satu aplikasi dari kecerdasan buatan.Kemampuan sistem pakar untuk menyelesaikan berbagai tugas yang biasa dikerjakan oleh para ahli menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi sistem tersebut. Sistem pakar  telah digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam  berbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satu contoh aplikasi yang dapat dibuat yaitu mendiagnosa kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang dengan menggunakan metode forward chaining dan bahasa pemograman PHP.Dengan diterapkannya sistem pakar dalam  mendiagnosa kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang, diharapkan dalam  proses analisa hasil menjadi lebih cepat dan kesalahan manusia dapat dikurangi. Hasil analisa sistem pada kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang dapat diketahui secara langsung untuk membantu dalam  mengetahui kerusakan pada mobil Toyota Kijang dan apa solusinya.Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang telah diuraikan dalam pembahasan   sebelumnya,  maka  dapat  ditarik  kesimpulan dalam  penelitian Sistem Pakar dengan Metode Forward Chaininguntuk mempermudah pengguna atau pemakai mobil toyota kijang dalam melakukan perbaikan dan perawatan mesin mobilnya dan kemampuan Sistem Pakar yang dirancang untuk membantu para pengguna untuk melakukan maintenance mobilnya secara berkala dengan menghemat biaya, serta Sistem Pakar yang diimplementasikansangat membantu dalam pengolahan database pakar mesindalam hal mesin toyota kijang. Kata Kunci:Sistem pakar, Forward chaining, Mobil Toyota Kijang

Abstract

ABSTRAKPAUD Uswatun Hasanah Kota Bengkulu merupakan salah satu lembaga pendidikan yang menyelenggarakan Program TK, Kober, TPA, SPS. Selama ini proses pengolahan data di PAUD masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu dengan mengisi formulir pendaftaran calon peserta didik, pendataan calon peserta didik, guru, hingga pembayaran uang rutin SPP. Dengan proses pengolahan data tersebut, terdapat masalah yang muncul yaitu sering terjadi kehilangan arsip data. Sistem pengolahan data terpadu berbasis client server pada PAUD Uswatun Hasanah Bengkulu dibuat menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Database MySQL. Aplikasi ini digunakan untuk membantu proses pengolahan data, sehingga mempermudah admin dalam proses pengarsipan dan pengambilan data. Kata Kunci : Client Server, PHP dan mySQL ABSTRACTPAUD Uswatun Hasanah Bengkulu City is one of the educational institutions that organizes TK, Kober, TPA, SPS Programs. Abstract

PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is the largest LPG product company in Indonesia, which currently has 20 branch offices. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is engaged in consulting services, technique and marketing of LPG products. PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara has superior LPG products in the form of a Solid regulator which is equipped with a gas safety hose that automatically closes in the event of a leak so it is safe to use. Solid regulator also has a nanometer matic so it is more accurate to determine the contents of gases made of a mixture of copper and aluminum. So far, the sales system for gas safety equipment (regulators and hoses) is still using the manual method through bookkeeping (data attached). Constraints that are often faced are the difficulty of managing inventory at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara and difficulties in collecting data on consumers who use these goods. Sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment (Regulator and Hose) at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara was created using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. This application has applied the Just In Time Method which can help sales management of gas safety devices (regulators and hoses) based on inventory data and sales data. With the application can make it easier for PT. Sarana Anugerah in the management of the sale of goods and can manage the data of incoming and outgoing goods systematically through the application. Based on the black box testing that has been done, the results show that the functionality of the sales management application for Gas Safety Equipment at PT. Sarana Anugerah Nusantara is running as expected.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan aplikasi pelayanan antrian pasien dengan menggunakan metode First-Come-First-Served dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Puskesmas Pasar Ikan merupakan salah satu puskesmas milik Pemerintah Kota Bengkulu. Dalam melaksanakan pelayanan terhadap pasien yang akan berobat, puskesmas Pasar Ikan belum memanfaatkan teknologi komputerisasi dalam memberikan pelayanan antrian. Sementara saat ini pelayana yang baik sangat diharapkan oleh pasien sehingga pasien merasa nyaman dan senang akan pelayanan yang optimal dari puskesmas. Metode yang digunakan dalam pembuatan aplikasi ini adalah metode waterfall. Sementara itu proses pengentrian data yang dilakukan terdiri data poli, data antrian, data pasien dan data pendaftaran pasien. Laporan yang ditampilkan berupa laporan antrian pasien berdasarkan tanggal antrian. Hasil Aplikasi antrian pelayanan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan pelayanan puskesmas Pasar Ikan Bengkulu menjadi lebih optimal dengan semakin tertibnya pasien dalam melakukan antrian selama berobat di puskesmas Pasar Ikan Kota Bengkulu

Abstract

Land dispute is a conflict between two or more parties that have different interests in one or several objects of land rights that can result in legal consequences for both. Problems to explain government regulations and legislation relating to land dispute cases in a simple way that is, explained the rules that correspond to the problems that occur. This makes it difficult for a lawyer to deal with many clients and different cases. The purpose of this study is to design the Expert System for Handling Land Dispute Cases using the Backward Chaining Method. The study was conducted to analyze the existing needs, collect data, design, implement the results of the design into the application that is used, after that will be tested and maintained the system. The results of the study show that the existence of this expert system, it provides very meaningful benefits for the client, namely facilitating the client to carry out consultations regarding the handling of land dispute cases.

Abstract

PKBM Khinanti is a non-formal educational institution center for community learning activities. To get a quality education, a trainer (teaching staff) is needed who is reliable in their field, therefore it is necessary to apply the application of the preferences selection index method in the selection of trainers (teaching staff) for the khinanti pkbm case study. This application can be used to assist the process of assessing trainers (teaching staff) based on predetermined criteria, namely, last education, cumulative index scores, age, and teaching status. Each decision alternative will have these criteria. In this case, to determine the selection of trainers (teaching staff) it is done by summing the weights on each alternative for all attributes, thus this application is able to handle the selection of trainers (teaching staff) so that it will not be difficult to determine the assessment of the selection of trainers (teaching staff).

Abstract

Abstract - Villagers are groups of relatively small areas within an area that are bound by applicable regulations and interact with each other continuously or continuously. Population development will be influenced by the number of babies born, the number of deaths, out-migration (moving), and in-migration (incomers). The problem in this study is how the Population, Death, Birth, and Outgoing Migration (migrants) Reporting System uses a programming language. The benefits of research are to facilitate the population reporting system, make it easier for village officials to record population numbers, births, deaths, in-migration, and out-migration quickly and effectively, make it easier for people to get information on population numbers, births, deaths, out-migration, and in-migration (comer). The purpose of this research is to create new technology in the world of the village government with a special programming language (Visual Basic.Net). in the village government of Kembang Seri, Bermani Ilir District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province. Literature research methods and primary and secondary data collection methods in providing public services to the community require a system that can help local governments, especially in Kembangseri Village, Bermani Ilir District, Kepahiang Regency, Bengkulu Province in terms of a Reporting system for population, births, and deaths, out-migration (moving) and in-migration (newcomers) using a special programming language (Visual Basic.Net).Keywords: Birth, Death, Outgoing Migration, and Inward Migration. Abstrak - Penduduk Desa adalah kelompok wilayah yang relatif kecil  di dalam suatu wilayah yang terikat oleh aturan-aturan  yang berlaku dan saling berinteraksi satu sama lain secara    terus  menerus  atau  kontinu. Perkembangan penduduk akan dipengaruhi oleh jumlah bayi yang lahir,  jumlah kematian, migrasi keluar (pindah) dan migrasi masuk (pendatang).  Adapun masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana cara Sistem Pelaporan Jumlah Penduduk, Kematian, kelahiran, migrasi keluar (pindah)  migrasi masuk (pendatang) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman. Manfaat penelitian untuk memudahkan sistem pelaporan jumlah penduduk, Memudahkan Perangkat desa mendata jumlah Penduduk, kelahiran, kematian, migrasi masuk dan migrasi keluar dengan cepat dan efektif, Memudahkan masyarakat untuk mendapatkan Informasi jumlah penduduk, Kelahiran, kematian, migrasi keluar (pindah) dan migrasi masuk (pendatang). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk membuat teknologi baru dalam dunia pemerintahan desa dengan bahasa pemrograman khusus (Visual Basic.Net). pada pemerintahan desa Kembang Seri Kecamatan Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang Provinsi Bengkulu.Metode penelitian Kepustakaan dan Metode Pengumpulan data Primer dan Sekunder dalam penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik kepada masyarakat membutuhkan Suatu sistem yang dapat membantu Pemerintah daerah khususnya di Desa Kembangseri Kecamatan Bermani Ilir Kabupaten Kepahiang Provinsi Bengkulu dalam hal  Sistem Pelaporan jumlah penduduk,  kelahiran  dan kematian, migrasi keluar (pindah) dan migrasi masuk (pendatang) dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman khusus (Visual Basic.Net).Kata Kunci: Kelahiran, Kematian, Migrasi Keluar dan Migrasi Masuk.

Abstract

Abstract- North Bengkulu 3 Vocational High School has implemented a pre-UNBK examination system using computerization which was carried out 3 times. Pre-UNBK Simulation Based on Client-Server Network was built to help students take part in the implementation of the test and introduce the examination system that already uses computerization. This simulation system is made with 2 application interface access rights namely administrators and students. Administrators can manage the data of questions, answers, and participants of the Pre UNBK simulation. While students can take the exam on the application by working on the questions that have been given. Pre UNBK simulation where this application will be stored on the server, so the client will access the application via the IP Address of the server. Based on the functions and features of the application, it has been running according to the design, and students can access the Pre UNBK simulation application simultaneously.Keywords: Simulation, Pre UNBK, Client ServerAbstrak - Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Negeri 3 Bengkulu Utara sudah menerapkan sistem ujian pra UNBK menggunakan komputerisasi yang dilaksanakan 3 kali. Simulasi Pra UNBK Berbasis Jaringan Client Server dibangun untuk membantu siswa-siswa dalam mengikuti pelaksanaan ujian dan mengenalkan sistem ujian yang sudah menggunakan komputerisasi. Sistem simulasi ini dibuat dengan 2 hak akses antar muka aplikasi yaitu administrator dan siswa. Administrator dapat mengelola data soal, jawaban, serta peserta simulasi Pra UNBK. Sedangkan siswa dapat mengikuti ujian pada aplikasi dengan mengerjakan soal-soal yang telah diberikan. Simulasi Pra UNBK dimana aplikasi ini akan disimpan di server, sehingga client akan mengakses aplikasi lewat IP Address dari server tersebut. Berdasarkan fungsi dan fitur dari aplikasi sudah berjalan sesuai dengan rancangan dan siswa dapat mengakses aplikasi simulasi Pra UNBK secara serentak.Kata Kunci : Simulasi, Pra UNBK, Client Server

Abstract

The Youth and Sports Office of Bengkulu City is a selection committee for Paskibraka candidates which is carried out every year. The assessment of post-baraka candidates consists of 8 aspects, namely Parade, PBB, Psychotest, Samapta/Physical, Health and Fitness, Interview, Regional Arts, and General Knowledge (data attached). The results of the assessment will be recapitulated to determine which participants succeeded in passing and which participants failed to pass, so that from this recapitulation it can be announced at the end of the selection activity. The analysis of the sensitivity test for the selection of paskibraka admissions using the TOPSIS method and the Promethee method at the Bengkulu City Youth and Sports Office was carried out by comparing the final results obtained from the two methods based on the assessment data of each paskribraka candidate. The analysis is done by looking at the number of criteria used, the processing time and also the ranking results. In helping the process of comparative analysis of the two methods, an application was built using the Visual Basic .Net programming language. where the application will show the results of the comparison of the TOPSIS and Promethee methods. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the application functionality can run well and is able to display the results of the assessment on each prospective paskibraka according to the stages of the TOPSIS and Promethee methods, in terms of processing time the TOPSIS method is faster than the Promethee method.

Abstract

Anton Bengkulu shop is a shop that sells goods and food for daily needs. So far, the processing process at the Anton Bengkulu Store has not used a computer for sales transactions, all of these processes are still using manual notebooks, and manual notes (data attached). This makes it difficult for the Anton Bengkulu Store to find out the availability of stock of goods and reports on the sale of goods at the Anton Bengkulu Store, because they have to calculate one by one the notes that have been issued and because there are also sales that do not use notes, so that it can cause losses and the stock of goods does not match the needs. which exists. The Online-Based Point Of Sale application at the Anton Store is an application that was built to make it easier for consumers to view and order products and shop at the Anton Store. This point of sale application can be accessed via the online link http://andika.vadapp.my.id so that it can be opened anytime and anywhere. This Point Of Sale application is made using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application displays information on products sold at the Anton Store, and there are 2 access rights applied to this application, namely administrator access rights and consumer access rights which have different functions. Based on the tests that have been carried out, the results show that the functionality of the Point Of Sale Application at the Anton Store runs as expected.
