Abstract

Koperasi dipandang lebih unggul dibanding program-program pemberdayaan masyarakat miskin lainnya. Hal ini karena koperasi melibatkan secara langsung masyarakat untuk melakukan upaya dan usaha untuk mensejahterakan dirinya sendiri secara mandiri. Kemandirian ini ditunjukkan melalui aktifitas keanggotaannya dalam koperasi. Koperasi menempatkan masyarakat/anggotanya tidak hanya sebagai “penerima” dalam aktifitas sosial ekonominya, tetapi menjadi “pemain” dalam kegiatan ekonomi secara langsung. Sehingga anggota koperasi secara aktif ikut menentukan tumbuh kembang usaha yang dinaungi koperasi. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah agar UMKM calon anggota koperasi memahami tentang cara berkoperasi yang baik tentang peran pengawas, pengurus dan anggota koperasi dan memfasilitasi kelompok tentang pembuatan rencana kerja dan rencana anggaran agar terbentuknya koperasi sebagai wadah dalam memperkuat usaha bagi usaha kecil menengah di Aceh. Metode yang dilakukan secara bertahap berdasarkan peraturan yang berlaku, yaitumulai dari penyuluhan, persiapan rapat pembentukan sampai rapat pembentukan dan pengukuhan, terakhir legalitas hokum koperasi yang dikeluarkan oleh Notaris.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find still minor restrictions on cooperatives in Aceh in the implementation of Qanun No. 11 of 2018 on Islamic financial institutions. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data collection methods used were REA, questionnaires, interviews, literature, and co-op documents that have not yet been converted from the traditional system to the Shariah system, with a total population of 197 co-ops, and samples were drawn according to the Srobin formula. , that is, 100 co-ops. The data analysis used was fishbone analysis. there are five main variables namely co-operative management, co-operative staff, co-operative infrastructure and co-operative facilities. In management variables, the majority of administrative staff are women and education is dominated by bachelor's degrees, while co-operative personnel variables, including understanding of co-operatives, are about employment co-operatives. shown to average less than 50%. Average, no professional staff, average-average, run only by administrators. For variable infrastructure, i.e. asset development, turnover, number of members and co-management tools, it is still below average, i.e. below 50%. In the context of an institution involving a PAD (amendment of articles of association) issued by a notary, the cost is not too high, but still normal, but the co-op feels that the notary public has not yet understood the co-op regarding the use of the application. Most cooperatives do not use the Sharia system because they do not need it. In conclusion, the general human resource problem remains a lack of understanding and poor collaborative performance. A recommendation against this obstacle is to continuously and continuously develop cooperatives so that they can increase their efficiency and capacity. In particular, an understanding of the Shariah system can be conveyed and the development of cooperation efficiency can also be promoted.

Abstract

This training aims to increase the understanding of cooperative members in designing an effective Business Plan. This training includes developing a Business Plan, facilitating ideas and concepts, as well as drafting a Business Plan for cooperatives. The method applied in this activity is the participatory method, which is an effective learning approach by involving the activities of participants in the process of planning, implementing, and evaluating. The results of this training can be seen from the increased knowledge and involvement of participants in learning. The three types of businesses chosen by the participants as the focus of the SWOT analysis and Business Plan design were fish and octopus marketing, fishing gear marketing, and tourism businesses. The draft Business Plan resulting from this training will become the basis for developing a more comprehensive Business Plan, which will be implemented in stages. This draft will be used as a guide in cooperative member meetings to direct the steps for the next Community Service program.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji niat membeli konsumen terhadap produk skincare ramah lingkungan dengan memeriksa pengaruh dari cruelty free, dan lifestyle (gaya hidup). Lebih lanjut penelitian ini juga menyelidiki pengaruh dar material alami yang menjadi komposisi isi dari produk kecantikan perawatan kulit organik ini. Adapun penelitian ini sifatnya literature review dengan menelaah puluhan artikel yang relevan. Temuan dari penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang positif antara niat membeli individu terhadap skincare ramah lingkungan. Hasil penelitian ini menawarkan wawasan yang berguna yaitu niat membeli skincare herbal memiliki manfaat bagi kesehatan konsumen dan pelestarian lingkunngan serta kesejahteraan hewan. Selain itu nilai-nilai integritas dan moral yang dalam diri individu sebagai bentuk dari kesadaran untuk keberlanjutan, berdampak pada kelangsungan mahluk hidup di bumi ini.
