Abstract

Religious Instructor is a profession related to the delivery of religious teachings to the people. Likewise with the existence of Hindu religious instructors who are now very much needed to become a stronghold of Hindu society from various problems in the mental and spiritual realm. Along with the rapid development of communication technology causing patterns of community life to be so complex, the negative thing that arises is the social disparities in society. This gap arises because of misuse of existing communication technology. This is where the role of a religious instructor to provide mental knowledge as spiritual for the people especially Hindus. A trainer is expected to be able to have good rhetorical and mental abilities as a basic capital in conducting rhetoric counseling is a technical that is related to the application of language as an art, both oral and written, which is based on well-structured understanding, and arises from natural talent and from an knowledge well organized to attract the attention of the listener or reader. Mental readiness is related to mind control, self-readiness, self-confidence, relief of fear, and good practice. these two conceptions need to be studied and mastered by an instructor to become a quality instructor.Keywords : Rhetoric, Mental Readiness, and Religious Counselors

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi interpretasi dan implementasi konsep Tri Hita Karana dalam tradisi Kasada di Gunung Bromo dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnopedagogi. Melalui studi ini, diperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam tentang bagaimana nilai-nilai dan praktik-praktik dalam tradisi ini mempengaruhi proses pembelajaran informal dan pembentukan identitas budaya masyarakat Tengger. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan etnopedagogi dengan teknik analisis dokumen terkait tradisi Kasada kemudian data disajikan dalam bentuk deskriptif naratif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Tengger menginterpretasikan konsep Tri Hita Karana dalam tradisi Kasada dengan mendalam, menghargai hubungan yang harmonis antara manusia, Tuhan, dan alam. Penerapan konsep Tri Hita Karana tercermin dalam setiap aspek persiapan dan pelaksanaan upacara Kasada. Masyarakat Tengger menunjukkan penghormatan kepada Tuhan, solidaritas dan kerjasama antara sesama manusia, serta penghargaan terhadap lingkungan dan alam melalui praktik-praktik upacara tersebut. Etnopedagogi memainkan peran penting dalam proses pendidikan informal pada masyarakat Tengger melalui tradisi Kasada. Nilai-nilai, norma-norma, dan pengetahuan lokal ditransmisikan dari generasi ke generasi melalui partisipasi dalam upacara ini, membentuk identitas budaya dan spiritual anak-anak dan remaja Tengger. Penelitian ini memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang bagaimana tradisi Kasada di Gunung Bromo mencerminkan konsep Tri Hita Karana dan dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran, pendidikan, dan pembentukan identitas budaya masyarakat Tengger. Implikasi dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi yang berharga bagi pemahaman tentang hubungan antara tradisi keagamaan, nilai-nilai budaya, dan proses pembelajaran di masyarakat lokal.

Abstract

The improvement of the regional economy, especially the village of Nagasepaha at this time, is an interesting thing to study. The characteristic of Nagasepaha village which is the identity is the glass puppet craft and saab mote. The covid 19 pandemic had a very significant impact on the community because many were laid off. The people of Nagasepaha village tend to work in the tourism sector rather than working as craftsmen. In order for the economy of Nagasepaha village to recover, one of the efforts made is through the determination of the kerthi bali economy. The hope of implementing the concept of the kerthi bali economy in the MSME sector is to be able to grow the village economy and create a balance in the aspects of parahyangan, pawongan and palemahan.The method used is descriptive quantitative aims to create a picture or description of a situation objectively using numbers, starting from data collection, interpretation of data, and appearance and results. This research is used to describe the characteristics of the Kerthi Bali economy, especially in the MSME sector in Nagasepaha Village. In this method, researchers will use data in the form of numbers generated from surveys, observations, or other data sources to explain in depth about the economic conditions of Kerthi Bali, especially in the MSME sector in Nagasepaha Village. The results showed that of the 11 principles outlined in the Kerthi Bali economic concept, there are 2 principles that have not been maximally understood and applied, namely the 3rd principle relating to the economy built / developed by Krama Bali inclusively, creatively, and innovatively. And the 7th principle relating to the economy that is built / developed by accommodating the application / development of science and technology and digital technology. Furthermore, the level of implementation of the principles of the Balinese kerthi economy of MSME players in Nagasepaha Village, Buleleng Regency found that of the 11 principles used as measuring instruments showed that in general it scored 0.35 in the Good category.
