Abstract

The existence of Covid-19 has presented various kinds of problems, including problems that have occurred in marketing in Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic may be viewed by some business actors as a disaster, but if we are smart in managing or managing a business by looking at the situation and by understanding changes in consumer behavior, we will be able to boost sales even in the midst of this pandemic. The impact that occurred on offline sellers was that on average, micro, small and medium enterprises felt a decline in turnover during the Covid-19 presence. however, several micro, small and medium enterprises remained stable and experienced increased sales due to these increased efforts. Adjusting products and developing several strategies to survive, online sales are not much different from offline sales, in online marketing there has also been a decline and increase,E-commerce has played a role in the Indonesian economy during the Covid-19 pandemic for businesses, consumers and the government. . For business actors, e-commerce is a solution to overcome the impact of Covid-19 to increase business scale because many investors are investing in this field. The reason people choose to buy in online sales is because it is safer and more effective when making online transactions. Abstract

Abstract. This research aims to analyze the influence of Net Operating Margin (NOM), Operational Costs on Operating Income (BOPO), and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) on Return on Assets (ROA) at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia for the 2019-2023 period. The research method used is multiple linear regression with secondary data obtained from PT's quarterly financial reports. Bank Muamalat Indonesia. The research results show that NOM has no significant effect on ROA, BOPO has a negative and significant effect on ROA, while NPF has no significant effect on ROA. The coefficient of determination (R-squared) shows that 79.18% of the variation in ROA can be explained by the independent variables in the model (NOM, BOPO, and NPF). This research provides recommendations for Bank Muamalat Indonesia to improve operational efficiency, implement good risk management, and optimize operational income to increase bank profitability. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Net Operating Margin (NOM), Biaya Operasional terhadap Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), dan Non-Performing Financing (NPF) terhadap Return on Asset (ROA) pada PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari laporan keuangan triwulanan PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa NOM tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA, BOPO berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA, sedangkan NPF tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap ROA. Koefisien determinasi (R-squared) menunjukkan bahwa 79.18% variasi dalam ROA dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel-variabel independen dalam model (NOM, BOPO, dan NPF). Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi agar Bank Muamalat Indonesia meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, menerapkan manajemen risiko yang baik, dan mengoptimalkan pendapatan operasional untuk meningkatkan profitabilitas bank.
